The issue of heart injury in combination with other organs has received sufficient attention in the modern literature. It was noted that in some cases, with a superficial wound of the heart or even one pericardium, death occurred from internal bleeding from other organs wounded along the way: lung, esophagus, spleen, stomach, liver, etc. Of the 33 cases of pericardial injuries indicated in the literature and on the basis of the works of Chugaev, Podobedova, Irgerai Chernyak, in 15 cases, death followed from internal bleeding from other organs. That is why a simultaneous superficial injury to the heart, or injury to only one pericardium along the way with other organs can give a very confusing clinical picture, as a result of which it is very difficult to make a correct diagnosis and have sufficient grounds for surgical intervention on the heart.

This study aimed to examine the various interpretations of al-Mutakallimun on the attributes of Allah from the point of view of Salafiyah Theology, then the reasons behind the occurence of these interpretations as well as the Salafiyah Theological criticism against that understanding. The method used in this study was library research referring to classical and modern literature. The research conducted in this study shows that there are several Salafiyah Theological criticisms against these various interpretations of al-Mutakallimun on the attributes of Allah. Among other things, there is a fallacious perception that if one were to define the attributes of Allah in accordance with their meanings, one would fall on tasybih on those attibutes or on the consequences of those attribute. Therefore, some al-Mutakallimun find solutions in Tafwidh and Ta’wil, and claim that the two are the way to purify and glorify Allah. Besides, there is a mistake in understanding Arabic expressions according to the context.

World literature of XX century has experienced the great influence of postmodermism, which resulted in diversity of styles and refusal of well-known structures and forms. One of the most widely used stylistic devices, characterizing the features of postmodernism, is intertextuality. Appearing only in recent years, intertext become widespread with its own forms, such as allusion, quote and reminiscence. And the novel “Percy Jackson” b y American writer Rick Riordan seems to be an example of the use of intertext-allusion within the work. 12-year-old boy, Percy Jackson, becomes the part of adventeruos, danderous and exciting world of Ancient Greek Gods, legends, myths and heroes. This work tries to study and analyse the importance of allusion to understand the idea of the writer and interpret the used allusions in the first book of Riordan “Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief”.

Mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS) is an orphan pathology characterized by polymorphism of clinical manifestations and development of typical skeletal changes. However in early childhood the clinical picture is not clear that leads to misdiagnosis and results in inadequate management of patients including unjustified surgical intervention. Early clinical and roentgenologic changes specific to mucopolysaccharidosis IV and VI that enable to suspect the pathology development, to perform required examination with compulsory confirmation by DNA testing results and prescribe vital enzyme replacement therapy as soon as possible are presented. Early diagnosis and initiation of etiotropic treatment and timely correction of the occurring pathology ensure prevention of fatal complications.

Polyp’ is a descriptive term for abnormal projection above an epithelial surface and is not a histological diagnosis. Adenoma is a benign neoplasm of glandular origin and is significant because they are cancers in making. Once a polyp is found, it must be removed in total. Attempts at estimating the polyp histology by endoscopic appearance are often incorrect. With recent advances in endoscopic techniques, most of the polyps are removable through endoscopy. However, there remain a few situations depending on location, size of the lesion and endoscopic expertise available, where complete removal of the polyp requires surgical intervention especially so for large sessile adenomas. We are presenting here four cases of villous adenoma requiring surgical intervention each managed differently depending on presentation and overall clinical picture.

Abstract Context.—Acral lentiginous melanoma is the most prevalent clinical presentation of melanoma in ethnic groups other than whites and also occurs in significant numbers in North America and Europe. Despite a clear-cut clinical picture, histologic findings seen in partial biopsies may be too subtle and deceive pathologists dealing with such cases. Objectives.—To make pathologists aware of the histologic findings during early phases of acral lentiginous melanoma (including the in situ phase), to compare those findings with what is seen in acral junctional nevus, and to highlight their similarities and differences. This review will also emphasize the important clinical and dermatoscopic findings to be considered when diagnosing acral lentiginous melanoma. Data Sources.—Review of published articles on the epidemiology; the clinical, dermatoscopic, and histopathologic findings; and the molecular biology of acral lentiginous melanoma as well as the personal experience of the authors when dealing with such cases. Conclusions.—Acral lentiginous melanoma is a clinicopathologic entity with a clear-cut clinical picture: a diameter larger than 0.7 mm; ill-defined, darkly pigmented, flat lesion with irregular borders on acral locations; and the presence of mostly single-cell proliferations of melanocytes along the dermo-epidermal junction. Along with a few additional criteria, these findings should be sufficient to allow the pathologist to make the diagnosis and to recommend complete excision. Fluent communication between clinician and pathologist will facilitate a correct diagnosis.

Comorbidity refers to presence of one or more additional disorders along with a primary disorder. It affects the prognosis and course of treatment. It is often difficult for clinician to make correct diagnosis in presence of various disorders. The clinical picture of various disorders interferes with treatment process and the outcome. There are some disorders in psychiatry, known as chronic illness. These are schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. All these three disorder have a major effect on individual's life. Anxiety, depression, substance abuse and panic symptoms are common in schizophrenia; hence the clinical picture changes frequently. While the literature suggests that presence of two or three disorders make treatment worse, hence multidisciplinary treatment need to be used.

Abstract A case of neuroblastoma in an adult with extensive metastatic lesions is presented. The initial symptoms and findings suggested idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. The blood picture and changes in the clinical picture later led to a diagnosis of acute leukemia. Autopsy disclosed the correct diagnosis, which would have been possible antemortem had the implication of pseudorosette arrangement of immature cells in the bone marrow and the possible occurrence of neuroblastoma in an adult been fully appreciated.

Wendy Norton and Debby Holloway provide an overview of endometriosis and identify the role of the practice nurse in supporting women with this diagnosis through their patient journey, referencing best practice from NICE guidelines Endometriosis is a long-term gynaecological condition where endometrial tissue forms lesions outside the uterus, resulting in internal bleeding, inflammation, fibrosis, and adhesion formation. The condition is estimated to affect between 2 and 10% of women in the general population, but up to 50% of women with infertility, and can have a significant impact on women's, and their partners', lives. Endometriosis is often misunderstood and misdiagnosed, leading to reported lengthy delays in achieving a correct diagnosis. In 2017 and 2018, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) released guidelines and quality standards on managing endometriosis. Nurses working in primary care services play an important role in raising awareness of this condition and providing holistic, individualised care for women with endometriosis.

Appendicitis, a common disease, has different presentations. This has made its diagnosis difficult. This paper aims to present two cases of missed appendicitis with completely urologic presentation and the way that helped us to reach the correct diagnosis. The first case with symptoms fully related to kidney and the second mimicking epididymorchitis hindered prompt diagnosis. Right site of the pain, relapsing fever, frequent physical examination, and resistance to medical treatment were main clues which help us to make correct diagnosis.
