The method of analysis used was path analysis model in recursive form derived from the experimental model of multiple regression method in form of ordinary least square (OLS). The results showed that technology absorption (TA) positively and significantly became the main determinant in improving the capacity and performance of global entrepreneurship, while the opportunity start-up (OS) was the supporting determinant. Shortly, the entrepreneurial industry should have the capacity of technology absorption and mastery to start a business (OS), improve capacity (ABT), and sustainably encourage the excellence of Global Entrepreneurship Performance (GEP)

Abstract Human behavior in searching different information but can establish a pattern that can be known the model search. In the case of this study, the focus is the behavior of students in searching information to meet the learning needs on campus. Exploratory research methodology with a quantitative approach. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents to the survey technique as the primary data and conducting interviews as secondary data. Data analysis techniques performed by regression analysis model tiered or SEM (structural equation modeling) with Partial Least Square approach using tools SmartPls 2.0 and SPSS program to test for normality of data. The results showed that the characteristics of all respondents belonging to the Internet generation (net generation) or better known as a digital native with instant information search behavior patterns and digital in meeting information needs. Amounting to 68.82% of respondents chose the resources in the form of electronic media format as a medium of learning than the printed media. Amounting to 62.37% of respondents prefer to access information to support their learning tasks derived from internet and as much as 54.84% using the smartphone as a support tool accessing such information. In conclusion digital native generation tend to like information search patterns that come into contact with technology, is fast and easy, and like source of information in electronic media. Thus forming the pattern of searches ranging from needs information analysis (task/add insight) – environment (economic) - access location (internet/library) – selection (source of relevant information). Keywords: behavior, information retrieval, digital native

In most developing countries, higher numbers of women depend on microenterprise for survival, and access to electricity supply is considered to be vital to the operations of microenterprise businesses. Despite the significance of rural electrification, microenterprises are still battling with a lack of quality and stable electricity supply. To this end, this study analyzed the effect of grid electricity supply on the profitability of microenterprise among rural women. Primary data were used for this study. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Probit model, and the ordinary least square (OLS) method. The result shows that hairdressing (16.8%) is the most common form of businesses followed by tailoring (14.1%), oil palm processing (12.4%), grain milling (7.9%), traditional birth attendants and retail shop (7.1%). Also, the result reveals that age, years of schooling, connection charge, enterprise share of electricity bill with household, and duration of power outage supported the adoption of electricity service among microenterprise owners. The study further shows that the billing method of electricity supply negatively affects the profitability of microenterprise. On the other hand, grid electricity adoption, years spent in business, duration of power supply, and expenditure on alternative sources of energy significantly have a positive impact on the profitability of microenterprise. The study, therefore, recommends that the Government should intensify action in providing rural communities with reliable and affordable electricity services, which is one of the indispensable tools in microenterprises establishment, expansion, and performance.

This study uses primary data taken directly to the object of research in the form of productivity data generated by the workforce, the level of wages obtained, hours worked, and work experience owned by the workforce and also the level of education owned by the workforce. To estimate the factors that affect labor productivity, the analysis model used is ordinary least square (OLS) regression analysis. The results showed that the wage variable had a positive and significant effect on labor productivity in the Eve Bakery donat business with a coefficient of 1.1628 = 5%. Regression coefficient of 1.1628, meaning that if there is an increase in the wage level of 1% it will increase labor productivity by 1.1628. Work hours variable has a positive effect on labor productivity by 0.6784, which means that if working hours increase by 1%, the level of labor productivity will increase by 0.6784%. The work experience variable also has a positive effect on labor productivity by 0.1255, which means that if this workforce experience increases by 1% it will increase the level of labor productivity by 0.1255%.

Keywords: Productivity, Workforce, Wages, Experience ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh faktor upah, jam kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires of 215 respondents, while secondary data was obtained from the 2018 annual report of seven sharia public banks. The analysis method used in this research is partial least square (PLS) using SmartPLS software version 2.0. The findings reveal that CSR has no effect on the performance of sharia banks, and reputation cannot mediate the relationship between the two. This result contributes literature on the relationship between CSR, reputation and performance of sharia banks, and can be used as a guideline for Sharia banks to continue to carry out CSR activities.
