Pengenalan Budaya Komunikasi Bisnis Jepang Melalui Kurasu Katsudo

Introduction of Japanese business communication culture to Japanese learners is one of the important elements in learning Japanese. This introduction can be done through kurasu katsudo 'class activities' to make it easier for students to understand. Kurasu Katsudo is strongly suggested done in various ways and repeatedly by inserting information about cultural elements in the middle of the teaching process. The purpose of this study is to describe Japanese business communication culture through kurasu katsudo. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data are collected by library method through several Japanese textbooks. The results of this study indicates that group orientation as one of the Japanese business communication culture can be introduced through the learning of jikoshokai 'self-introduction' and meishi kokan 'exchange business cards'. In addition, hierarchical culture can be taught by the teaching of osewa ni narimashita expression and juju hyogen expression. While the horenso culture can be introduced through learning the N gurai Vru monda sentence pattern.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the mathematics literacy skills of high school students in terms of gender, especially in the material linear program. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data Collection was carried out on the eleventh-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Meraksa Aji. The subject was 31 students which consisted of 14 females and 17 males. The data was collected using tests and interviews and analyze use method triangulation. The results showed that female students' literacy skills were better than male students. Female students find the indicators of interpreting mathematics to solve problems, formulate problems systematically and use concepts, facts, procedures, and reasoning in mathematics. Meanwhile, male students have only fulfilled the indicators of interpreting mathematics to solve problems.

This study discusses the decision of French tourists on their planned visit to Bali in the new normal era in 2021. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was obtained by means of online interviews and questions and answers via email to 35 potential tourists. Based on the results of research that has been done, it was found that two decisions of French tourists regarding their vacation plans to Bali, namely: (1) Cancellation of tour trips with the consideration of (a) changes in tourist budgets and financial plans, (b) health reasons for tourists, (c) difficulty in managing time, and (d) the uncertainty of the global situation. (2) Delay or reschedule Tour trips. The factors that influence tourists to continue their travel agenda to Bali with a note of rescheduling, namely: (a) Advances that have been paid to travel agents, (b) the need for post-lockdown holidays during 2020, and ( c) vaccination as an effort to protect the tourists from Covid-19. The hope is that the exposure of the research results can be a reference for researchers, tourism service business actors, and tourists to work together to implement health protocols in all tourism activities for a better Indonesian tourism. This research aims to describe the history of Indonesian reform in the collection of Telepon Genggam poems by Joko Pinurbo. The dark history of reform needs to be reminded to everyone, to remind that Indonesia has a dark history of humanity, the Trisakti Tragedy. The May 1998 Trisakti Tragedy is a dark history that cannot be forgotten by Indonesian people. This research is included in a qualitative descriptive study. Data and data sources of this research are a collection of poems by Joko Pinurbo entitled Telepon Genggam. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique. Listen note is a technique used for data collection techniques. The results of research on the history of Indonesian reform, namely Tragedi Trisakti, in a collection of poems by Joko Pinurbo's Mobile Phone, found that there was a monetary crisis that made people uneasy because of the soaring prices of basic necessities. In addition, there were demonstrations by students and activists which resulted in many casualties, looting and rape of ethnic Chinese, and the kidnapping and disappearance of activists and students.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejarah kelam reformasi Indonesia dalam kumpulan puisi Telepon Genggam karya Joko Pinurbo. Sejarah kelam reformasi sangat perlu diingatkan untuk semua orang, untuk mengingatkan bahwa Indonesia mempunyai sejarah kemanusiaan yang kelam, yaitu Tragedi Trisakti. Tragedi Trisakti Mei 1998 merupakan sejarah kelam yang tidak bisa dilupakan oleh bangsa Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dan sumber data penelitian ini adalah kumpulan puisi karya Joko Pinurbo yang berjudul Telepon Genggam. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis isi. Simak catat adalah teknik yang digunakan untuk teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian mengenai sejarah reformasi Indonesia, yaitu Tragedi Trisakti, pada kumpulan puisi Telepon Genggam karya Joko Pinurbo ditemukan bahwa adanya krisis moneter yang membuat rakyat menjadi resah karena harga kebutuhan pokok yang melambung tinggi. Selain itu, ada juga demonstrasi para mahasiswa dan aktivis yang menyebabkan banyak korban berjatuhan, penjarahan dan perkosaan terhadap etnis Tionghoa, dan penculikan dan penghilangan aktivis dan mahasiswa.

Banyuwangi In Your Hand is an application connected with fiber optic that has been connecting 280 kilometers in 28 districts in Banyuwangi Regency. However, the increasing numbers of the tourist is not in line with the numbers of application download. Therefore, the application needs to be evaluated in terms of the feature and program. This study examines the process of information update related to the location of tourism objects in Banyuwangi. This is a qualitative descriptive study. Data were collected from literature study and interviews with the tourists visiting Banyuwangi. This study proposed the idea of integrating GPS in Banyuwangi In Your Hand application to increase the performance of information update about tourism spots in Banyuwangi. This study also proposed to add tax refund application on the transaction feature in order to increase the value of the Banyuwangi In Your Hand application. The development of internet technology itself has had an influence on the existence of media, including the emergence of online media. Because online media allows for faster dissemination of information but sacrifices the basic principles of journalism, one of which is the accuracy of news. The Line Today feature as a product of internet development is an online news portal that positions itself as a content aggregator, namely a method of compiling news by publishing a number of news from other media. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out about the content aggregator in online news on the online news portal Line Today. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, data collection techniques using observation. By using the approach of medium theory, new media, and content aggregator, the results of this study indicate that the shift of conventional mass media to digital is part of the development of new media. It is also known that in online media, there is an important role for content aggregators as part of online news portals. In addition, as an online news portal that positions itself as a content aggregator, Line Today collects and selects news from online media that have collaborated to be republished.

The Impact

The industrial 4.0 was the impact of the disruptive and development of the human mind pattern. In this era people will live with the help of technology so sophisticated that it affects social attitudes. The study served to describe the impact of the industrial revolution on students' social attitudes and to describe the students' social attitudes on learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaire, and observation. The subject of this study is a 4th grade at SDN 2 Kebumen as many as 18 student, parent and 4th grade teachers. The results of this study shows that industrial era 4.0 cause students' poor social attitude when there is no supervision and direction from teachers and parents. On learning indicates that 4th grade students have varying degrees of social attitudes that cause learning to be less conducive.

The purpose of this study was to describe the shape and factors causing environmental unstructured speech level in Kebumen. This study used a qualitative descriptive study. Data of this study were verbal utterances using Javanese uttered by teenagers and adults in Puring District, Kebumen regency, Central Java. The results showed that the shape of the chaos of speech level includes: (a) the form of higher manners (krama inggil) to polite manners (ngoko alus), (b) the form of polite manners (ngoko alus) to higher manners (krama inggil) and (c) to form higher polite manners (ngoko inggil). The unstructured speech levels occur as a result of: (1) lack of knowledge/ understanding of the use poliness patterns of Javanese, (2) direct contact among migrants from Yogyakarta and Solo cities of the native politness Javanese originate, (3) low education level, (4) low frequency of speaking Javanese using polite pattersn, and (5) lack of mastery of vocabulary and speech level in polite manners of Javanese to teach younger generations.

Abstract: This study aims to explore teaching material of Microbiology in the material "Role of Microbes in Life (Bioremediation)" for students of Biology Education S1 Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used is by distributing questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire showed that 84% stated that they needed to study more about the use of microbes in life (Bioremediation). 59% of students used teaching materials based on research results and 70% of students stated that teaching materials in the form of modules made it easier to understand biological material. 57% of students strongly agree if an E-module is developed. Based on these results it was concluded that teaching materials in the form of E-modules would be developed for Microbiology courses.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bahan ajar matakuliah Mikrobiologi pada materi “Peranan Mikroba dalam Kehidupan (Bioremediasi)” bagi mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan penyebaran angket. Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa 84% menyatakan perlu mengkaji lebih dalam tentang pemanfaatan mikroba dalam kehidupan (Bioremediasi). 59% mahasiswa pernah menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis hasil penelitian dan 70% mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar berupa modul memudahkan dalam memahami materi Biologi. 57% mahasiswa sangat setuju jika dikembangkan E-modul. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa perlu dikembangkan bahan ajar berupa E-modul untuk matakuliah Mikrobiologi.

People rarely know the function of the language used in the film. This study analyzes speech acts in a dialogue film entitled Merry Riana: Dreams of a Million Dollars. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data were analyzed from the form of speech acts consisting of direct and indirect speech acts in the form of declarative, imperative, and interrogative. The type of speech act analysis uses Searle's theory of representative, directive, commissive, expressive, and declaration. The result of this research is that direct speech act in interrogative form is 43.63%. Direct speech acts in the declarative form are 95 (43.18%), direct speech acts in the imperative form are 24 (10.90%), indirect speech acts in the imperative form are 2 (0.9%), indirect speech acts in imperative form as much as 2 (0.9%). interrogative form is 2 (0.9%), and indirect speech act in declarative form is 1 (0.45%). Furthermore, 74 utterances are analyzed into five types of speech acts. The most dominant representative used 36 (48.6%). Then followed by directive 21 (28.3%), expressive 14 (18.9%), commissive 3 (4.0%), and declarative 0 (0.0%). This research implies that understanding speech acts plays an important role in communication.

The research objective was to determine the evaluation of PAI Learning in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 Palembang city and technical evaluation conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 2. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the framework of inductive and deductive thinking. The results of the study, the implementation of the evaluation is taken from the results of daily tests, midterm and final exam, the management of the evaluation includes planning, managing the implementation of the organization and evaluation. Technical Evaluation of PAI Learning leads to the cognitive domain, affective domain and psychomotor domain. PAI Learning Evaluation techniques implemented in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 are test and non-test techniques.
