The objective of this research is to find out the influence of Occupational Health and Safety Program toward the performance of the employees mediated by work motivation. The method of data collection in this explanatory research employs questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentation. From the population of 188 employees, the proportional stratified random sampling method results in 55 employees as the sample. Data analysis uses Path Analysis. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that Occupational Health and Safety Program has positive and significant influence mediated by the variable of work motivation. PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang should improve its Occupational Health and Safety Program to increase employees’ work motivation which in turn will result in maximum work performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan yang dimediasi variabel motivasi kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang yang berjumlah 118 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dan ditetapkan sampel sebanyak 55 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa keselamatan kerja dan kesejahteraan (K3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh variabel motivasi kerja. PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang seharusnya untuk meningkatkan K3 bagi karyawan agar motivasi kerja mereka menjadi lebih tinggi, sehingga mereka dapat memberikan performa yang maksimal.Keywords: Occupational Health and Safety, Work PerformanceKeselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Prestasi Kerja

Objective - This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety, and the Working Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with sample on DAOP I Jakarta. Methodology/Technique - The study population numbered 292 employees and 75 respondents be adopted as a sample of the study. Techniques of analysis using a statistical test structural equation model-based variance (SmartPLS). Findings – The results showed that, (1) Occupational Health and Safety had no effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, (2) the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (4) Occupational Health and Safety has no effect on Employee Performance even though through Job Satisfaction mediation, (5) the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through mediation of Job Satisfaction, (6) Occupational Health and Safety, and the Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with the coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,533, (7) Occupational Health and Safety, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to Employee Performance with coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,890. Novelty - The company is expected to provide adequate rest periods, maintain the nutritional intake of its employees by providing healthy food, provide educational scholarships for further levels for employees, safeguard the work environment from chemical hazards and other hazards, and give positive motivation to the employees. World Health Organization (WHO) has shown Corona Virus Disease 2019 as a pandemic. The spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia has now spread across locations and across countries, accompanied by an increase in the number of problems and/or the number of deaths. To overcome the spread of Covid-19, both the government and business actors have made various efforts so that the spread of the Covid-19 virus can be prevented and overcome, especially the spread of the Covid-19 virus in office areas by implementing new normal rules in the workplace through the Occupational Safety and Health program. Based on the results of observations from one of the lead managers of PT Maruki International Indonesia, who said that there had been cases against some of his employees who were suspected of being suspected of having COVID-19, we as authors consider it necessary to raise this issue to be investigated for input for the company so that it can be used to implement the implementation. Occupational Health and Safety program against suspected cases of the Covid-19 virus among PT Maruki International Indonesia employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Program on the incidence of suspected Covid-19 virus among employees of PT Maruki International Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research with a design approach cross sectional study. The sample used is 150 employees from a population of 241 employees. Collecting quantitative data using a checklist and analyzed by univariate, bivariate. Thus, it can be said that the Behavioral Improving Body Immunity variable affects the variable incidence of suspected covid-19. It is hoped that with the results of this study the government and related company management can provide a policy to deal with the spread of the corona virus in the workplace. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya kesadaran mahasiswa tentang  pentingnya penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dari segi diri sendiri dalam penerapan ergonomi kerja dan pemakaian alat pelindung diri saat melaksanakan pratik di workshop tata busana Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di workshop tata busana terhadap diri sendiri. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Tata Busana Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang dari tahun 2016-2018 yang terdaftar periode Juli-Desember 2019 sebanyak 222 orang mahasiswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate statified random sampling  berjumlah 69 orang mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja tehadap diri sendiri berada pada kategori cukup baik yaitu 74,94%. Hal ini menunjukkan mahasiswa berpersepsi bahwa mahasiswa dalam menerapkan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terhadap diri sendiri di workshop tata busana sudah cukup baik.  Kata Kunci: persepsi, kesehatan, keselamatan kerja.AbstractThis research is motivated by the lack of student awareness about the importance of the application of occupational health and safety in terms of themselves to the application of work ergonomics and the use of personal protective equipment when carrying out practices in the fashion workshop workshop of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, Padang State University. The purpose of this study is to describe students' perceptions of the application of occupational health and safety in self-dress fashion workshops. The methodology used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The study population was students of the Family Welfare Clothing Management School of Tourism and Hospitality of Padang State University from 2016-2018 who registered the period July-December 2019 as many as 222 students and the sampling technique using proportionate statified random sampling was 69 students. The data analysis technique used SPSS 16. The results showed that students' perceptions of the application of occupational health and safety to themselves were in the quite good category, 74.94%. This shows that students perceive that students in applying health and safety to themselves in fashion workshops are good enough.Keywords: perception, occupational, health safety.

An occupational health and safety program is a specific action plan to prevent occupational accidents and diseases. Since companies are all different, a program designed for one is not necessarily appropriate for the others.This document summarizes the main elements of an occupational health and safety program.This should help small and medium-sized enterprises to formulate a program tailored to their particular needs.
