The role of the parties in determining the limit value of the collateral auction price will be well realized if in determining the limit value determined based on the results of the appraiser's assessment, where the auction limit value must be as low as the liquidation value so that the auction office has the authority to reject the auction request. submitted by the seller, if it does not comply with the standards specified in the Minister of Finance Regulation No.27 / PMK.06 / 2016.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personal selling, price discount, and bonus packs on the impulse buying of Oriflame consumers in Langsa City. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The regression equation in this study is: Y = 4.239 + 0.300x1+ 0.124x2 + 0.339x3. The constant 4.239 shows the value of impulse buying if personal selling, price discounts and bonus packs are fixed. The coefficients of personal selling variables, price discounts and bonus packs have a positive effect on impulse buying of consumers of Oriflame products in Langsa City. Based on partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, personal selling, price discount and bonus pack variables have a significant effect on impulse buying. The value of the coefficient of determination of 0.604 or 60.4% can be concluded that impulse buying can be explained by personal selling, price discounts, and bonus packs, while the remaining 39.6% can be explained by factors not included in the study.

Main research material for Liability of Creditors and Upper Auction Officers Determination of Auction Limit Prices Under Depreciation Value, with the formulation of the problem What is the legal effect of auctioning objects whose auction limit is below the dependency and whether creditors and auction officials are accountable for auction limit pricing below the value of dependents. The conclusions are as follows: The act of creditor in determining the price of the auction limit below the value of the liability has fulfilled the whole element of article 1365 of the Civil Code so The legal consequence of auction object sales is that the auction price is below the value of the hold and if the object of the right of sale is sold under the value of the mortgage, the auction can be requested by the court. The creditor is liable for the price of the auction limit below the value of the creditor because the creditor as the seller does have the right to set the auction limit price but still must pay attention to the appropriateness of the specified auction limit price and the Auction Officer is not liable for the auction limit price below the hold value because the Auction Guidelines state that the auction limit price is not the responsibility of the KPKNL or the Class II Auction Officer

First, Execution security rights as a consequence of credit guarantees for legal protection for the benefit of creditors. This thesis raised about how the principles of justice that exist in the security rights can provide equal justice between the parties that the creditor and the debtor. As part of the creditors get credit guarantee from the debtor, the debtor has an attachment relationship with the lender if a default then the lender can do to guarantee the execution of the credit. The debtor in accordance with tracts of credit that has been approved by both parties in this case is the creditor and the debtor could not resist the execution unless resolve all obligations that have been agreed by both parties.Execution of dependents sometimes be biased in its implementation because the debtor not be included in the determination of the auction price execution. Prices are sometimes determined not correspond to the actual sale price, but only in accordance with debt that is owned. It needs legal protection fairest to protect the debtor in order to apply the principles of justice can be essential

It is now possible to determine proper motions of high-velocity objects in such a way as to obtain with some accuracy the velocity vector relevant to the Sun. If a potential field of the Galaxy is assumed, one can compute an actual orbit. A determination of the velocity of the globular clusterωCentauri has recently been completed at Greenwich, and it is found that the orbit is strongly retrograde in the Galaxy. Similar calculations may be made, though with less certainty, in the case of RR Lyrae variable stars.

Using the new reductions of the IUE light curves by Sonneborn et al. (1997) and an extensive set of HST images of SN 1987A we have repeated and improved Panagia et al. (1991) analysis to obtain a better determination of the distance to the supernova. In this way we have derived an absolute size of the ringRabs= (6.23 ± 0.08) x 1017cm and an angular sizeR″ = 808 ± 17 mas, which give a distance to the supernovad(SN1987A) = 51.4 ± 1.2 kpc and a distance modulusm–M(SN1987A) = 18.55 ± 0.05. Allowing for a displacement of SN 1987A position relative to the LMC center, the distance to the barycenter of the Large Magellanic Cloud is also estimated to bed(LMC) = 52.0±1.3 kpc, which corresponds to a distance modulus ofm–M(LMC) = 18.58±0.05.

In South Africa the modern outlook towards time may be said to have started in 1948. Both the two major observatories, The Royal Observatory in Cape Town and the Union Observatory (now known as the Republic Observatory) in Johannesburg had, of course, been involved in the astronomical determination of time almost from their inception, and the Johannesburg Observatory has been responsible for the official time of South Africa since 1908. However the pendulum clocks then in use could not be relied on to provide an accuracy better than about 1/10 second, which was of the same order as that of the astronomical observations. It is doubtful if much use was made of even this limited accuracy outside the two observatories, and although there may – occasionally have been a demand for more accurate time, it was certainly not voiced.
