Every company must have a competitive advantage to win the market. Important factor to be considered by business actor is consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction must be a guideline to guide the entire organization in order to be able to meet customer satisfaction in order to become a sustainable competitive advantage. Satisfied customers will be willing to recommend to others to take advantage of BPR facilities. The purpose of this study is to test and confirm the relationship between service quality, satisfaction, trust and loyalty, in the financial services company PT. BPR Bukit Tanjung Badung. Respondents in this research are the condition of routine transactions at least 2 times and has a minimum balance of Rp.500.000,-. The number of respondents in this study determined 93 respondents by using sampling technique called proportional random sampling. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with SMARTPLS 3 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, 2) Service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer confidence, 3) Service quality has positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, 4) satisfaction has positive and significant on customer loyalty, 5) satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer trust, 6) trust positively and significantly influence on customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Relationship Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Its Impact on Loyalty by measuring indicators that affect the variable Service Quality and Relationship Marketing on customer satisfaction variables and their implications on customer loyalty variables. This research applies a descriptive research design using survey methods. Sampling uses convinient sampling as a sampling technique. This study was tested using the structural equation modeling (Lisrel) approach to test the significance of the significance of the overall model and predetermined pathway. The findings show that Service Quality and Relationship Marketing variables significantly influence customer satisfaction variables. Further findings indicate that Service Quality and Relationship Marketing variables directly have a significant effect on customer loyalty variables. This study also shows that customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty variables. It is recommended to companies to improve the excellence of Service Quality and Relationship Marketing.

<p>This research, which was conducted in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, aims to analyze the influence of the dimensions of service quality, competitive prices, customer satisfaction toward the positive word-of-mouth of Supermarket customers. Questionnaires were distributed to 350 respondents as samples using the <em>non-probability sampling method</em> and <em>purposive sampling technique</em>. Meanwhile, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to analyze the data. The results of the study indicate that <em>Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness, Competitive Price</em> have positive and significant effects on<em>Customer Satisfaction</em>, which in turn would have a positive impact on positive word-of-mouth. Of all dimensions of service quality, the most powerful factor influencing consumer satisfaction shopping in supermarkets is reliability, and the one that gives consumers the most important feeling in providing quality services is Responsiveness. For further research, it is recommended to expand the scope of research in various types of businesses, not only in supermarkets.</p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of e-service quality and perceived value towards customer satisfaction and its impact towards customer loyalty for IndiHome customers and internet service customers. Using random sampling technique, the questionnaire was well-collected and was used in data processing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Smart PLS program. This analysis was conducted on 135 respondents as customers of IndiHome's internet service. Variables that are used in this study were e-service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Based on the results of the study, it was found that e-service quality and perceived value have influence towards customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction have strong influence towards customer loyalty, yet e-service quality and perceived value have weak indirect influence towards customer loyalty.

This study analyzes the effect of service quality, brand image, brand equity, and corporate rebranding on customer satisfaction and loyalty of Transmart. The sample consisted of 200 respondents taken using the random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results prove that service quality, brand image, and brand equity affect customer satisfaction and loyalty of Transmart. The aim of this study is to know and test the effect of service quality, corporate image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. BPR. Padma Denpasar-Bali, and to find out and test the effect of service quality, and corporate image on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR. Padma Denpasar-Bali. The study population was all customers at PT. BPR. Padma Denpasar-Bali, with 15,318 people. The number of samples was calculated using the Slovin method and obtained a total sample of 100 people, to determine the sample members used proportional random sampling technique that is the sample members taken proportionally in each part of the PT. BPR. Padma Denpasar-Bali. Data analysis techniques to answer the hypothesis of this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that (1) service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) corporate image had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (4) corporate image had a positive effect and significantly to customer satisfaction (5) corporate image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (6) customer satisfaction positively significantly mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty and (7) customer satisfaction positively significantly mediates the effect of corporate image on customer loyalty.

Pawnshop is one of the non-bank financial institutions that is an alternative for the community in meeting short-term needs. In this pawnshop business, there are many products that can be offered, one of which is gold investment. This study has five objectives, namely the first: to determine the effect of promotion on customer satisfaction, Second, to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, Third, to determine the effect of promotion on customer loyalty, Fourth, to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, Fifth , to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This research was conducted at the pawnshop PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Bondowoso Branch Office. The research sample was determined by 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis to achieve research objectives using Structural Equation Model using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of the study after calculating with WarpPLS 5.0. shows that (1) promotion and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) promotion has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) service quality has no significant effect on customer loyalty, (4) customer satisfaction has an impact on customer loyalty. effect.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Toko Sepatu Padang Holic. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah 80 konsumen Holic Shoes Shop Padang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dengan model penelitian Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat uji analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Sedangkan citra merek bukan merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dan menentukan loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan lain juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan juga merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan citra merek masih merupakan faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Untuk efek tidak langsung, kualitas layanan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sementara citra merek tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and brand image on consumer loyalty at the Holic Padang Shoe Store. The population and sample of the study were 80 consumers of Holic Padang Shoes Shop. The sample collection technique is used the census method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research models with SmartPLS software tools. The results of the study concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction are factors that influence customer loyalty. While brand image is not a factor that can influence and determine customer loyalty. Other findings also indicate that service quality is also a factor influencing customer satisfaction, while brand image is still a factor that does not affect consumer satisfaction. For indirect effects, service quality affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction while brand image does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract The sportswear industry has a growing market globally. In the sportswear retail market, where the primary focus is on providing customers the product, but provision of the necessary ancillary service also takes place, the service quality and its relation to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are important. With an attempt to find out this relationship, the data for this study was obtained from 251 people living in Turkey. The service quality was described as a second-order construct with the dimensions proposed in SERVQUAL scale. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze and validate the model. The findings showed that the service quality, together with the relevant dimensions, tangibles, reliability, and assurance, has an influence on the customer satisfaction but not on the customer loyalty. Nonetheless, it was confirmed the customer satisfaction has an impact on the customer loyalty.

Current competitive environment induced by 4.0 industrial revolution has forced companies to focus on managing service to customer by provide added value to customers, so that it will increase competitiveness. This study aims to find out and analyze impact of service quality and service innovations on competitive advantage. Analysis method is descriptive statistical and Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS software. The sampling Technique was purposive sampling with combination cluster proportional stratified random sampling, the instrument to collect the data was questionnaire with manager, supervisor or employee of retailing. The results indicate that the service quality and service innovations impact on competitive advantage.
