Employee engagement is the rudimentary idea which helps in distinguishing and portraying the idea of connection among workers and their organisation, both subjectively and quantitatively. A worker who is locked in has a hopeful disposition towards its association and qualities. This paper tries to decide the idea of employee engagement, its arrangements being trailed by the organisations, investigating them, taking perspectives of representatives, examining the criticisms got and giving suggestions for development. The paper applies exploratory factor analysis to contemplate representative commitment by means of statistic factors. The essential information was gathered through the Survey Questionnaire Method. This paper implies the ways to deal with worker commitment that have been demonstrated to enhance profitability and in addition effectiveness, keep up clients at a higher rate, lessen staff turnover and accomplish more benefits. Representatives who are locked in are more joyful, both in their own life and in work life.

This study aims to analyze the influence of reward, motivation and discipline to employee job satisfaction. The sample of this research is 15 employees of iNews TV. Exploratory factor analysis aims to confirm the structure of factors that underlie independent predictors with each other. The results of this study explain that reward, motivation and work discipline affect job satisfaction reward, motivation and work discipline affect job satisfaction. Of the several variables that affect job satisfaction, the work discipline variables that provide the greatest contribution to satisfaction.Company management is expected to pay attention to variable work discipline employees to support the achievement of job satisfaction

Job satisfaction (JS) of employees has been studied in the past by various researchers beginning in the 1930s till date. Each of these research works went on to add a perspective to JS and its measurement. The measures of JS captured various dimensions from Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire to JS survey. Further, these measures have been standardized on working professionals in various domains except the emerging field of information technology (IT). The purpose of this study was to develop and adapt a scale measuring JS of IT employees in India. The facets of JS were identified through literature and verified through experts in IT domain. The initial scale consisting of 23 items identified from the existing scales was administered on 410 employees of three IT companies in India. The scale was standardized through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). It was used to determine the factor structure and convergent and discriminant validity. Exploratory factor analysis yielded six factors: pay, training, promotion, recognition, supervision and job security. A final standardized questionnaire consists of 23 items on JS. The reliability estimates were 0.92, and convergent and discriminant validity also met all the criteria respectively. The resultant scale can be used on IT professionals in India.

Purpose of the study: Quality of work life (QWL) is vital for all establishments to continue to hire and retain high-performance workers. However, from the review of previous literature on QWL, little is known about the dimensions that constitute high QWL among academics. Therefore, this study aimed at contributing to the literature by conducting a detailed validation of seven dimensions of QWL through the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) procedure. Methodology: This study employed a cross-sectional research design to establish reliable measures for the QWL construct. The items were adapted and modified to suit this study. Study data was obtained using a structured questionnaire from 100 randomly selected academics from the five Malaysian research universities. The study further conducted the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) procedure using IBM-SPSS version 21.0. Main Findings: A total of 51 items were initially developed to measure QWL construct, however, from the EFA procedure, the study found that 8 items with factor loading below the cut-off point of .60 were deleted and 48 items with a factor loading above the cut-off point of .60 were retained and deemed suitable to measure the QWL construct. Applications of this study: This study validated the dimensions that lead to improved QWL. Therefore, this study is particularly useful to the Malaysian universities' management who aim to obtain benefits from super motivated and high-performance academics by making sure that the workers' overall well-being is protected in the workplace. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study established a validated and reliable instrument for measuring the QWL construct among academics in the Malaysian research universities.

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of work and personal balance, servant leadership, the reward of employee engagement with job satisfaction variables as mediators. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research hypothesis is a theoretical model consisting of the influence of work-life balance, servant leadership, and reward with mediator job satisfaction that can be used to predict and explain the emee engagement (FIT) with empirical data. The research respondent is the employee of Bank X in Bandung as much as 205 employees while the method of measuring data using a work-life balance scale, servant leadership and reward as an exogenous with a mediator job satisfaction to the employee engagement as endogenous with RMSEA 0.049. Data analysis using structural equation model (SEM) by using linear structural model (LISREL) version 8.72. Hypothesis testing structural relations included 5 variables fit, has the meaning the model matched (FIT) with field data. Hypothesis testing the structural relationship variables of the work-life balance, servant leadership, and reward simultaneously were able to describe the KK variable by 0.80 or 80%, while the relationship of job satisfaction against employee engagement 0.42 or 42%. The model accepted and the statement about the relationship of a variety of variables used is valid as a construct and can be inferred as the structural relationship.

<p>This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on Organizational commitment through job satisfaction and employee engagement as mediating variables. Furthermore, as many as 112 nurses are involved as respondents, and the data are gathered with self-rating questionnaire. The Data are analyzed by using structural equation model. The confirmatory factor analysis shows that all questions in the instruments are valid and reliable. The research indicates that transformational leadershippositively and significantly affects on job satisfaction and employees’ engagement, but it does not have a direct effect on organizational commitment. Therefore, it is concluded that transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction and employee engagement. </p>

AbstractEmployees who have a high level of engagement can be a solution to performance problems, because they feel tied to the organization and work enthusiastically. The study aims to determine the condition of engagement and analyse the factors that can affect the level of engagement of employees of bank front lines in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method by applying exploratory factor analysis to 42 factors that influence employee engagement. The results of the study found that the 42 factors were quite influential in increasing the engagement of Bank front liner employees in the city of Bandung. And 5 new factors are formed which consist of: Individual Factors Facility Factors; Motivation Factors; and Career Factors.

The study aims at developing an instrument of organizational culture (OC). The study is based on a quantitative research and used techniques like exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to determine the principal drivers of OC. A 17-item reliable and valid instrument has been developed on OC to enhance the developmental culture (DC), the relational culture (RC) and the facilitating culture (FC) for cultural transformation in the University of Delhi. OC of the University of Delhi is moderate and needs to be improved.
