The purpose of this study was to determine the effect; 1) Simultaneously the dimensions of service quality consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, on community satisfaction. 2) partially the tangible dimension to community satisfaction. 3) partially the dimension of reliability to community satisfaction. 4) partially the dimensions of responsiveness to community satisfaction. 5) partially the dimension of assurance to community satisfaction. 6) partially the dimension of empathy to community satisfaction. The research design used is quantitative research. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data analysis usingSPSS software version 20. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling totaled 48 applicants who made SIM at the Kendari Police SATPAS. The results showed that; 1) The dimensions of service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. 2) The dimension of physical evidence (tangible) partially has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. 3) The dimension of reliability partially has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. 4) The dimension of responsiveness (responsiveness) partially has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. 5) The partially assurance dimension has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. 6) Dimensions of empathy (empathy) partially have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance, examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the influence of competence and non-physical work environment on employees performance at Child Special Development Institution Class II Kendari. This research approach is quantitative using survey methods and explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section using an instrument of a questionnaire. The population on this study were employees at Child Special Development Institution Class II Kendari, using the census method of determining respondents, so that the respondent size was set at 46 employees. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on employee performance. From these results it can be concluded that the better the competence possessed, the existing non-physical work environment and also the perceived job satisfaction, will be able to improve employee performance.

The objectives of the study are : (1) The effect of knowledge management, organizational culture  and work involvement simultaneously have effect on Employees performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (2) the effect of partial  knowledge management on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (3) The effect of partial  organizational culture on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province;  (4) The effect of partial  Work involvement on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research design used was quantitative research. The population of the study were all employees who worked at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD Southeast Sulawesi Province. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study found that: (1) knowledge management, organizational culture and work involvement simultaneously have positif and signifikant effect on employee performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD Southeast Sulawesi Province; (2) Knowledge management has positip and significant effects on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (3) Organizational culture has has poositip and significant on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province;  (4) Work involvement has positif and significant on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction PO Waspada Bengkulu. The sample size is 75 people, and the incidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, taking into account the level of consumer interest and employee performance levels. There are ten service elements studied, which include Employee Friendliness, Service Speed, Clarity of Departure Information, Waiting Room Comfort, Environmental Security, Passenger and Goods Safety, Ease of Access, Clarity of Rights and Obligations of Passengers, Clarity of Service Procedures, and Justice in Service Delivery. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) PO. Waspada Bengkulu that was obtained amounted to 74.1979 including Category (B) or Good. This shows that consumers of PO.Waspada Bengkulu can be said to be satisfied with the service they receive from the Company's employees. Judging from each service in general. Consumer PO. Waspada Be ngkulu satisfied with the service they received, because of the ten Service Elements studied, only one was included in Category (C) or not good, namely the service element, while the others were included in Category (B) or Good, there was even one element. namely Excessive Access Speed due to Very Good Employee Performance (A) while the interests of Consumers are ordinary. To maintain the quality of service to consumers and consumers who are satisfied with the services provided, it is suggested to the PO Management. Waspada Bengkulu to establish Service Quality Standards and establish Guidelines for Implementation of Service Quality Standards or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supervise and evaluate periodically the implementation of services to consumers.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of employee competence, work culture, and remuneration on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Southeast Sulawesi. This research approach is a survey with explanatory research design. The data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this research is all employees who have become Civil Servants (PNS) of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Southeast Sulawesi. The sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula, so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The analytical tool used is the Multivariate Regression Analysis with the SPSS program package.The results showed that competence, work culture and remuneration simultaneously and racially had a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Southeast Sulawesi. Contribution of the influence of competence, work culture and remuneration is shown by the value ( ) of 79.2% and the remaining 20.8% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. This means that the ability of competence, work culture and remuneration have a very big influence on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Mediated by Job Satisfaction. The research approach used was a survey method, data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The study population was all 60 people of the Konawe Kepulauan District Hospital, because the population was relatively small, all of the population became respondents. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS)The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction. positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus job satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Population Control and Family Planning in South Konawe Regency. This research approach is quantitative using survey methods and explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Office of South Konawe Regency, by using the method of determining respondents by census, so that the sample size was set at 84 employees. The analytical tool used is the Multivariate Regression Analysis.The results showed that the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, leadership style, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of organizational innovation partially significant on employee performance, to determine the effect of knowledge management partially significant influence on employee performance, to determine partially transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and to determine the effect of organizational innovation, Knowledge management and transformational leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Environmental Service Office of North Buton Regency. This study used 50 respondents as civil servants of the North Buton Regency Environmental Service. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. The research data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational innovation partially on employee performance, knowledge management also has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance. The same results were also found on the influence of organizational innovation, knowledge management, and transformational leadership simultaneously having a significant effect on employee performance at the North Buton Regency Environmental Service.
