The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personal selling, price discount, and bonus packs on the impulse buying of Oriflame consumers in Langsa City. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The regression equation in this study is: Y = 4.239 + 0.300x1+ 0.124x2 + 0.339x3. The constant 4.239 shows the value of impulse buying if personal selling, price discounts and bonus packs are fixed. The coefficients of personal selling variables, price discounts and bonus packs have a positive effect on impulse buying of consumers of Oriflame products in Langsa City. Based on partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, personal selling, price discount and bonus pack variables have a significant effect on impulse buying. The value of the coefficient of determination of 0.604 or 60.4% can be concluded that impulse buying can be explained by personal selling, price discounts, and bonus packs, while the remaining 39.6% can be explained by factors not included in the study.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the population and sample is the Sharia Commercial Bank periode October 2014-March 2018 which amounted to 42 months. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result showed that with 95% confidence level partially variable Financing to Deposit Ratio have significant effect to profitability, while variable Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, and Equity have no significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Natural Uncertainty Contract Financing, Non Performing Financing, Financing to Deposit Ratio and Equity simultaneously have significant effect to the profitability of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the influence of investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) Tabarru Funds to the profit of sharia life insurance in Indonesia from 2014-2019. This study The type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive verification as a method. This research method uses descriptive verification method with quantitative approach. The data used in this study were sourced from the financial statements of Islamic life insurance companies in Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test with the help of SPSS 21 software. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the development of investment returns on Sharia Life Insurance in Indonesia has fluctuated and even suffered losses. While the development of Risk Based Capital (RBC) has increased and decreased but overall above 120% as determined by the government. Likewise, the profits earned in each year fluctuate. The results of statistical tests show that investment results partially have a positive effect on profit and Risk Based Capital (RBC) of Tabarru funds partially has a negative effect on profit. Simultaneously investment return and Risk Based Capital (RBC) affect on profit. In addition, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) were obtained which obtained a value of 81%. This shows that the variable investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) can affect earnings by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

<em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>

The development achievement of an economic activity can be measured by economic growth. Economic growth will improve if there are activities carried out by humans for the prosperity of the earth and their prosperity. An important factor for increasing economic growth is international trade, one of which is exports. Allah SWT has created in every region and country the advantages and disadvantages. The main factor that also has an influence on the economic development of a country / region is investment activities. Regarding investment in the Al Qur’an, it is clearly stated that investing is a way that is ordered by Allah SWT not to leave the weak generation. In this study, an analysis of the economic growth of the province of Jambi was conducted in 2012-2019. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of using the R application, there is a significant influence between the export variable and the investment variable on the economic growth variable. The modeling results obtained are Y = 5848.0543 + 0.8886X1 + 0.7929X2. Every increase in exports of 1 billion and investment is considered constant, it will increase economic growth by 0.8886 billion. Every increase in investment of 1 billion and exports are considered constant, it will increase economic growth by 0.7929 billion. The coefficient of determination of 94.06 percent means that the diversity of economic growth variables can be explained by the export and the investment, the remaining 5.94% is explained by other variables not included in the regression model.

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of services, perceptions of religiosity of institutions and customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of service quality and religiosity perceptions in BMT Idrisiyyah to customer satisfaction BMT Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya.The research method used in this research is the field research method (field reaserch), while the data collection techniques are done through the spread of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique using slovin formula with the number of respondents 100 customers and the analysis tools used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test and F test.Based on the results of research and F-test results (simultaneous) showed that service and perceptions of religiosity together affect the customer satisfaction. The result of t-test (partial) which have positive effect significantly to customer satisfaction from service quality is variable of reliability, responsiveness variable, assurance variable and empathy while for physical proof (tangible) has no effect to customer satisfaction. For the perception variable religiosity also does not affect customer satisfaction. For the mutual influence of service quality and religiosity perception have an effect on customer satisfaction in BMT Idrsiyyah with significance value 0,000 and F value equal to 6,750.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

Batik merupakan salah satu hal yang dilirik dalam industri fashion. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam membeli batik. Dalam hal ini di daerah Lamongan tepatnya di Desa Parengan, Kecamatan Laren juga terdapat industri batik yang dikelola oleh CV Silvi MN Paradila merupakan salah satu industri batik yang menyediakan kain batik tenun ikat, adapun songket, batik tradisional, pakaian jadi, dan sarung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk batik tenun ikat di CV. Silvi MN Paradila Parengan Maduran Lamongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sample yang berjumlah 100 responden. Metode ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory reseach yang menggunakan analisis data dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisiensi determinasi, serta uji t dan uji f. Kemudian hasil R square sebesar 95,4%. Menunjukkan 3 variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 95,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Batik is one thing that is ogled in the fashion industry. This can affect purchasing decisions in buying batik. In this case, in the Lamongan area, precisely in Parengan Village, Laren District, there is also a batik industry managed by CV Silvi MN Paradila is one of the batik industries that provides ikat batik cloth, as for songket, traditional batik, apparel, and sarongs. This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions of ikat batik products at CV. Silvi MN Paradila Parengan Maduran Lamongan. The sampling technique used is a purposive sample of 100 respondents. This method uses a quantitative explanatory research approach that uses data analysis with validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and t test and f test. Then the result of R square is 95.4%. Shows 3 independent variables to the dependent variable of 95.4%. While the remaining 4.6% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of service quality, product, price, and place towards the customers satisfaction (Case Study at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Ngesrep Semarang) both simultaneously or partially. The population in this study are all the customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Ngesrep Semarang. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data. The sample used of 100 respondents collected through the questionnaire by following the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis model using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use Statistical F Test, Coefficient of Determination Test (Adjusted R Square), and Statistical t Test. The result of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of service quality, product, price, and place simultaneously have a significant effects towards the customers satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Ngesrep Semarang. Partially, the variables of service quality, product, price, and place each have a positive and significant effect towards the customer satisfaction at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The purpose of the implementation of this research is to prove and determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable of service quality, the independent variable of price, and the independent variable of location on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction at PT.Dwi Karya Sartika Medan. The sampling technique used was random sampling, thus the sample used was to carry out regression testing on 84 research respondents and 30 study respondents to carry out the reliability and validity test. Hypothesis testing is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research implementation of the independent variable of service quality, the independent variable of price, and the independent variable of location contributed partially to the dependent variable of customer satisfaction PT.Dwi Karya Sartika. The result of the test of the coefficient of determination is 0.758, which means that the resulting or predicted influence of the free variable of service quality (X1), price free variable (X2), and location independent variable (X3) on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction (Y) is 75.8%, while the remaining 24.2% is predicted or influenced by independent variables which are not included in the implementation of this research. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
