The article argues that the prohibition on the part of society displays ethno lookism as "ordinary" discriminatory practices aimed at representatives of ethno-cultural groups with a certain type of appearance, it leads to the actualization of masked, hid- den forms of this type of discrimination. This determines the transition to the study of the relevance of non-straight ethno lookism ways of expression. Previously developed by the author, "ethno-socio-psychological model of an empirical study of the re- lationship to ethno lookism" remaining base is insufficient to explain the phenomenon of variable, selective "attitude to the ethno lookism". The wide variation in levels of adopting discriminatory behavior of another, significant variations in the relationship between the model included factors within the studied groups, and between them have led to the development of the second model, called "subjective empirical model to study the relationship ethno lookism". The creation of such an empirical model is due to explanatory and predictive capabilities of the principle of subjectivity, as well as the level of subjectivity relationships with its human being, with a variety of ways and forms of human interaction with other people. The research was conducted with the financial support from Russian Foundation for Humanities (Project no. 16-36-00049 “Sociopsychological theoretical-empirical model of a study on the attitudes towards ethnolookism, i.e. discrimination which is based on everyday terms denoting the types of appearance”).

Abstract Scholars from diverse disciplines are increasingly concerned with the benefits generated by the practice of physical activity in the natural environment on individuals (Gomila Serra, 2014; Jirásek et al., 2016). This chapter attempts to shed light on the various scientific approaches that confirm this beneficial relationship. It also contributes to the holistic and integral conception of the human being, made up of different dimensions: physical, mental, emotional and social (Sandell et al., 2009; Borkowski, 2011). After an introductory approach to the relationship between outdoor sports and the integral development of their participants, an empirical study is shown. A five-day Nordic skiing camp is used to evaluate the effects of this practice on the individuals and on the group.

his time, pornography and erotic actions start to correlate into culture domain, where human beings become the subject as well as the object. Concept of culture claims the relationship between human interaction on society and culture as a result of them. Pornography and erotic actions are considered to be the representation of the products of human being activities in the forms of technology, pictures, idols, painting etc. All of them are then absorbed into culture. The opponents of freedom culture suggest that Indonesian people should be responsible to the development of Indonesian culture which is based on religions and eastern norms. The most dominant norms is Islamic teaching  which is the religion of the majority of the citizen. Thus,  Indonesia culture should be able to represent Islamic way of life which is based on    al Quran and Sunnah. Pornography, which is against Islamic teaching should not be part of Indonesian culture.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of internal embeddedness of overseas R&D base, or the relationship with its parent company, on innovation performance of the base. While existing studies that examined the internal embeddedness have paid most attention to control–autonomy dimension, this paper takes into consideration the factors of information, human, and capital interaction between the base and the parent. Through such multi-faceted investigation, we found that the bases with weaker control by parent and stronger information linkage with parent demonstrated higher performance. Moreover, the research result revealed that the human interaction, e.g., the transfer of R&D manager from parent, had a pivotal roles affecting the degree of both control and information linkage. With these findings, it was argued that to balance dependency and independency in the base–parent relationship and to design appropriate human interactions for realising it would be important management issues in global R&D.

The aim of this paper is to describe the relationship between the language and the culture on sociolinguistic perspective. As a perspective, its framework is based on several factors, which is outside of the language itself. It has something to do with the society. The social reality becomes very critical to understand the meaning itself. With this perspective, theories, which have described the relationship between the culture and the language, can be divided into two categories, namely the subordinate relationship and the coordinate relationship theories. The first relationship correlates with the view that the culture is the main system whereas the language is the subsystem. The second kind of the relationship or the coordinative relationship is based on the understanding that the language and the culture are two different systems, which are adopted by human being. The culture is the ruling system of the human interaction, while the language is the system with its function as the mean of carrying the continuity of that interaction.

This booklet is a collection of the position statements accepted for the HRI’20 conference workshop “Social Cognition for HRI: Exploring the relationship between mindreading and social attunement in human-robot interaction” (Wykowska, Perez-Osorio & Kopp, 2020). Unfortunately, due to the rapid unfolding of the novel coronavirus at the beginning of the present year, the conference and consequently our workshop, were canceled. On the light of these events, we decided to put together the positions statements accepted for the workshop. The contributions collected in these pages highlight the role of attribution of mental states to artificial agents in human-robot interaction, and precisely the quality and presence of social attunement mechanisms that are known to make human interaction smooth, efficient, and robust. These papers also accentuate the importance of the multidisciplinary approach to advance the understanding of the factors and the consequences of social interactions with artificial agents.
