This study aims to measure the quality of service of agricultural extension workers at the UPT. BPP Sukaraja uses the fuzzy service quality (servqual) method by grouping question attributes into five service dimensions criteria, namely the dimensions of tangibles (direct evidence), reliability (responsibility), responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study showed that the value of the gap that requires the priority of improvement and improvement in service quality is the dimension of Tangibles with a negative gap value of -0.45 that means that the expectations of farmers are still not achieved. The customer satisfaction index is 87.93%, which means farmers are satisfied with the services provided. The study can be a motivation to improve the quality of service to farmers for UPT BPP Sukaraja.

Measuring the quality of service and customer satisfaction is ultimately important for ISPs to remain in business. In order to achieve a good quality of service, understanding the two-way relationship among customers in a variety of patterns of quality of service is crucial. Three methods of analysis namely; Penalty Rewards Contrast Analysis (PRCA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used in the analysis to identify the causes of the main problems that affect the level of customer satisfaction. For the PRCA analysis, factors that were categorized as onedimensional are service quality, promotion, as well as payment of bills of paid Wi-Fi services and the promotional factor of free Wi-Fi services. Based on the IPA results, there were eight attributes for paid Wi-Fi services and four attributes of free Wi-Fi services in the first quadrant. These attributes are important but their performance are low. Therefore, these attributes need to be emphasized further to increase their level of performance. Meanwile, the CSI analysis showed that all five factors are found to be at a good level and being categorized in the indifferent zone. Bagi mencapai kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik, memahami hubungan dua hala di kalangan pelanggan di pelbagai corak kualiti perkhidmatan adalah penting. Tiga kaedah analisis iaitu Analisis Kontras Hukuman Ganjaran (PRCA), Analisis Kepentingan Prestasi (IPA) dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) telah digunakan dalam analisis bagi mengukur kepuasan pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah utama yang memberi kesan kepada tahap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk analisis PRCA, faktor-faktor yang telah dikategorikan sebagai satu dimensi adalah faktor kualiti perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, serta pembayaran bil-bil perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan faktor promosi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma. Berdasarkan keputusan IPA, terdapat lapan atribut untuk perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan empat atribut bagi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma berada dalam kuadran pertama. Atribut-atribut ini didapati penting tetapi prestasi mereka adalah rendah. Oleh itu, atribut-atribut ini perlu diberi penekanan untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap prestasi mereka. Manakala, analisis CSI pula menunjukkan bahawa kesemua lima faktor didapati berada pada tahap yang baik dan yang dikategorikan dalam zon acuh tak acuh. <p>This study attempts to analyzed levels of customer satisfaction on the quality of service and anything in the dimensions attributes the quality of services have to be prioritized to repairing in order to increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a Customer Satisfaction Index to measure the overall level of customer satisfaction.To sort the attributes do not satisfy the customer satisfaction levels by measuring the difference in performance levels using Service Quality. Then proceed with the measure by using Importance Performance Analysis to determine the attributes that have not been satisfying the customers.  Results of this study showed that the majority of customers are satisfied with the services provided but not maximum yet. It can be seen from the results of customer satisfaction level testing using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) which is equal to 53,7%. Based on testing using the Service Quality attributes improvements sequence starting from the attribute assurance because it has the greatest negative value.On testing using the Importance Performance Analysist (IPA), there are 8 service attributes that go into quadrant I, which means that there are 8 attributes that unsatisfactory customers and the service is not maximum yet.</p>

"Waroeng Kampoeng" is a culinary business that has a menu variant of Chinese food & Indonesian food which is always crowded with visitors, however, an analysis of customer satisfaction is needed to support the successful achievement of satisfaction from service and product quality at a restaurant. The purpose of this research is to (1) find out what attributes are considered important by consumers for achieving customer satisfaction with the quality of products and services in "Waroeng Kampoeng" (2) to measure the performance of services provided "Waroeng Kampoeng" for customer satisfaction (3) determine the level customer satisfaction with products and services in "Waroeng Kampoeng" (4) determine the attributes that need to get priority from the company based on the level of importance and performance to provide satisfaction with customer satisfaction in "Waroeng Kampoeng". The method used to measure the level of customer satisfaction in this study is by distributing questionnaires to 95 selected respondents and will be calculated using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Customer Benefit Potential Value (PGCV) with two observed service quality variables, namely direct evidence. , reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empath. Meanwhile, the second variable is the product quality variable which is observed is menu, price, and promotion. The results showed that there are 2 important attributes in determining customer satisfaction with service quality at "waroeng Kampoeng", namely direct evidence and assurance. Meanwhile, the product quality in "Waroeng Kampoeng" is the price and product. The service performance that is already good at "waroeng Kampoeng" is direct evidence that includes cleanliness of the place, cleanliness of the equipment used and WIFI facilities, while what includes guarantees is employee knowledge of the menu, transaction convenience and employee behavior. While the product performance that is already good in "waroeng Kampoeng" is the quality of the product which includes the taste of the drink, the presentation of the drink, the suitability of the food price with the portion, the suitability of the price of the drink with the portion, the variety of the food menu with quality, the suitability of the drink price with the quality and the suitability of the food price. with quality. Based on the customer satisfaction index service quality in "waroeng kampoeng" obtained 79% and the product quality customer satisfaction index in "waroeng kampoeng" 78%, which is included in the satisfied category. The PGCV results show that the attribute that needs to be improved from service quality is employee behavior because the value obtained is 3.23 and the attribute that needs to be improved from the product quality is the suitability of the price of the drink with the quality with the value obtained of 2.93. This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction PO Waspada Bengkulu. The sample size is 75 people, and the incidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, taking into account the level of consumer interest and employee performance levels. There are ten service elements studied, which include Employee Friendliness, Service Speed, Clarity of Departure Information, Waiting Room Comfort, Environmental Security, Passenger and Goods Safety, Ease of Access, Clarity of Rights and Obligations of Passengers, Clarity of Service Procedures, and Justice in Service Delivery. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) PO. Waspada Bengkulu that was obtained amounted to 74.1979 including Category (B) or Good. This shows that consumers of PO.Waspada Bengkulu can be said to be satisfied with the service they receive from the Company's employees. Judging from each service in general. Consumer PO. Waspada Be ngkulu satisfied with the service they received, because of the ten Service Elements studied, only one was included in Category (C) or not good, namely the service element, while the others were included in Category (B) or Good, there was even one element. namely Excessive Access Speed due to Very Good Employee Performance (A) while the interests of Consumers are ordinary. To maintain the quality of service to consumers and consumers who are satisfied with the services provided, it is suggested to the PO Management. Waspada Bengkulu to establish Service Quality Standards and establish Guidelines for Implementation of Service Quality Standards or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supervise and evaluate periodically the implementation of services to consumers.

The purpose of this research is to: (1) find out the attribute of products and services that are considered important by customers to achieve customer satisfaction of the quality products and service. (2) determine the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of products and services. (3) Determine attributes that need to get a priority in quality improvement of products and services to enhance customers satisfaction at Voltvet Eatery and Coffee. This research uses the methods of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the Potential Gains In Customer Values (PGCV) that includes quality products including food, beverage, coffee, price and promotion, while the quality of service including physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, respondents used amounted to 94. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 applications and microsoft excel. The Result of the research showed that all of the product and service quality attribute are considered important by customers. The level of customer satisfaction based on the CSI to quality product is 82,85% and on services 83,83%, which shows that customers very satisfied with product and service at Voltvet Eatery and Coffee. Quality attribute product that needs attention is the presentation with a PGCV index value 4.017; discount with the value of the index PGCV 3.891; and the consistency of food per serving with the value of the index PGCV 3.838;  while services quality attribute that need to gain priority are availability of parking lots with the value of the index PGCV 4.200; wifi facilities with the value of the index PGCV 3.636, and employee appearance with indeks of PGCV 3.121. The article examines the factors influencing the overall satisfaction of readers and the quality of service in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the library and information activities of Azerbaijan. The research was carried out on the basis of the "SERVQUAL" model. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was calculated, evaluated on a 7-point Laykert scale for 5 dimensions and a “threshold” index was determined. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, the ergonomic environment, the provision of new information, the professionalism of the staff and openness to managerial innovations were identified as the main factors influencing the satisfaction of readers and the quality of service.

Air freight transport is a promising business along with the development of the aviation industry in Indonesia. This promising word is indicated with the prospect of air transportation in which both passengers and cargo have positive growth trend so that adequate quality of service is needed. This study was conducted to assess the quality of service of the cargo terminal at Tarakan Juwata Airport based on the perception of service users. This study uses the Servqual model with 5 dimensions consisting of 17 service attributes. There are 37 samples of service users (shippers) who were randomly selected. Importance Performance Analysis, gap analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index were used to analyze the data. The results indicate 4 service attributes requiring high priority in service improvement. Gap analysis of 5 dimensions of service shows a negative value. It means that the performance of the cargo terminal is still below its level of importance. Dimensions of tangible and empathy are the dimensions of service with the highest gap value of -0.93. Customer Satisfaction Index of cargo terminal services is 71.94 % which means that cause for concern from the service provider/the operator of cargo terminal. Bisnis angkutan kargo udara merupakan usaha yang menjanjikan sesuai dengan berkembangnya industri penerbangan di Indonesia. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan prospek angkutan udara yang cukup baik dari sisi pertumbuhan penumpang dan kargo sehingga dibutuhkan kualitas pelayanan yang memadai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai kualitas pelayanan terminal kargo di Bandar Udara Juwata Tarakan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna jasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model Servqual dengan 5 dimensi yang terdiri dari 17 atribut jasa. Terdapat 37 sampel pengguna jasa (shipper) yang terpilih secara acak. Importance Performance Analysis, analisis gap dan Customer Satisfaction Index digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat 4 atribut jasa yang memerlukan prioritas utama perbaikan pelayanan. Analisis gap terhadap 5 dimensi pelayanan menunjukkan nilai negatif. Hal ini berarti kinerja terminal kargo tersebut masih berada di bawah tingkat kepentingan penggunanya. Dimensi bukti fisik (tangible) dan empati merupakan dimensi pelayanan dengan nilai gap paling tinggi sebesar -0.93. Indek kepuasan konsumen pelayanan terminal kargo sebesar 71.94% yang berarti memerlukan perhatian (cause for concern) dari penyedia jasa/pengelola terminal kargo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan ABC Laundry serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara persepsi dan harapan pelanggan pada masing-masing dimensi kualitas. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian survei yang bersifat kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan ABC Laundry yang terletak di depan gerbang perumahan Griya Indah. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Servqual, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan sudah merasa sangat puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan tetapi belum maksimal. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil pengujian tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dengan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) yaitu sebesar 91%. Pada pengujian dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) terdapat 5 atribut yang masuk ke  dalam kuadran I yang artinya ada 5 atribut pelayanan yang belum maksimal. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan metode Servqual urutan perbaikan dimulai dari atribut E1 (pihak laundry mampu memberikan penyelesaian atas keluhan dari pelanggan) yang memiliki nilai negatif paling besar. Abstract[Title: Analysis of Customer Satisfaction ABC Laundry by Using Service Quality, Importance Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index Methode] This research was conducted with the aim to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of ABC Laundry services and to determine whether are significant differences between customer perceptions and expectations in each dimension of quality. The research conducted is quantitative survey research. Respondents in this study were ABC laundry customers located in front of Griya Indah Housing Gate. Data collection is done by using questionnaire, data processing is done by using Servqual, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methode. The result showed that customers were very satisfied with the service provided but not yet maximized. This can be seen the results of testing the index of customer satisfaction using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methode that is equal to 91%. In testing by using Importance Performance Analyis (IPA) methode, there are 5 attributes that enter into the Quadran I, which means that there are 5 service attributes that have not been maximized. The complexity of competition in the air transport industry causing any company or airlines have to improve the quality of service to the customer. This study uses the variable consists of 23 attributes of services that includes 5 SERVQUAL dimensions namely reliability, responsiveness , empathy , assurance and tangibles . Importance Performance Analysis Methods and Customer Satisfaction Index is used to analyze the primary data . The results showed that there are three (3 ) service attributes that are in quadrant priorities for improved / enhanced service which are ( A4 ) on-time performance of airline service, (Re5) ease of reservation and ( Rs3 ) ease of buying a ticket and check -in service at the airport . Customer Satisfaction Index of PT " X " airline Jakarta - Batam route amounted to 85.61 % which is very good. Kompleksitas persaingan dalam industri angkutan udara atau penerbangan menyebabkan setiap perusahaan harus selalu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar kepuasan pelanggan dapat terwujud. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel yang dalam terdiri dari 23 Atribut jasa yang meliputi 5 dimensi model Servqual yaitu reliabilitas, daya tanggap, empati, jaminan dan bukti fisik.Metode Importance Performance Analysis dan Customer Satisfaction Index digunakan untuk menganalisis data primer tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 (tiga) atribut jasa yang berada pada kuadran prioritas untuk diperbaiki/ ditingkatkan pelayanannya yaitu (A4) kinerja tepat waktu pelayanan penerbangan, (Re5) kemudahan reservasi dan (Rs3) membeli tiket dan pelayanan check in di Bandar Udara. Nilai Customer Satisfaction Index pelayanan maskapai penerbangan PT “X” rute Jakarta-Batam adalah sebesar 85.61%. Pelayanan maskapai penerbangan PT “X” rute Jakarta-Batam tersebut mempunyai nilai indek kepuasan penumpang yang sangat baik (very good).
