AbstractReligious conflicts often occur due to the unfair implementation of religious preaching which tend to obtrude. This form of preaching clearly contradicts the nature of religion which demands peace, coexistence and respect for human rights. This research explores in depth the extent to which the da'i provide enlightenment to the community so that they can live side by side and in harmony with followers of other religions. Islam is a religion that carries out the mission of rahmatan lil 'alamin, so it must be an inspiration and a carriage in bringing a tolerant life for the universe. Therefore, in preaching, preachers must prioritize preaching that is tolerant and wise, so that Islam can be accepted in the midst of a plural society. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative data analysis.  AbstrakKonflik keagamaan seringkali terjadi akibat pelaksanaan penyiaran agama yang tidak fair dan cenderung memaksakan kehendak dalam beragama. Bentuk dakwah ini, jelas bertentangan dengan fitrah agama yang menghendaki kedamaian, hidup berdampingan, mendapatkan penghormatan atas hak-hak asasi manusia. Penelitian ini menggali secara lebih mendalam tentang sejauhmana para da’i memberikan pencerahan kepada masyarakat agar dapat hidup berdampingan dan harmonis dengan penganut agama lain. Islam adalah agama yang mengemban misi dakwah rahmatan lil ‘alamin, sehingga harus menjadi inspirasi dan gerbong dalam menyongsong kehidupan yang toleran bagi semesta alam. Karena itu, di dalam berdakwah, da’i harus mengedepankan dakwah yang toleran dan  bijaksana, sehingga Islam dapat diterima di tengah-tengah masyarakat yang plural. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis data kualitatif.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode yang digunakan pimpinan pesantren, untuk mengetahui program-program dan bentuk peran pimpinan pesantren dalam pengembangan dakwah di Pesantren. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada sebuah teori hasibuan bahwa kepemimpinan merupakan intisari manajemen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriftip karena metode ini dipandang relevan untuk menggali dan menganalisis fenomena empiris yang terjadi dijaman sekarang. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dalam analisis datanya menggunakan jenis analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa dalam mengembangkan dakwah di Pondok Pesantren KH Muhammad Ridwan mengambil keputusan dengan metode yang tidak lepas dari standar dakwah, memperhatikan lingkungan dan kemampuan dewan kiai atau dewan guru, menjalankan program-program yang telah direncanakan dengan objek yang menyeluruh.  Bentuk peran yang di gunakan sebagai pimpinan semuanya sesuai dengan kondisi para santri guru dan masyarakat. Hal demikian di pandang mampu dalam pengembangan dakwah dipesantren dengan peran pemimpin sebagai individu terbaik bagi kelompoknya, sebagai tauladan bagi anggota dalam oraganisasinya dan sebagai pemimpin imformal di Pesantren dan di lingkungan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Peran; Kepemimpinan; Pesantren ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the methods used by leaders of pesantren, to find out the programs and forms of role of leaders of pesantren in developing da'wah in Pesantren. This research is based on a theory of fate that leadership is the essence of management. The method used in this study is to use a descriptive method because this method is considered relevant to explore and analyze empirical phenomena that occur today. The research technique used is observations, interviews, documentation, in the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis types. The results of research conducted show that in developing da'wah at the Islamic Boarding School KH Muhammad Ridwan took decisions with methods that can not be separated from the standards of preaching, pay attention to the environment and the ability of the kiai council or teacher council, run programs that have been planned with a comprehensive object. The forms of roles used as leaders are all in accordance with the conditions of the students, teachers and the community. This is seen as being able to develop da'wah in the pesantren with the role of the leader as the best individual for the group, as a role model for members in their organizations and as an informal leader in the pesantren and in the community. A country has the power to refuse entry or deport any foreign citizen who is in the territory of the country. However, the existence of this power does not necessarily make the state arbitrarily treat everyone. There are limits that must be considered, namely the existence of human rights that must be protected and upheld. This paper is written with the intention of examining the implementation of deportation of foreign nationals in Indonesian territory from a human rights perspective. This paper is designed using qualitative data analysis with data collection methods in the form of literature or literature studies.

ABSTRACTThe objective will be accomplished in the title of the thesis is the author of the above is to find out if the peace process is going on, and the proceedings conducted against a simple matter of Economics Sharia Religious Courts in Kediri were in accordance with the provisions of the law that applies.This research uses the juridical normative approach i.e. researching secondary data or library material, then analyzed qualitative data analysis and results presented with descriptive method, namely by giving a picture in fact regarding the juridical review against a peaceful solution a simple matter of Economics Sharia Religious Courts in Kediri.Based on the results of the research on settlement matters simple economics Sharia Religious Courts in Kediri via the litigation has been in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law, both at the stage of registration, ranging from up to judge drop the verdict. But against the occurrence of the verdict form peacekeeping assignment given by judges in future trials, is not the peace that occurs on the basis of the presence of both parties with the bond Act of peace, but rather the onset of peace because the judge grant the plaintiff's petition to revoke the matter, this occurs after the judge listened to the description of the plaintiff who stated upfront trial that the Defendants had completed his charge to the plaintiff. This research is entitled “The Effectiveness of Using Cooperative Script Method to Improve Students’ Reading Comprehension on Recount Text of 8th Grade Students of SMP N Kewapante, Maumere in Academic Year 2017/ 2018”. The objective of this research is to investigate and to find out whether the use of cooperative script method effective to improve students’ reading comprehension on recount text. The method of this research is experimental research especially quasi experimental research. In analyzing the data, the researcher combined both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. In qualitative data analysis, the researcher used interview technique in order to get information about students’ perceptions in reading, while in quantitative data analysis, the researcher used SPSS version 16. The result of the research showed that the implementation of Cooperative Script Method in experimental class was more effective to help the students in reading comprehension on recount text compared to the use of the conventional method in control class of the eighth grade students of SMP N Kewapante, Maumere. It is also found that cooperative script method positively contributed to improve students’ reading comprehension. Therefore ,the researcher  suggests the teachers to use cooperative script method in order to improve students reading comprehension Additionally, cooperative script method can also motivate students to be more active, relax and enthusiastic to comprehend reading texts.

The development of software programs designed to facilitate qualitative data analysis has proltferated recently. Despite their potential to contribute much to management research, very little concerning the use of such programs has appeared in the management literature. The purpose of this paper is to review the current state of computer-facilitated qualitative data analysis [CQDA] in order to contribute to its effective use by management researchers. In an effort to achieve this purpose we discuss why CQDA programs are proliferating, describe the potential of such programs to contribute to management research, address program capabilities and features, describe CQDA applications in management research, and review issues researchers should be aware of in considering the use of C&DA.
