A systematic review of modern methods of treatment of vitiligo is presented. Treatment of vitiligo is a difficult task. The data of various studies are shown. It has been revealed that during the treatment of associated diseases, positive effects of vitiligo in the form of pigmentation recovery from some drugs are noticed. Therefore, many drugs are considered not only as promising vitiligo treatment, but also as independent. The purpose of this article is to update information in the treatment of vitiligo, including existing and new methods.

The aim: To define an ability to use pig as biomodel for experimental and clinical studies in order to develop new approaches of treatment of the rectal pathology. Materials and methods: For the research two groups were used. I group includes 50 humans (27 females and 23 males), II group includes 8 vietnamese pot-bellied pigs. After magneresonance Imaging the 3D reconstruction of rectum was made. Results and conclusions: Topography, structure, age and gender peculiarities of pig`s and human`s rectum in comparative aspect are described in this article. With the help of modern methods, namely 3D reconstruction, the structure of the pig`s and human`s rectum was reconstructed. The morphological parameters, such as size of anorectal and rectosigmoid angles, the length of the rectum and its parts, were determinated. The 3D reconstruction demonstrated that size of anorectal and rectosigmoid angles, the length of the pig`s rectum are morphologicaly identical to the same parametres of human`s rectum. Thus, it is proved that pigs can be used as biomodels in experimental and clinical studies for development the new methods of treatment the rectal pathology in humans.

The article presents a systematic review of the main pathogenetic mechanisms of the onset and development of insufficiency of the luteal phase (NLF) and its association with hypothelamoid-pituitary-ovarian dysfunction. The characteristics of clinical variants of the course of this pathology and its consequences for the reproductive health of women are given. The list of modern methods of NLF diagnosis and brief characteristics of diagnostic studies necessary for correct diagnosis according to current standards and protocols are presented. The review of modern methods of treatment of NLF aimed at correcting the deficit of progesterone, the elimination of hyperprolactinemia and leveling the effects of chronic stress on the body is presented. Key words: insufficiency of the luteal phase, progesterone, Vitex sacred, Mastodynon®.

Annotation. The dermatoglyphic method of research, having gone through more than a century of development and transformation, from the stage of application to the comparison of fingerprints and palms to the method of detecting susceptibility to certain diseases, has become an integral, time-tested method in medicine. However, its main field of application is still forensic medicine, in particular, forensic criminalistics and the identification of unknown persons. The emergence of a large number of works and new methods of obtaining and analyzing dermatoglyphic indicators requires a systematic review and analysis in order to organize new knowledge in this area. The analysis of literature sources indicates the rapid development and justification of the use of digital methods to obtain dermatoglyphs of fingers and toes, palms and feet and further processing of digital images, and the use of artificial neural networks to improve expertise to identify an unknown person.

Abstract Objectives: to analyze the effectiveness on health education to prevent nipple trauma in breastfeeding compared to other interventions. Methods: systematic literature review was carried out in January 2019, according to PRISMA recommendations. The searches were conducted in Cinahl, PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and in the references cited in the selected articles. The studies were assessed for quality and level of evidence according to the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE). Results: twelve studies were selected, all conducted at the maternities. The interventions were classified in two categories: health education on breastfeeding and the use of nipple covers. Health education on breastfeeding presents a moderate level of evidence on the prevention of nipple trauma. There is a moderate to high level of evidence on the positive effects of guaiazulene, gel or peppermint water applied in the postpartum period to prevent nipple trauma. Conclusion: health education on breastfeeding with clinical demonstration is an important strategy to prevent nipple trauma and requires more than one educational approach. The use of nipple covers requires some consideration, since they must be removed prior to breastfeeding. All interventions were conducted in the postpartum period, which points out for the necessity of clinical research to prevent nipple trauma in prenatal care.

The frequency of obstetric palsy ranges from 0.5 to 3.0 cases per 1000 live births. The functional outcome disorders are determined by the nature of the damage and the number of damaged roots of the brachial plexus. There are 50 % of patients have complete recovery, 15 % have severe functional disorders of the upper limb, and 35 % have some limitation of the shoulder joint function. There are 3 variants of residual phenomena in children with obstetric palsy: paresis, paralysis, and co‑contraction. The article describes the mechanisms of nerve regeneration in children and adults, the pathogenesis of contractions and motor disorders in general in children with obstetric palsy, and modern methods of treatment of co‑contraction. This article will be useful for neurologists, rehabilitation specialists, and orthopedists.

The rise of e-commerce has brought considerable changes to the relationship between firms and consumers, especially within international business. Hence, understanding the use of such means for entering foreign markets has become critical for companies. However, the research on this issue is new and so it is important to evaluate what has been studied in the past. In this study, we conduct a systematic review of e-commerce and internationalisation studies to explicate how firms use e-commerce to enter new markets and to export. The studies are classified by theories and methods used in the literature. Moreover, we draw upon the internationalisation decision process (antecedents-modalities-consequences) to propose an integrative framework for understanding the role of e-commerce in internationalisation
