Introduction. The strategy of sustainable socio-economic development of the Russian Federation in the conditions of steadily growing political and macroeconomic turbulence poses the problem of the formation of a new modern type of ecological culture, adequate to the consequences of the global ecological crisis. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for a worldview rethinking of the essence, content and role of ecological culture in the development of modern Russian society. Materials and Methods. The study used axiological, dialectical, structural-functional, program-targeted and hermeneutic methods of analysis and assessment of the phenomenon of ecological culture, as well as interdisciplinary and problem approaches in the reconstruction of the processes of its development and improvement. Results. The article analyzes the problem of the formation of modern ecological culture in the conditions of macroeconomic uncertainty and instability, taking into account the specific tasks facing the state environmental policy. The concepts of “ecological culture” and “creative economy”, “ecological production” and “ecological management” are correlated. The main elements of ecological culture and theoretical and methodological approaches to its study in Russian and world science, as well as the main trends in its development, are revealed. The authors formulated the idea of the need for a moral and ethical rethinking of the phenomenon of ecological culture within the framework of economic science and overcoming its narrowly technocratic interpretation. Methods are shown and estimates of the nature and dynamics of development of ecological culture in modern conditions are given. Discussion and Conclusion. Based on the use of the conceptual provisions of social philosophy, philosophy of culture, philosophy of science and political economy (the ideas of autopoiesis by N. Luhmann, scientific paradigms of N. Wiener and T. Kuhn, economic ethics of A. Smith, a new model of rapidly reacting production by R. Suri, noonomy of S. Bodrunov and others) formulated specific recommendations for the formation of a new type of ecological culture, corresponding to a new social reality. The content of the modern paradigm in the development of ecological culture as a process of moving away from the cult of consumption to the principle of expanded reproduction of the environment is revealed.

The article considers the contradictions and conflicts that are characteristic of modern Russian society. The processes of social disintegration are analyzed and interpreted as a result of fundamental social and economic transformations. The problems of economic inequality are presented in the historical perspective in close connection with the previous stages of Russia's socioeconomic development. Significant polarization of the population is one of the most significant conflict factors in modern society, which leads to an increase in protest moods and may in the long term threaten social upheavals. Nevertheless, dissatisfaction with the socio-economic situation does not lead to ideas of the unification and consolidation of society, but find expression in social conflicts. The emergence and development of social conflicts is influenced by a number of factors: economic, ethnic, religious. One of the most important characteristics of society is its social structure. After the collapse of the USSR, the previous social structure was abolished, and a new social reality was formed in Russia. When considering the stratification structure of society, most attention is paid to the middle class, which is considered the backbone of a stable society. The middle class in Russia is in the stage of formation, it is hardly possible to speak of a complete analogy with the middle class of Western society. The share of middle class in society can be estimated in different ways depending on the methodological approaches used by researchers. An important consequence of the transformation of the social structure was the problem of marginalization, since the dismantling of the old social structure and the slow formation of the new one put the social status and place in the division of labor system of many individuals into question. The sharp impoverishment of representatives of prestigious professions led to a reassessment of their situation, especially for the younger generation. When analyzing the origins of social conflicts in modern Russian society, it is necessary to consider the issue of the attitude of the broad masses of the population to power and national elites. It should be noted that power in Russia historically takes shape around specific leaders and does not have an institutional character. The most significant factor shaping the attitude towards the authorities and the elite in general in Russian society are the economic results of the market reforms that have taken place. Only a small part of the population believes that they won as a result of the changes that have taken place, the natural consequence of which is the population's distrust of the authorities and, in general, political institutions.

A research of creative economy is impossible without an in-depth review of the existing approaches to its study. By analyzing approaches to the study of creative economy through the prism of most popular theses and ideas of prominent researchers in this field, e. g. J. Ruijssenaars, Suciu М.-С., Howkins J., Florida R. and others, it is revealed that the creative economy is a new type of the economy with the culture in its core with its clearly established and commonly accepted components which, at the same time, constitute its fundamental parts: talent, creativity and tolerance. But these components are integrated in each of the industries that are creative economy components, namely: cultural objects, traditional types of cultural self-expression, performing arts, media, audiovisual activities, artistic creation, printing and publishing, design and engineering practices in the field industrial production, creative services. Such combination of the material and the spiritual in each of the aforesaid industries complicates their investigation and analysis for a researcher. Given that now each of these industries develops in the conditions of intersecting three vectors, technological-digital, creative and entrepreneurial, there appears a need in organizing and conducting additional monitoring, in employing alternative and unorthodox methods for analysis and providing well-grounded and sound opinions concerning creative economy development. It is supposed in the article that in line of the creative circle of Howkins J. a successful creative idea (or product) developed or improved by use of technological-digital means and with support from business will be profitable in future.

Transformation of society inevitably leads to transformation of culture. The relevance of studying the reproductive cultural transformations of modern Russian society is increasing due to the obvious presence of gender crisis at the macrosocial and microsocial levels. Gender stereotyping in procreation is increasingly in confl ict with the variety of masculine and feminine reproductive scenarios, the demarcation of norms and pathologies of reproductive behavior. The gender approach in studying of reproductive behavior in modern Russian men and women in this article is aimed to typologize and analyze masculine and feminine reproductive scenarios – from the most conformal (pronatalistic) to oppositional (antinatalistic). The rejection of the totally naturalistic approach to the interpretation of motherhood and fatherhood in favor of analyzing the sociocultural components of the currently relevant feminine and masculine reproductive strategies is much more responsive to the social needs and the demands of modern humanitarian science.
