Software-Defined Network (SDN) as architecture network that separates the control and forwarding functions, so that network operators and administrators can configure the networks in a simple and centrally between thousands of devices. This study is designed and evaluate the Quality of Services (QoS) performances between the two networks employed SDN-based architecture and without SDN-based. MinNet as a software emulator used as a data plane in the network Software Define Network. In this study, comparison of the value of the QoS on the network based on Software Defined Network and traditional network during the test run from the source node is investigated. Network testing by using traffic loads. Traffic loads are used starting from 20Mbps-100Mbps. The result is verified that the QoS analysis of the Software-Defined Network architecture performed better than conventional network architectures. The value of the latency delay on the Software Define Network range between 0,019-0,084ms, and with 0% packet loss when addressed the network traffics of 10-100Mbps.

The evolving standards of mobile communications, the wide variety of services they offer and the rapid growth of the Internet have made a merger of the two network technologies inevitable. One of the most prominent platforms that has been developed to facilitate this is the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) concept. Many mobile communications standards integrate IMS as the main core network architecture and Quality of Service (QoS) is the main concern for customer satisfaction. A major approach to optimisation of QoS is the Differentiated Services scheme, and a simulation study of implementations of this is presented. The study covered an IMS core network architecture modelled with discrete-event network simulator software, with a Differentiated Services QoS scheme run over it with differing bearer traffic scenarios. Implications for core network architectures are discussed.

The evaluation of the Quality of Services (QoS) has been a topic of particular interest to many authors. In the literature, many works have been developed where different models are proposed to assess the QoS in different environments. These models evaluate the QoS from a set of criteria, which may vary from one environment to another, and thus they do not always have the same importance. Considering this, there have been many studies proposing techniques to evaluate the performance of the quality criteria. Techniques have also been developed to obtain the ranking of a given service provider. The purpose of this chapter is to make a literature review of service quality models, methods for determining the weights of the criteria, and the methods used to conduct an overall assessment of service providers.

Internet have evolved so rapidly in this day and age from where user only can access to internet service through cable UTP(LAN) and now user can access it from every where through nirkable (Wireless Network) and from this improvement it caused lots of device connected and heavy traffic coming in and out from a network. Because of this situation the network industry come with a new idea using a new network architecture that known as Software Defined Network (SDN). Software Defined Network (SDN) is a new way to manage, design and implementing network architecture where data flow from the control plane separated from the hardware. Network industry believe that SDN can change the network architecture that people using now that known as Traditonal Network because SDN can overcome the weakness of Tradional network that tend to be closed and distributed can be changed by SDN to be open source, can be programmed and can be controlled centrally. In this research will be implementing and analys simulation Quality Of Service (QOS) and Perfomance device openflow switch using ONOS as controller to monitor the device perfomance and iperf3 as a Quality Of Service testing.

Namun pada pengujian hanya pada jumlah switch, floodlight menjamin dalam tingkat respons serta pengelolaan data yang besar di dalam arsitektur jaringan SDN.Abstract Software Defined Network (SDN) is a concept of a new approach in networking to design, build and manage a computer network. This concept separates the Data Plane and Control Plane. In this SDN concept there is an important component that is responsible for all rules in the management and distribution of information to all network devices that is Controller. Due to the important Controller role then the performance of the Controller needs to be tested so as to know the ability of the Controller to use. In this study, a comparison of Quality of Service (QoS) value analysis on SDN implementation using Floodlight and Ryu Controller by running linear and mesh topology in varying number of Switches ranging from 4, 8, 12 and 16 Switch. During the test from the source node to the same destination node is also varies background traffic ranging from 50 to 200 Mbps. The result is that Controller Ryu has better QoS value than floodlight on all tested topologies, the latency and jitter values on the floodlight are higher than ryu and tend to increase on 100 Mbps traffic. Throughput On ryu. have a higher value with the range of 856-933 Kbps. While the packet loss floodlight higher while ryu only have an average packet loss of 0.5%. But on testing only on the number of switches, the floodlight guarantees great response rates and data management within the SDN network architecture.

This study applied SERVQUAL scale of Parasuraman et al to measure factors affecting customer satisfaction on service quality at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank - An Giang Branch (Techcombank An Giang). The study was conducted to survey 207 customers who have been using the service at Techcombank An Giang. The survey results were analyzed by the Cronbach's Alpha reliability test method, then used Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to verify and evaluate the scale of service quality. The results of the regression analysis show that customer's satisfaction about service quality at Techcombank An Giang includes four factors: The factor with the highest level is the Empathy with Beta = 0.253, the second of factor is the Responsibility with Beta = 0.248, ranked third in the influence level is the Tangible with Beta = 0.235, and the lowest impact level is the Reliability with Beta = 0.144. The research also uses statistical methods to describe and test the differences of demographic factors with customer's satisfactionon service quality. The analysis results show that there is no difference between customer's satisfaction on service quality and factors such as gender, age, income, number of transaction banks, regular transaction banks, and time to use the service at Techcombank An Giang. Through the research results, the author would like to propose some ideas to improve the quality of services, thereby attracting new customers and importantly, keeping traditional customers because the development orientation of Techcombank is to take care of old customers to cross sell other products of the bank. The Stud results offer a basis for the branch to identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction on their service quality, thereby having an appropriate strategy to improve customer satisfaction.
