Abstract The value of the construction industry for green growth of the Russian economy is identified. The structure of the building materials industry, indicators of production volumes, share of exports and imports of construction materials are analysed. The main factors of high energy consumption in the construction industry are formed as a table. Main activities to modernise the building materials industry and “green” growth of the Russian economy as a whole are proposed. The urgency of formation of the mechanism of energysaving innovation application in the construction industry is justified. The methodology of management of the building materials industry development through the introduction of energy-saving innovations is proposed.

<p>Construction industry has been one of China's energy guzzlers, if we can reduce the energy consumption of the building industry through the use of new materials or new technologies, which will have a significant impact on the development of economy and society. The status quo of China's construction industry, high energy consumption, paper use energy-saving technologies in the field of construction works to expand the analysis, discusses the necessity of the construction industry currently uses energy-saving insulation materials and analyzes the current energy field of construction engineering technology application status, on the basis of focus on the application of energy-saving insulation materials in construction, particularly in the new system and the new glass curtain wall insulation material in construction applications, which further enhance the energy-saving technology within the field of construction engineering the application level has a certain reference.</p>

With the highly praised development of low-carbon and implementation of western development strategy, the various industries of northwest faced great stress with how to weigh the economic growth and reduce carbon emissions. In this study, based on the data about energy consumption and GDP in the construction industry of five northwestern provinces, and estimates the carbon emissions of construction indirectly. Then combined withDecoupling Theoryanalysis the interacted impact among carbon emissions, energy consumption and economic growth in the construction industry of five northwestern provinces .The results shows that the development of construction industry in provinces is still based on high energy consumption and high carbon emissions, but each impact degree of them are different. Finally, put some suggest improvements to reduce the energy consumption and carbon emissions in the construction industry path of five northwestern provinces.

According the high energy consumption and pollution in foundry industry, the reason of high energy consumption and the source of the pollution were analyzed. Based on the analysis, for the sustainable development of foundry industry, some effective measures were suggested: defining the responsibility of all referred parties (governor and enterpriser); trying to save energy and protect environment from the source; reusing the waste scientifically.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES. Energy efficiency and energy saving are the priority direction of science, technology and engineering development in Ukraine. The policy of energy saving, carried out all over the world, is directed to all branches and scientific researches in all spheres. The big consumer of energy resources is the higher school. Updating of normative-legal and technical base aimed at design and operation of buildings with low energy consumption and high energy efficiency class shows the necessity of short-term solution of the problem. At the same time, there is a lack of a systemic view of energy efficiency, which does not allow evaluating the level of energy costs throughout the life cycle of higher education institutions, which shows the need to find effective solutions to the problem.METHODS. Multiple regression equation was used to assess the influence of factors on electricity consumption and energy efficiency of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design, statistical analysis of the obtained data was performed.FINDINGS. As a result it was found out that the data of electricity consumption do not obey the law of normal distribution, so it is difficult to build an accurate prediction of electricity consumption. The use of HAB knowledge on energy efficiency allowed a more qualitative analysis and highlighted the main factors affecting electricity consumption. The university has unregulated central heating, individual air conditioning systems, and central and individual lighting. In this regard, we selected the following main factors: average outdoor air temperature, average duration of daylight hours, heating period, average number of people working per day, during the month to conduct energy monitoring and energy audit of university buildings.CONCLUSION. Implementation of suggested scheme of structural organization of typical system of automatic accounting of university energy consumption on the basis of university HUB of energy efficiency knowledge: server, allowing to collect, store and process data; routers by means of various wire and wireless communication technologies; hubs, installed on the objects of energy consumption; workstations, which are personal computers with installed software of used HUB will allow to optimize energy consumption.

Energy saving in manufacturing is the key to reduce energy consumption of unit GDP. Forming equipments are one of the biggest energy consumers. The basic reason of high energy consumption and low efficiency for current forming equipments is the mismatch between uncontrollable driving characteristics and the variable loads in forming processes. Complex transmission and control mechanisms are needed, wasting a lot of energy. The basic principles of driving were put forward to realize energy saving for forming equipments: faster in virtual strokes, slower in working strokes, stop when idling and recycling excessive energy. The servo driving based on large AC servo motors can make the driving and forming loads match each other well, realizing not only high automation and intelligence, but energy saving greatly as well. Theoretical analysis and experiments showed that by adopting AC servo driving the crank presses, hydraulic presses and screw presses could get the energy saving results of 25-70%.

This paper mainly discusses the energy-saving design method for large weak electronic circuit. In large scale electronic circuit, there is no direct relevance between every two element modules. The traditional weak element circuit design concentrates in a single module, while ignoring module dependencies in energy-saving design, resulting in high energy consumption in large-scale electronic circuits. This paper proposes to establish the relevance energy-loss model for each model in the large-scale weak electronic circuit to obtain the energy consumption situation, and consider the energy consumption in module coordination to saving energy. The simulation results show that the proposed model used for large-scale energy weak circuit design can effectively reduce the energy consumption in weak circuit application.

For the high energy consumption and poor emission of a medium-sized hydraulic excavator, energy consumption point is analyzed combined with the advantages of the electric hybrid system. The energy recovery schematic of the system is designed. Mathematical models of the slewing system are established and theoretical simulation is conducted, and it is compared with the traditional structure. The velocity, displacement, and energy consumption curves of the two systems are concluded under the same conditions. The comparison shows that: energy saving of the electric hybrid slewing system is 37.27% compared with the traditional system. And the electric hybrid slewing system has the characteristics of the better control function and the higher energy utilization.

The factors that influence environmentally-friendly powder rubber powdering are introduced. Types and dosage of isolation agent, types and dosage of coagulant, environmental antioxidant, condensation temperature, stirring speed on the effect of powder rubber are examined. Thus a simple method to prepare environmental powder rubber is provided.As a physical variation of traditional bulk rubber, powder rubber can change the situations that high energy consumption and high labor intensity of the former. And it also can make the mixing process become continuous, automated, energy-saving and so on. In recent years, with the progress of rubber processing industry, the demand of powder rubber increases rapidly. And there is a intense requirement of supplying environmentally-friendly powder rubber[1-3]. So it is very important to do this experiment.

By careful analysis of relevant elements in planning and design, building design and equipment design, measures available for energy saving were concluded that combination of all the measures in practical engineering design can guarantee the energy-saving objective to be realized. What is special in this paper is that energy-saving elements in architectural design were systematically studied, that the wholeness of design was strengthened.
