Methodology for selecting corporate information systems in the conditions of digital transformation of a defence company

A methodology of expert analysis of the market of alternative corporate information systems (CIS) is proposed in order to choose the platform for creating a CIS that fully meets the requirements of a particular defence company. The proposed methodology is based on a set of adapted methods of the decision support theory applied to the problems of multi-criteria collective choice of alternatives.

SECURITY OF CORPORATE INFORMATION IN FINTECH ECOSYSTEM

Background. With the intensification of digitalization processes, the use of FinTech tools by various business entities, which include both financial service offerors and their consumers, is becoming especially important. Analysis of recent researches and publications. The works of many scientists are devoted to the functioning of various aspects of corporate information systems. However, there is currently a lack of research on the feasibility of using financial technology instruments by business entities, their threats and security for corporate information systems. The aim of the article is to study the place of FinTech tools in the corporate information system, identify threats to their use and ensure the security of their operation. Materials and methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the functioning of corporate information systems and FinTech ecosystems. Results. The basis of digital transformation is the use of innovative technologies in the financial services market. This leads to the appropriate transformation of information systems of business entities and ensuring their security. There is an intensification of business use of digital banking services, digital insurance, payment platforms, raising funds through crowdfunding platforms, investing. The FinTech ecosystem within the sectoral approach should be understood as the areas of application of financial technology instruments, the services of which are used by various consumers, in particular, business entities, individuals, public authorities.The increasing digitalization of financial activities of business entities as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic has intensified the creation of additional challenges for corporate information systems for the implementation of cyber risks. Conclusion. The use of financial technology tools by business entities leads to the formation of FinTech ecosystems. Ensuring the security of information systems is the key to corporate stability. The challenge of countering cyber threats is not only for financial service offerors, but also for business entities that are their consumers, as the use of financial technology tools in financial transactions causes risks to all participants in the FinTech ecosystem.

ABOUT NEW GENERATIONS OF CORPORATE INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN THE XXI CENTURY

The article describes the strategy of reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan at the present stage, which involves the introduction of new educational technologies in the educational process of higher school. The tasks of training specialists who meet the requirements of the time and market requirements are given. According to the results of the study, the role of modern educational technologies in the educational process of the university was revealed. An innovative pedagogical technology is a project of a certain pedagogical activity that is consistently implemented in practice. Information technologies are an integral part of the advanced world, they largely determine the subsequent economic and social development of mankind. In these criteria, revolutionary configurations require a training system. Thus, we can say that the significance of this problem takes place in the modern educational environment, because at present, competent teaching of disciplines cannot be carried out without using the means and capabilities provided by computer technologies and the Internet.

Using waterfall, iterative and spiral models in ERP-system implementation projects under uncertainty

The article considers the use of cascade and multi-pass implementation models of corporate information systems in case of business and technological uncertainty. A review of waterfall, iterative and spiral ERP-systems implementation models is given. The business and technological uncertainties inherent in software systems implementation projects are introduced. The basic principles of development complex applications in ERP-systems are analyzed, including the rules of evolution and functionality. One compares business uncertainty for refined requirements in the waterfall and Agile-based implementation models, which operate with a change request and allocation requirements to a new round of development respectively. There is no or minimal technological uncertainty in ERP-systems implementation projects, however high business uncertainty exists, which can not be decreased by any basic implementation approaches. The application area of the waterfall and multi-pass implementation models is clarified for ERP projects from scratch, rollout and evolution under business uncertainty.

ALGORITHMIC SUPPORT FOR MULTICRITERIA ASSESSMENT OF RETAIL INFORMATION SYSTEMS

This article is devoted to the issues of assessing the effectiveness of information systems for enterprises engaged in retail trade in consumer goods. This article describes the tasks that the retail FMCG trade, as well as the functions of the retail trade, solve. The features of the subject area were considered, which will form the basis for the formation of scales for assessing the effectiveness of information systems. The priorities, tasks, and features of the business model of enterprises engaged in retail trade in consumer goods, depending on the market segment they occupy. Various types of corporate information systems that can be used in retail trade are considered. The analysis of the subject area made it possible not only to determine important metrics for assessing the effectiveness of information systems but also to determine the priority of the requirements for the availability of certain functionality in the information system from each business segment, large, medium and small. Also, the existing standards in the subject areas of software development and enterprise organization were considered. This article proposes a methodology for evaluating information systems for enterprises engaged in consumer goods retail trade that belong to different market segments. The proposed methodology is based on the approach of multi-criteria expert assessment. An example of linguistic variables for one of the questions of the questionnaire for experts is given. The order of operation of the expert system is also presented in the form of an activity diagram. The developed expert information system can be monetized by providing referral links to the products of companies supplying information systems for retail. In the future, it is planned to add the ability for qualified experts to select combination of metrics for assessment, as well as change the assessment scale to increase accuracy. USING OF VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK TECHNOLOGY FOR SIGNAL TRANSMISSION IN CORPORATE NETWORKS

This paper discusses some modes of signal transmission for corporate systems using the technology of virtual private networks VPN. A very important property of tunnels is the ability to differentiate different types of traffic and assign them the necessary service priorities. In this work, research has been carried out and comparative characteristics of signal transmission modes using virtual networks have been obtained to identify the effectiveness of the network in various modes of organizing a virtual network, and to optimize a virtual network in order to identify an effective method for organizing a VPN. Also, the work analyzes the specifics of the work of corporate information systems and networks intended for their maintenance, showed that for building a corporate network it is advisable to use virtual private network (VPN) technology, which makes it possible to ensure the fulfillment of the basic requirements for the security and quality of customer service and applications and the current state and direction of development of VPN technology when creating new generation corporate networks, while highlighting the main tasks that need to be addressed when creating a network. Some features of setting up an IPSec VPN server for corporate networks are considered.

SHORT VERSION OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE "SCALE OF DEPENDENCE ON THE SMARTPHONE"

Она удовлетворяет стандартным требованиям к опросникам относительно надежности: на внутреннюю согласованность, надежность частей теста и ретестовую надежность. Опросник валиден, удовлетворяя ключевым критериям валидности: валидизации в процессе конструирования опросника; валидности содержательной; «очевидной»; текущей и прогностической; конструктной и конвергентной валидности; валидности по полу. Опросник стандартизован: приведены нормы, позволяющие выразить отличие индивидуального результата от среднего в единицах стандартного отклонения. Диагностируемая опросником зависимость от смартфона положительно коррелирует с тревожностью, депрессией, стрессом и отрицательно связана с самоконтролем и с удовлетворенностью жизнью. Зависимость от смартфона женщин, диагностированная опросником, статистически значимо превосходит зависимость от смартфона мужчин. Обнаружена значимая положительная связь тяги к курению у мужчин с зависимостью от смартфона. The article shows that the short version of the Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS) questionnaire proposed by the author is reliable and valid. It meets the standard requirements for reliability questionnaires: internal consistency, test portions reliability, and retest reliability. The questionnaire is valid, meeting the key validity criteria: validation in the process of designing the questionnaire; substantive validity; "obvious"; current and prognostic; construct and convergent validity; gender validity. The questionnaire is standardized: norms are given that allow expressing the difference between an individual result and the mean in units of standard deviation. Smartphone addiction diagnosed by the questionnaire is positively correlated with anxiety, depression, stress and is negatively associated with self-control and life satisfaction. The dependence on the smartphone of women, diagnosed by the questionnaire, statistically significantly exceeds the dependence on the smartphone of men. A significant positive relationship was found between smoking cravings in men and smartphone addiction.
