The article describes the evolution of the phenomenon of social exclusion and methods of its investigation in laboratory conditions. To the best of our knowledge, the diagnostic of social exclusion has been primarily based on external factors till now. This article is devoted to the creation of questionnaire aimed to reveal the psychological experience of social exclusion in natural conditions. Such tool is necessary because it is insufficient to refer only to external conditions of personal exposure to the periphery of social system in order to estimate psychological exclusion, as physical and psychological exclusion do not always coincide. The reliability of our questionnaire is α = 0,952. The validity of the tool was checked through the correlation with Leontiev’s Test of Sense of Life Orientations. As a result, strong links were found between scales of both tests (0,462< r < 0,725; 0,01< p< 0,05).

The main purpose of this study is to demonstrate the past way of gardens’ development throughout the men’s history. The onset was the creation of the first gardens, later on, their evolution related to their type and purpose, finally there are concerns about the external factors that instigated the flourishing of horticulture. Monastic medicine is one of the key issues thus this study contains a dedicated chapter about this topic since it is really important how the medical use of herbs evolved throughout the past times. There is also presented the botanical garden—one of the main garden types—using the specific example of this country’s greatest Füvészkert (Herbal Garden) in Hungary. Since ever, there was fiercely debated the therapeutic classification of herbal medicines, if their safety and efficacy were proven, and whether there were needed legislation about their administration. A specific chapter is concerning these issues too. There are also presented outcomes of online questionnaire-based research answered by 700 responders.

The manuscript presented here contains meta-analysis of the influence of the external conditions on the biosensor receptor layer component stability. The novelty of this paper is due to compilation and comparison of studies, based on proposed collective analyses. The presented meta-analysis allows to increase the precision and accuracy of the results by combining and co-analyzing data from five smaller experiments. To understand the significance of presented meta-analysis, the most important conclusions and observations resulting from the conducted five types of research [F1] to [F5] are given. The conducted meta-analysis showed the magnitude of stability differences caused by different external factors. An approach of numerical interpretation of the qualitative stability changes has been offered. The conducted meta-analysis showed that the tested factors influence the stability of the BSA in different ways

Introduction: SWOT analysis can be used to assess the position of an organization that has considered internal and external conditions. The objective of this systematic review is to find out the differences in SWOT analysis carried out by health service facilities outside Indonesia and the other country. Method: A systematic review used the PRISMA method. The search keywords used were strategic management, hospitals, health facilities, health services, and SWOT analysis obtained from Google Scholar, Science Direct, ProQuest, and PubMed. The articles analyzed were fully accessible and published in 2010-2020. Result: The main difference of analysis was that in Indonesia illustrates that the SWOT analysis was aimed at hospital organizations and few were oriented towards special services which has similar indicators on internal and external factors. Meanwhile, outside Indonesia, SWOT analysis was directed at specific health services so that it has different internal and external factors of indicator. Discussion: The difference analysis illustrates that the needs of an organization are different in strategic management development.

Gibberella fujikuroi is a heterothallic bipolar fungus and both mat+ and mat− mating types are found in nature but, they rarely cross under natural conditions. However, mat+ and mat− field isolates cross with the two tester strains under laboratory conditions and show variable degrees of sexual compatibility as measured in terms of number of fertile perithecia. Fifteen mat+ and fifteen mat− field isolates were crossed with the two tester strains. Variable degrees of compatibility, ranging from 2.2 to 47.7 perithecia when crossed with 223 (mat−) and 1.1 to 39.9 perithecia when crossed with 80 (mat+), were obtained. The genetic control of six easily distinguishable degrees of compatibility were studied from testcrosses made with the tester strains using random and unordered tetrad analyses. Three alleles in mat+ and three alleles in mat− were distinguished. Frequency of natural occurrence of mat+ and mat− was found to be 27 and 73%, respectively.

In the present work the investigation of possibility of controlling the behavior of free concentrated vortexes generated under laboratory conditions over an underlying surface heated from below was carried out experimentally. The method consists of the creation of obstacles on the vortex path in the form of vertical and horizontal grids with different height and size of cells. Comparison is performed of the mechanisms and of the degrees of effect made by vertical and horizontal grids on the behavior of vortex structures.

Braille painting which Niken Larasati’s artwork is one of the visual art medium for learning children, especially those with special needs (diffable), but this work can also be enjoyed by all people. The medium used is cowhide carved and color. The basic principle of this work is the creation of a child's world that is filled with joy, innocence, excitement packed in play activities. This work as a form of education to children with sensitivity to sensory owned by touching, feeling, speech, movement, and even combine elements of science in it as counting activities. In addition, children are required to interact with and respond to a group of playmates, natural conditions, verbal strength training, even rough motoric and fine motoric. Contextual studies using educational theory Humanistic by Abraham H. Maslow, and finding textual studies using the theory of Nature Ecofeminism by Susan Griffin. This type of research is qualitative to understand the phenomenon or text that occurs on the object study such behavior, perception, motivation, and other actions holistic, descriptive on the specific context of natural and utilize natural methods.

This study attempts to determine how external factors affect economic growth. It is a methodological solution unique in the literature enabling the study of basic contemporary phenomena associated with globalisation. The advantage of the proposed solutions is their transparency and simplicity. The introduction of two types of membranes is of key importance. The presented model creates great opportunities for its development and verification of the adopted solutions in the long run.

The present paper argues that the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the text pragmatics can be enhanced at the expense of stylistic devices. Particularly, the case of simile is considered with a view to exposing the pragmatic potential of the key images embedded therein. In line with our research goals, with the account of internal and external factors underlying the choice and application of language units, the pragmatic and pragmastylistic potential of the chosen units in the creation and enhancement of text pragmatics is revealed.

Niklas Luhmann articulates the basic elements of his authentic theoretical position as criticism of, as he calls them, classical sociology or classical organisation theory. While within these orientations, (social) systems are mainly interpreted as centralised entities whose structures are stabilised by purpose determined at the top, Luhmann, in his general theory of social systems privileges internal differentiation in which subsystems autonomously define their purposes, making society more flexible and capable of responding to environmental challenges. In that sense, the main intention of this paper is the creation of cognitive interest for the notions of complexity and flexibility, i.e. for the issue of subsystem autonomy, as the important elements of Luhmann’s general theory of social systems. Our premise is that the establishment of subsystem autonomy is not a matter of mere, a priori, theoretical and/or practical arbitrariness, nor does it mean an introduction into deconstruction of the system, but it represents a necessary step in the creation of successful responses of the social system to problems arising from the immense and dynamic complexity of its own environment. In other words, through the process of internal differentiation, by establishing subsystem autonomy, the social system increases its own complexity, i.e. ability to adjust to the environment. Thus, challenges arising from the environment are not transferred to the whole, but localised and processed in the appropriate, autonomous parts of the system. By so increasing its internal complexity, the system undeniably acquires the necessary flexibility, or capability for a faster and more efficient creation of alternative.

Using an instrument that was recently developed at the National Water Research Institute, the concentration of frazil in flowing water was measured under laboratory conditions for both fresh water and sea water and under natural conditions in the Beauharnois Canal. Experimental data and their analysis are reported in this paper.
