This study aims to improve and optimize leadership and communication on job satisfaction, as well as its effect on employee performance. This research was conducted at Micro Banking Cluster Denpasar PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk with a sample of all micro employee sales credit that work on the Micro Banking Cluster Denpasar PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, as many as 77 people. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is feasible to use, then analyzed using the model being developed with Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the research shows that (1) leadership has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) communication has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, (3) leadership has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, (4) communication has positive and significant influence to employee’s performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee's performance, (6) leadership has positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and (7) communication has positive and significant influence to employee performance through job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that leadership can be improved by paying attention to the influence to increase employee performance, the communication that has been running well, job satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to the supervision of superiors to improve employee performance and employee performance can be improved by paying attention to the quality of work.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence spiritual leadership and reward toward employee performance with quality of work life and job satisfaction as mediating variable. The object of research in this study is Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square method with the software of SmartPLS. Data is collected by distibuting questionnaire to all of 86 staff as the respondents. The results show Spiritual leadership does not affect the employee performance; reward has no effect on employee performance; Spiritual leadership does not affect employee performance mediated by the quality of work life; Reward cannot influence employee performance through the quality of work life as a mediating variable; Spiritual leadership does not have an effect on employee performance which is mediated by quality of work life; the indirect effect between reward on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction is significant; The quality of work life has insignificant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results give significant implications on practice and literature on the influence of spiritual leadership and reward on performance. This research provides information that can be used as a guideline for the Pasuruan Communication Office to increase employee satisfaction and performance

The research conducted at a flour producer attempts to find out the Influence of Job Design on the Quality of Work Life and Job satisfaction. Primary data was taken through questionnaires method of ninety respondents of the company. The sampling technique is Non-Probability Sampling with purposive random sampling method. While the processing of data using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The data processing and the analysis reveal that the result of the three hypotheses can be accepted. The design work gives a positive influence on the quality of work life, while the job design also shows a positive influence on the job satisfaction. The quality of working life also performs a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of teamwork on employee performance through employees' job satisfaction at PT. Jasa Raharja Cabang Jawa Timur. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 159 employees. The sample was collected through a random sampling technique and obtained 62 respondents”the statistical analysis using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that teamwork has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, teamwork has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Teamwork has no significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. Companies can encourage employees to do teamwork by creating teams to complete tasks.

Improved employee performance is important because it can guarantee the survival of an organization. Employee performance is related to the quantity, quality of work, responsibility, cooperation and initiative in employees. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of training on employee performance mediated by motivation at Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan (LPP) Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were 34 teaching staff at LPP Yogyakarta. The analytical tool used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that training directly have a positive effect on employee performance. This study shows that motivation is able to mediate between training on employee performance implications for the findings in this study are scientific contributions, companies must improve training on a regular basis to increase motivation so that it has a positive effect on improving employee performance. Contributions to further research and society.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance as a result of the gap of previous research results (research gap) and differences of focus on organizational culture and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. This research was conducted at Koperasi Desa Adat Kerobokan Kuta Utara Badung with population and research sample of all employees as many as 60 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of research shows that (1) Organizational Culture has positive and significant influence to Job Satisfaction, (2) Organizational Culture has positive and significant influence Employee Performance, (3) Organizational Commitment have positive and significant influence to Job Satisfaction (4) Organizational Commitment have positive and significant on Employee Performance, (5) Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. The implications of this research that Job Satisfaction and Performance can be applied with respect to Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. Employee performance is increasing, job satisfaction is increasing and it can all be improved by taking into account Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data in this study are primary data obtained by giving questionnaires to employees of the T.U.K PG section. Malang Grand Garden. Data analysis used is linear regression and path analysis. The results of data analysis showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between the quality of work life (X) on employee performance (Y)., 2) there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of the quality of work life (X) on job satisfaction (Z), 3 ) there is a positive and significant effect between the variables Job Satisfaction (Z) on Employee Performance (Y) and 4) Job Satisfaction (Z) mediates the relationship between the quality of work life (X) on Employee Performance (Y).

The research objective was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Organizational Commitments and Employee Performance.The population of the study was all employees totaling 40 people. Data collection using a questionnaire with Likert Scale. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method.The results showed that Transformational Leadership has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction but does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect as an intervening variable between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant influence as an intervening variable between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the motivation of work to mediate the effect of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze 1) the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 2) the effect of training on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 4) the influence of the work environment on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data through research on 62 respondents. Structural Equation is used to analyze data, using PLS (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The results of this study indicate that there are 1) positive and significant influence of training on employee performance 2) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance 3) positive and significant effect of training on employee performance through motivation 4) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance through motivation.

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

This study aims is to test and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Smailing Tour Denpasar with population and research sample of all permanent employees that is 90 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the employee's performance, (2) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction, (3) the job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to the employee's performance; (4) the motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that motivation can be improved by taking into account the need for workplace environment to improve employee performance, job satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to the work itself in order to increase employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by taking into account the effectiveness of employees.
