Improving the competitiveness of domestic enterprises is based on the introduction of advanced business and management information technologies. The current business environment is increasingly causing an urgent need for managers to expand the horizon of digital vision not only for current, but also for future management of the company. Today, it is not enough for a Manager to simply have proper professional knowledge in certain functional areas of activity and have a broad managerial Outlook. A modern Manager should be able to initiate the introduction and use of advanced information systems and technologies in almost all implemented business processes of his company. When preparing the article, the materials of research conducted at a number of domestic industrial enterprises were used. Conclusions and main provisions are based on the results of analysis of real practice of implementation and operation of corporate information systems. The results obtained in the course of the research, including the opinions of experts, which were made by employees of industrial enterprises, were used in conducting targeted work to establish a priority list of the most relevant and significant professional areas of knowledge and professional qualities that can help a modern Manager achieve success in the implementation and practical use of corporate information systems. The main result of the research should be considered the formation of such a priority list.

Объектом исследования является стратегия операционной деятельности промышленного предприятия, воплощающая целенаправленный, качественно определенный способ реализации предприятием его операционной деятельности, выраженный в количественных показателях. Вид стратегии операционной деятельности определяется по данным управленческого учета в режиме мониторинга, и в случае необходимости он должен быть незамедлительно скорректирован, поэтому целью исследования является разработка алгоритма информационной поддержки соответствующих управленческих решений. Приведен обзор становления мировой цифровой экономики, а также тех возможностей, которые она предоставляет при управлении предприятием. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке алгоритма информационного обеспечения по реализации стратегии операционной деятельности промышленного предприятия, позволяющего регулярно оценивать эффективность используемой стратегии и устанавливать соответствие вида стратегии определенным параметрам, а также проводить корректировку вида стратегии операционной деятельности на основе экономико-математических методов. Эти процедуры будут способствовать повышению эффективности управления предприятием в современных условиях, характеризующихся высоким уровнем динамичности и информационной доступности экономических процессов. The author investigates the strategy of operational activity of an industrial enterprise which can be qualified as a qualitatively defined way of implementing its operational activities, expressed in quantitative terms. The type of strategy of operational activity is determined in the monitoring mode according to management accounting data, and in case of non-compliance with the specified parameters, the strategy can be immediately adjusted, which requires the development of an appropriate algorithm and information support. The implementation of the proposed concept of monitoring and adjusting the strategy of operational activity requires the use of modern corporate information systems by an industrial enterprise. The article provides a brief historical overview of the formation of the global digital economy, as well as those opportunities that it provides when managing an enterprise. The article proposes an algorithm of information support for the implementation of the strategy of operational activity of an industrial enterprise, which allows you to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy used and establish the correspondence of the type of strategy to certain parameters, as well as adjust the type of strategy of operational activity based on economic and mathematical methods. Implementation of the algorithm in practice is possible while using modern corporate information systems. The algorithm of information support for the implementation of the strategy of operational activity of an industrial enterprise can be used to increase the efficiency of enterprise management in modern conditions, characterized by a high level of dynamism of economic processes and information accessibility.

A brief description of the software package is given, in which the task of structural-functional synthesis of the structure of an enterprise information system, as well as the task of building an operational schedule for its work, are simultaneously solved in an automated (automatic) mode.

The paper discusses problems of representing information about production assets in databases of information systems in tasks of assets registration and recording. Formulation of the problem. For many decades, forecasting has been a debating issue, explained by the economic-historical context that defines the organizational and economic mechanism of forecasting. The purpose of the article is to develop an organizational and economic mechanism for making forecasts of production and economic activity of enterprises and to evaluate its effectiveness. The subject of the research is the organizational and economic mechanism for the construction of prognosis of industrial enterprises. The working hypothesis of the research includes the idea that the requirements for creating an organizational and economic mechanism of the economic system are the same as for creating an information system. The methods used in the research are abstraction and extrapolation. The classification of information systems requirements proposed by Karl Wiggers is considered in the research processes. Statment main material. Today, forecasting is an integral part of the workflows that take place at the enterprise and these processes are implemented through certain organizational and economic mechanisms. The article considers the concept of organizational and economic mechanism of forecasting production and economic activity of enterprises. Recent publications in this scientific field of knowledge have been analyzed. Originality and practical significance of the research. For the first time, the author proposed, based on the hypothesis that the economic system is primarily an information system, to use the system requirements for information systems developed by Wiegers K. Moreover, the author developed and defined the requirements for the economic system, taking into account the organizational and economic management mechanism, described within the system. requirements of the prediction system function. The conclusion of the research is the need to build such an information system that would take into account all the described functions of the organizational and economic mechanism of forecasting. The prospect of further research is to study the best methods, building forecasting, taking into account the cyclical nature of the economy.
