<strong>Abstract:</strong> The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation, discipline, adversity quotient and integrity toward teachers’ competency test (UKG) of physical education and sports teachers in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. The method used in this study was a comparative causal method. Data analysis was used to determine the effect of exogenous variables with endogenous variables and between variables using Path Analysis with statistical calculations using Lisrel 8.80. Research data were collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire from four existing exogenous variables, namely motivation (X1), discipline (X2), adversity quotient (X3), integrity (X4), and documentary analysis for endogenous variables resulting from teachers’ competency test (UKG) of physical education and sports teachers (Y). The result of this study is motivation, discipline, adversity quotient and integrity have a positive direct effect on teachers’ competency test (UKG) of physical education and sports teachers in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru.

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, organizational climate and work commitment on the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of The Department of Education and Culture in Banten Province. The research used the quantitative approach with the survey method. To analyze the effect of exogenous variables on the endogenous variables, the path analysis was used. As for respondents, samples of 66 employees were taken. The result of the research indicated that (1) compensation had positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (2) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (3) work commitment had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employee, (4) compensation had a positive direct influence on work commitment, and (5) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees. Thus, improving employees’ performance can be done with increased compensation, good organizational climate, and work commitment.

The purpose of this study was to study the effects of leadership knowledge, work environment, work motivation to the performance of principals of Public Elementary Schools in Rokan Hilir Regency of Riau Province. This research uses the quantitative approach with survey method with causal approach and path analysis technique. This study analyzes the influence of one variable on other variables. The variables studied consist of two kinds, namely exogenous variables and endogenous variables. Exogenous variables have an influence on endogenous variables. While endogenous variables can also affect other endogenous variables. The affordable population which is simultaneously the sampling frame is the entire principals who served in Public Elementary Schools at Rokan Hilir Regency as many as 265 schools. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive direct effect of leadership knowledge on performance, (2) There is a positive direct effect work environment on performance, (3) There is a positive direct effect of work motivation on performance, (4) There is a positive direct effect of leadership knowledge on work motivation, (5) There is a positive direct effect of work environment on work motivation. Thus, the improvement of teachers’ performance can be achieved well if there is a strong effect from the leadership knowledge, work environment, and work motivation that are well built.  Keywords:   leadership knowledge, work environment, work motivation, and performance

This study aims to find: (1) a theoretical model of performance improvement Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts, Unimedwhich is built based on the associative causal relationship between endogenous variables and exogenous variables, (2) knowing the positive direct effects: (a) organizational culture on work motivationLecturer at FBS Unimed. (b) organizational culture on job satisfaction of Unimed FBS lecturers, (c) organizational culture on the performance of FBS Unimed lecturers (d) work motivation on the performance of Unimed FBS lecturers; (e) job satisfaction on the performance of Unimed FBS lecturers. The study population was 174 FBS Unimed lecturers, a sample of 100 people selected by means of proportional random sampling. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire with four scales. The research data were processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and differential statistics, namely path analysis. Path analysis begins with a test requirements analysis including normality test and linearity test.X1) has a positive direct effect of 50.69% on Work Motivation (X2) lecturers of FBS Unimed as well as Organizational Culture (X1) a positive direct effect of 28.83% on Job Satisfaction (X3) lecturer at FBS Unimed, Organizational Culture (X1) also has a positive effect of 22.02% on lecturer performance (X4) FBS Unimed, and Work Motivation (X2) Has a positive direct effect of 26.22% on lecturer performance (X4) FBS Unimed and Job Satisfaction (X3) Directly positive effect of 17.75% on lecturer performance (X4) FBS Unimed.

The objective of this research was to determine the direct effect of interpersonal communication and discipline on supervisor productivity. The study was conducted at Education Department Bekasi Regency. The research was conducted using survey method with qualitatif approach an path analysis technique. Based on the result of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1)the interpersonal communication have positive direct effect to productivity, (2)the discipline have positif direct effect to productivity, (3)the interpersonal communicaton have positive direct effect to discipline. The supervisor productivity can be improved by improvement the interpersonal communication and discipline.

This article aimed to determine: (1) the effect of Principal Leadership in Effectiveness Islamic School (2) the effect of Teacher Commitment in Effectiveness Islamic School. This article aimed to obtain the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables of research and this research use Path analysis. Subjects were principal and teacher in Lhokseumawe Islamic School. The sample was 108. Based on the  hypothesis testing can be concluded: (1) there was a direct effect Principal Leadership to Islamic School Effectiveness by t count ρ31> t table α=5%(3,787> 1,659); (2) there was a direct effect Teacher Commitment to Islamic School Effectiveness by t count ρ32> t table α=5%(3,481> 1, 659). The results provided an overview of the Principal Leadership and Teacher Commitment effect in Effectiveness Islamic School. Introduction: This study aim at determining the effect of Physical fitness, self-concept and sports motivation on performance of teacher elementary school. Method: The research used quantitative approach with survey method and path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The research was conducted at Ambon City with a sample of 50 teachers physical education elementary school selected through random sampling. Data analysis technique is an analysis regression (ANAVA) with F test and t-test at a significance level of α = 0.05, and path analysis. Results: The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is positive direct effect of physical fitness on performance of teachers in the amount of 0.326, (2) there is positive direct effect of self-concept on performance of teachers in the amount of 0.333, (3) there is positive direct effect of self-concept on performance of teachers in the amount of 0.355, (4) there is positive direct effect of physical fitness on self-concept in the amount of 0.318, (5) there is positive direct effect of on self-concept in the amount of 0.307. Conclusion: The conclusion showed that physical fitness, self-concept and sports motivation are important determinants to decrease the performance of teachers on physical education at elementary school of Ambon City.
