This research aims at: 1) describing the errors of writing in bahasa Indonesia in outdoor media in Bojonegoro, 2) describing the errors in using foreign elements, and 3) determining the suitability of the results of research with teaching materials of bahasa Indonesia at Junior High School. This research is qualitative descriptive with a sample of articles in outdoor media in Bojonegoro. The sampling technique used was purposive. Data collection techniques used were recording, observation, and note-taking. Data validation techniques used were triangulation and peer assessment. The data analysis technique was an interactive analysis which includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the linguistic elements of language errors in outdoor media are related to the use of punctuations, especially a period (.), writing the preposition of “di”, the use of the word “pukul” and “jam”, and abbreviations. Secondly, the type of improper use of foreign terms is dominated by the use of the English and the Javanese. Both languages are used simultaneously on any word or Indonesian phrase. Third, the result of this research can be used as teaching materials of bahasa Indonesia at junior high school level, especially on the subject of spelling and foreign terms (borrowing).Keywords: language error, outdoor media, spelling, foreign terms, teaching materials

This research is conducted on the basis of the importance of factors to respond to the rules of the language in supporting the effectiveness of the achievement of Indonesian language proficiency on educators. This research is conducted to prove whether there is a correlation between the activities of responding to the language rules with the language skills on the teacher of junior high school level. This research uses correlational quantitative approach. With the number of respondents 70 educators. Data collection activities were conducted using (1) questionnaires in the form of questions about language rules and (2) Indonesian language proficiency test. From the results of correlation coefficients with SPSS program data analysis process about the correlation between the proficiency of responding the rules of language with the language skills of Indonesia by using the formula of multiple correlation coefficient (multiple corelation). Correlation of proficiency respond to Indonesian rule with correlation attitude of language of educator level junior high school in Medan that is equal to 0,221. The value of 0.221 shows a weak correlation between the proficiency of responding to Indonesian rules with the correlation of language attitudes of junior high school educators in Medan City Still weak.

Bahasa Inggris di SMP berisi tentang teks singkat tentang deskripsi, naratif, dan prosedural. Idealnya, para siswa diberikan teks bahan ajar yang dekat dengan kehidupan mereka. Kearifan lokal yang ada pada daerah siswa dapat menjadi media belajar yang otentik bagi siswa. Di sisi lain, guru-guru Bahasa Inggris, khususnya pada jenjang SMP di Kabupaten Tanah Laut sebagian besar belum terbiasa mengembangkan bahan ajar yang bermuatan kearifan lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan agar guru-guru Bahasa Inggris yang ada di Kabupaten Tanah Laut dapat memodifikasi, membuat, dan mengaplikasikan bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal daerahnya dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Guru-guru Bahasa Inggris SMP yang tergabung dalam MGMP Bahasa Inggris se-Kabupaten Tanah Laut yang berjumlah 50 orang.  Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil pelatihan ini berupa bahan ajar yang meliputi teks deskriptif, naratif, dan prosedural berbasis kearifan lokal Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Bahan ajar dibuat oleh para guru MGMP Bahasa Inggris tingkat SMP Kabupaten Tanah laut. Bahan ajar yang dihasilkan oleh para guru adalah berupa 3 tipe teks bacaan yang dipelajari siswa pada level SMP dan sesuai dengan kearifan lokal yang ada di KabupatenTanah Laut. Teks-teks yang dihasilkan diaplikasikan pada proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran di dalam kelas oleh guru-guru Bahasa Inggris di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Jadi, ketersediaan dan pengaplikasian bahan ajar yang berupa teks-teks bermuatan kearifan lokal yang dibuat oleh para guru memudahkan siswa dalam proses belajar secara otentik dan juga memudahkan siswa dalam menerapkan pengetahuan sesuai dengan keadaan dan lingkungan di Kabupaten Tanah Laut.  English in junior high contains short texts on description, narrative, and procedural. Ideally, students are given the text of teaching materials that are close to their lives. Local wisdom in the student area can be an authentic learning medium for students. On the other hand, English teachers, especially on junior high school level in Tanah Laut Regency, are mostly not accustomed to developing teaching materials related to local wisdom.  This community is aimed to give opportunity to English teachers in Tanah Laut Regency to modify, create, and apply local wisdom teaching materials in the teaching and learning process. 50 English teachers of junior high school are members of English MGMP of junior high school in Tanah Laut Regency. The method used in this community service is qualitative. The workshop's result is in the form of teaching materials, which include descriptive, narrative, and procedural texts based on local wisdom of Tanah Laut Regency. Teaching materials were created by English teachers of English MGMP of junior high school in Tanah Laut Regency. The resulting texts are implemented in the teaching and learning process in the classroom by English teachers in Tanah Laut Regency. Teaching materials produced by the English teachers are in the form of three genres of reading texts that students learn on the level of junior high school, and they are also in accordance with the local wisdom in Tanah Laut Regency. English teachers of junior high school apply the resulting texts on the teaching and learning process in the classroom. It can be concluded that the availability and application of teaching materials in the form of local wisdom texts created by English teachers enable students to learn materials authentically and also help students apply the knowledge that fits with the condition and environment in Tanah Laut Regency.

Conceptual understanding involves students' abilities in the aspects of translation, interpretation, and extrapolation. A way to increase conceptual understanding is to use excel-based modeling (EBM). However, the use of excel-based modeling (EBM) has not been applied in physics learning at the junior high school level. This study aims to test the effectiveness of project-based learning assisted by excel-based modeling to increase students' conceptual understanding of wave material. The sample of this study were students of class VIII-1 junior high school who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design. Research data determine the effectiveness of using excel-based modeling using a pretest and posttest in the form of 7 identical essay questions. The data obtained were analyzed using a paired-sample T-test. After the treatment, data on the increase in the value of each indicator of concept understanding were obtained, namely 91.18 (translation), 86.65 (interpretation), and 83.09 (extrapolation). In the end, excel-based modeling is quite effective in improving students' understanding of concepts. Keywords: Conceptual Understanding, Excel-based Modelling, Project-based Learning

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis soal Ujian Nasional (UN) Bahasa Indonesia tingkat SMP pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019 berdasarkan kebijakan pendidikan yang berlaku. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini, yang menjadi instrumen penelitian adalah <em>human instrument </em>atau peneliti itu sendiri. Peneliti melakukan teknik baca dan catat dengan berpedoman pada kisi-kisi analisis butir soal Bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan Surat Keputusan BSNP Nomor 0296/SKEP/BSNP/XI/2018 tentang Kisi-Kisi Ujian UN untuk Jenjang Dasar dan Menengah. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji kredibilitas. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat level kognitif dan lima macam lingkup materi pada soal Ujian Nasional (UN) Bahasa Indonesia tingkat SMP pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa soal Ujian Nasional (UN) Bahasa Indonesia tingkat SMP pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019 memiliki kesesuaian dengan Surat Keputusan BSNP Nomor 0296/SKEP/BSNP/XI/2018 pada pasal 1, 2, 3, dan 4.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: Ujian Nasional, Bahasa Indonesia, Kebijakan Pendidikan.</strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This study aims to analyze questions on the Indonesian National Examination (UN) at the junior high school level in the 2018/2019 school year based on applicable education policies. Research carried out using qualitative descriptive methods. In this study, the research instrument is the human instrument or the researcher himself. The researcher conducted a reading and note taking technique based on the analysis of Indonesian item test points based on BSNP Decree Number 0296/SKEP/BSNP/XI/2018 about the National Examination Grid for Basic and Secondary Levels. Data is collected by means of documentation. Test the validity of the data in this study using a credibility test. The results found in this study are there are cognitive levels and five kinds of scope of material in the Indonesian National Examination (UN) questions at junior high school level in the 2018/2019 school year. Based on this, it can be seen that the Indonesian National Examination (UN) questions at the junior high school level in the 2018/2019 school year are in conformity with BSNP Decree Number 0296/SKEP/BSNP/XI/2018 in articles 1, 2, 3, and 4.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>national examination, indonesian language, education policy.<strong></strong></em></p>

This research aims at describing comparison of pronoun clitic of Sasak language and bahasa using contrastive linguistics analysis. So far, contrastive linguistics is more used to contrast non- cognate languages. Furthermore, this research tries to compare cognate languages, they are Sasak and bahasa. Listening and leading proficiency method were used in collecting data while intralingual equivalent was used in analyzing data. The result shows that there is difference between Sasak n bahasa pronouns clitic. It s identified by Sasak clitic is only as enclitic while bahasa can be both proclitic and enclitic. Another difference is that Sasak clitics always attach to the host word, while bahasa, clitic can be used separately with the host word. Besides, for further review, this pronoun clitic comparison will implicate didactically, especially in Sasak learning to bahasa learner of local material in elementary n junior high school level, and vice versa.

This article deals with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning technology innovation at the junior high school level. The focus of the problem studied is related to what is innovation, technology and how is PAI's learning technology innovation at junior high school level. The results showed that the form of PAI learning technology innovation at junior high school level included; educational innovation, technology, learning technology, development of learning technology, web-based learning (e-learning), as well as the internet as a source of learning with an approach to developing inquiry and discovery learning methods. The effectiveness of this learning technology innovation makes the subject matter more understood by students, because the material from teaching material is discovered and practiced by students themselves. While the response of students is very enthusiastic and positive. The weakness of this learning technology innovation is that there are obstacles in operating learning technology because not all students have a representative media in implementing technology-based learning (online).
