Urban planning is a combination of two important factors: arts and science. It is used to facilitate the economic, social, political and physical changes of an area, including the selection of urban location, shape, and impact of urban planning. Comprehensive planning realizes the needs of the population with strong support from the local political authority. This study analyses the relationship between Ibn Khaldun's urban planning principles to Bandar Baru Bangi's urban planning and physical development. This study uses the content analysis method from the primary source of Ibn Khaldun's “Mukadimah” and government documents; the Rancangan Tempatan Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (Pengubahan 4) 2020 [RT MPKj (P4) 2020]. It is the official document that discusses the proposal of land use and physical development in the Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (MPKj) area. Special planning guidelines were used to develop Bandar Baru Bangi (BBB) as "Bandar Ilmu" (Knowledge City) and also part of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) project. Urban planning by Ibn Khaldun and the Cyber Centre Planning Guidelines by MPKj in RT MPKj (P4) 2020 have similarities and differences. It is because of the wide time interval between both (years 1344 and 2011). The impact of technology provides different views and plans in both. However, urban planning goals and objectives remain the same: to provide comfort, convenience, and peace for people to conduct daily routines while improving security and progress.

The data processing in this study uses quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical software. The instrument used to obtain data is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. In taking the sample obtained by non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique, the sample obtained is 95 respondents at the students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The results of this study indicate that the literacy variable zis has a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The Brand Awareness variable has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. Variable literacy zis, trust, brand awareness simultaneously influence the decision to distribute zakat and donations by 66.4%. While the remaining 33.6% is explained by other exogenous variables outside of this study. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Trust, Decision to Distribute Zakat and Donations, Literacy ZIS

The main purpose of this paper is to examine and discuss the importance of the method that Ibn Khaldun introduces in Muqaddima. The dimensions of the consequences of its application are particularly reflected through a completely new role of history as a science. For Ibn Khaldun, the new method with clearly established scientific principles should provide a crucial role in understanding the social laws and forces that determine the course of history. In considering Ibn Khaldun’s thought, special attention is paid to the fact that he is an Arab-Islamic thinker from the 14th century, which simply does not allow the study of his doctrine apart from the context of the time that he witnessed.

This study focuses on the idea of Ibn Khaldun’s governance by focusing on the Sultanate of Melaka in the 16th century. The primary goal of this research is to demonstrate the development of the Melaka Sultanate through the lens of cycle theory, the spirit of asabiyyah, and the concept of ‘umran as defined by Ibn Khaldun. The timeline discusses the early establishment of the Sultanate of Melaka until its fall at the start of Portuguese colonisation in 1511. The study used Muqaddimah and Sulalat us-Salatin (Sejarah Melayu) as the main source for discussion of various ideas to explain Ibn Khaldun's ideas about the reign of the Melaka sultanate from the 15th century to 16 AD. The qualitative method-guided analysis concluded that the Melaka Sultanate was built in accordance with Ibn Khaldun's theory of one-time rule. Thus, the intertextual differences employed are expected to yield an authoritative and informative argument on the relationship between Ibn Khaldun's ideas and the construction of the Melaka sultanate in the 15th to 16th centuries AD.

ideology of state sovereignty, which was adhered to by the royal leaders and their people. The infrastructure of civilization is still sustainable, despite the turmoil of the succession of leadership, indicating the presence of very strong social capital, namely justice and peace. Starting from the archipelago ideology is Kutai Martapura Kingdom, switching to a Malay ideology is Kutai Kartanegara Kingdom, and a modern ideology is Kutai Kartanegara Ing Martapura Sultanate. The nationality theory ('ashabiyah), the urban theory ('urban), and the development theory ('umran) by Ibn Khaldun (1332 - 1406 AD), were able to reveal the dynamics of the historical continuity of the Republic of Indonesia, which wanted to move the State Capital in some areas Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province. Taking turns, coming and going, until the population settles in an area in the territory of the country, shows the presence of a very great human culture

The topic of the asymmetry of the processes of globalization, regionalization, localization of international life, for all its fame, does not negate the relevance of deep analysis, especially in the case of traditional societies. Therefore, we set ourselves the task of exploring the ethnohistorical, spiritual, cultural, economic and political spheres of the life of the peoples of the Arab region in retrospection and dynamics using historical-logical, comparative methods and a systematic approach. We also put forward hypotheses that: 1) the key subjective factor influencing the political decision-making markets are the interests of the elite, political leaders in the context of resolving conflicts in the tradition of Muslim diplomacy; 2) the economic, political, legal and philosophical-religious thought of the Arab countries developed under the influence of Islam set forth in the Koran - the holy book of Muslims; 3) the origins of these concepts were laid by Al-Ghazali, Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn Khaldun and other thinkers of the XI-XV centuries; 4) by analogy with Western political economists, starting with Thomas Aquinas, one can carry out analysis in the paradigm of the so-called “moral economists”
