This study aims to determine the effect of literacy variables on zakat, infaq and shadaqah (zis), trust and brand awareness on decisions to distribute zakat and donations. The data processing in this study uses quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical software. The instrument used to obtain data is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. In taking the sample obtained by non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique, the sample obtained is 95 respondents at the students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The results of this study indicate that the literacy variable zis has a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The Brand Awareness variable has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. Variable literacy zis, trust, brand awareness simultaneously influence the decision to distribute zakat and donations by 66.4%. While the remaining 33.6% is explained by other exogenous variables outside of this study. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Trust, Decision to Distribute Zakat and Donations, Literacy ZIS

The activity of buying and selling goods and / or services through internet media is known as electronic commerce (hereinafter referred to as e-commerce).This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the variable tax socialization, understanding of taxation, awareness of taxpayers, and tax sanctions on the compliance of e-commerce actors in the city of Semarang on the BliBli.com online marketplace platform. The population of this research is e-commerce individual taxpayers in the city of Semarang on the Blibli.com online marketplace platform. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with voluntary sampling method. Samples obtained were 65 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. This study shows that tax socialization has a negative and not significant effect on the compliance of e-commerce actors in fulfilling tax obligations. Understanding taxation and awareness of taxpayers has a positive and significant effect and tax sanctions have a positive but not significant effect on the compliance of e-commerce actors in meeting tax obligations. Keywords: E-Commerce Taxpayer Compliance

The main purpose of the current study is to investigate the impact of the impact of international Entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of SMEs in QATAR. Additionally, the study has investigated the mediating role of the degree of internationalisation in the relationship between the international Entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of SMEs in Qatar. The present study used stratified sampling technique. The study used Smart PLS-SEM, which is Smart Partial Least Square Structural EquationModeling (SEM) 3.2.6 version. EO has been indicated to improve organisational competitiveness which leads to value creation and eventually improved organisational performance. The findings indicate that the growth performance of SMEs depends on the ability of an entrepreneur to allocate the strategic limited resources and adapt to changes by setting up proper firm orientation. Past studies on the mortgage market of Ghana evidenced that absence of long-term sources of housing funds, low-income levels, macroeconomic instability, inability to assess the creditworthiness of prospective mortgagors among others plague the development of Ghana’s mortgage market. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the relationship between challenges militating against mortgage finance and benefits of mortgage acquisition in Ghana. Questionnaires were used to elicit responses from respondents. Convenience sampling technique was used to select one hundred (100) respondents comprising staff at SSNIT Head Office in Accra, SSNIT contributors, beneficiaries of SSNIT funds, mortgage applicants, owners and occupants of SSNIT flats. Mean score ranking, Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, one sample t-test and Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) were the analytical tools adopted. Dollarization of mortgage markets, access to funding for the scheme, macroeconomic instability and inability to assess creditworthiness of mortgage applicant were the most significant challenges. The most significant benefits were: (1) increase in the rate of house construction; (2) ability to provide a relatively low-interest credit; (3) capacity to mitigate housing deficits; and (4) capability to provide a relatively long-term credit for housing. Structural Equation Model was developed to evaluate the relationship between the challenges and benefits. The study is beneficial to stakeholders such as policymakers, financial institutions, Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA) and SSNIT contributors. This work is a pioneering study in Ghana on the relationship between challenges SSNIT encounters in mortgage financing and benefits of acquiring mortgage facilities with the assistance of SSNIT.
