the article deals with the problem of the influence of artificial intelligence on the status and development of talented employees in an organization. Tougher competition in the context of the next economic crisis approaching has necessitated the technological use of artificial intelligence while increasing the efficiency of talented employees. The focus group analysis of the results of the survey using the online service “Google Form” revealed that a favorable environment reigns in organizations as a whole, allowing the most effective use of the potential of talented employees. Discrimination, envy of colleagues and their indifference do not greatly affect the loyalty of talented employees. The creation of the most favorable working conditions for talented employees is controversial, creating the preconditions for dissatisfaction with the rest of the organization’s employees, and can lead to conflict, including on ethnic grounds. For the first time, the article reveals the nature of the influence of artificial intelligence on the promotion of talented employees. The majority consider this effect to be positive (63%). The originality of the study lies in identifying the nature of the relationship between the leaders of natural intelligence – talented employees – and artificial intelligence. This study can serve as a basis for reducing risks in working with talented employees in the context of using artificial intelligence.

The article discusses the problem of fostering talented employees' loyalty in circumstances where artificial intelligence is applied. The intensification of competition under the conditions of another forthcoming economic crisis triggered the technological application of artificial intelligence with the conjoined fostering of talented employees' loyalty. The analysis of the results of the Google Form survey by the focus group has shown that a favorable environment prevails within organizations, which in general allows using talented employees' potential efficiently to the maximum possible extent. Discrimination, envy, and indifference of colleagues do not have that much effect on talented employees' loyalty. Creation of more favorable labor conditions for talented employees is contradictory and predetermines the discontent of other corporate employees, which may result in conflicts, the ethnic ones inclusive. The article presents the nature of the influence of artificial intelligence on talented employees' development for the first time. The majority of respondents regard this effect as a positive one (63%). The originality of the research lies in revealing the character of relations between the leaders of natural intelligence – talented employees – and artificial intelligence. This study may form the basis for reducing risks while working with talented employees in conditions where artificial intelligence is applied

AbstractIn 1789 in Leipzig, a slim pamphlet of 128 pages appeared that sent shock waves through the German republic of letters. The pamphlet, bearing the title Mehr Noten als Text (More notes than text), was an ‘exposure’ whose most sensational element was a list naming numerous members of the North German intelligentsia as initiates of a secret society. This secret society, known as the German Union, aimed to push back against anti-Enlightenment tendencies most obviously manifest in the policies promulgated under the new Prussian king Frederick William II. The German Union was the brainchild of the notorious theologian Carl Friedrich Bahrdt (1741–92). But who was responsible for the ‘exposure’? Using material culled from several archives, this article pieces together for the first time the back story to Mehr Noten als Text and in doing so uncovers a surprisingly heterogeneous network of Freemasons, publishers, and state officials. The findings prompt us to reconsider general questions about the relationship of state and society in the late Enlightenment, the interplay of the public and the arcane spheres and the status of religious heterodoxy at this time.

In recent years, digital games had the capacity to join a vast set of knowledge fields that provided them the status of one of the areas that has most contributed to the development of contemporary theory of new technologies and also to the development of new imagetic solutions, especially in tri-dimensional representation (3D). Digital games were the motto in the research of artificial intelligence, physical and virtual interfaces, the relationship between man and machine, virtual representation, and development in the field of digital animation. In this context, the aim of the authors’ proposal is to show the need and universality of design in the development of digital games, at the level of amusement games and, mainly, in serious games. Since the authors consider design as a project and understand design as an essential tool in the development of the project, they will dwell on the amplitude of design and designer in multidisciplinary teams of game creation. The following “4 Ds” will be studied and explained in detail: design of games, design of characters and virtual scenography, “design” of emotions, and design of the interface.

To study the cognitive process of the human brain in dealing with philosophical issues, for the first time, from the perspective of scientific experiments, the issue of “relationship” in philosophy was verified. A set of algorithms combining physiology analysis and computer technology linearity and a nonlinear manifold learning algorithm were proposed. Two groups of auditory cognitive experiments were performed, and the concept expected effect was defined as the symbol of conceptual intervention. From the perspective of time, whether the concept was involved after the sensation arises was explored. EEG (electroencephalogram) physiology was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the concept induced a positive shift of the waveform after intervention. It has little effect on the early components, but it has a significant effect on the composition of the sensory components. Waveform changes before and after conceptual intervention have significant main effects. Perceptual production does not involve conceptual intervention, which verifies, in time, that “the relationship” exists.

Today, humanity has witnessed an extremely complex historical event. The head of the world health organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, stated that the spread of the new coronavirus was of a pandemic nature, which happened for the first time in several decades. "In the days and weeks ahead, we expect to see the number of cases, the number of deaths, and the number of affected countries climb even higher," the organization’s CEO said. Humanity has faced coronavirus infection that has developed into a rare and dangerous phenomenon — a pandemic. The latest threat that the entire planet is fighting against has given each country, without exception, special tasks to find and develop new methods to combat the spread of the virus and effective ways to treat it. New legal norms are necessary for the introduction of innovative technologies — creating conditions for the most effective use of the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) to combat the spread of COVID-19. World experience also shows us the need to use the latest technologies to defeat a new infection. This is the only way the fight can be effective. This paper broadly presents and classifies the world experience in the use of AI to combat coronavirus, as well as analyzes strategies for innovative legal regulation in the context of a pandemic. This is a valuable platform for constructive research of the identified problem in the field of law, and contributes to the creation of reliable legal conditions for the use of artificial intelligence technologies to resolve the situation with coronavirus infection.

In Arab culture the mother comes closer than any other image to representing womanly perfection. The word ‘mother’ has no negative connotations in that culture, in contradistinction to ‘woman’. A woman who attains the status of mother thus obtains a kind of legitimacy in the male-oriented societies of the Middle East. Palestinian national poet Mahmoud Darwish describes the relationship he had with his mother in childhood as equivocal. He thought that his mother hated him; however, when he was arrested for the first time in Israel, at the age of sixteen, he came to feel that he was her favourite son. As a result of this relationship in childhood Darwish in his poetry gave expression to his lost childhood happiness and used it to compensate for the historical and political circumstances which encompassed him at every stage of his poetic career. The image of the mother in Darwish's poetry can be divided into five parts: his actual mother, the communal mother, mother earth, mother as cultural identity, and mother as poem.

The purpose of the article is to determine the idea of artificial intelligence researches’ independent development, which will give it the opportunity to develop without any restrictions and investigate itself. In order to this, the man has to create comfortable conditions for such development. This process manifests the stages of the sacrificial movement of a man to the inevitable result of the «loading values» into the imitation system.  The methodology of the research consists of the comparative-historical method, the philosophical and dialectical one, and the phenomenological approach. In addition, there are methods of analogy and complex analysis, based on the principle of the unity and synthesis of the certain areas of the natural sciences and philosophical and cultural knowledge, in particular in the ethical and axiological sphere. The scientific novelty of the article is in the analysis of axiological aspects in the relationship between the man and the artificial intelligence in the context of the futurist conceptions of the beginning of the XXI century. For the first time, it is outlined the issue of the victim as the existential concept of human technological development. The article concludes that the cognition is a destructive process and a poison itself. In our opinion, it concerns only the human. This issue is open for the processes that accompany the emergence and formation of the artificial intelligence. Its origins are in the word evolution. At this stage, the world is open to man only externally, because we as its part cannot be both a part of the system and its substructure (K. Gцdel). This means that the person remains unknown to him- or herself. In the attempts to destroy this state of affairs, we transfer our attention to the external world and destroy it so that it collapses with us. So, we become the creators and objects of the second type of victim. Thus, a person is faced with the choice to change nothing or complete the destruction of the existing one. In our formulation, the prospect of studying this topic is the ethical-axiological and ontological analysis of the «love» category in the context of artificial intelligence development and in its approaches, highlighted in the article, to understand the concept of the victim.
