OBJECTIVE: To discuss the pathogenesis, incidence, and clinical presentation of postdural puncture headaches (PDPHs) and to provide a comprehensive evaluation on the pharmacologic management of PDPH. DATA SOURCE: A MEDLINE search was used to identify pertinent literature published in English including review articles, case reports, letters, and abstracts. Information was also extracted from textbooks for background purposes. STUDY SELECTION: All clinical studies, case reports, abstracts, and letters were included because of the limited amount of literature available on the pharmacologic therapy for PDPH. Related research articles and review articles were also used to provide background information on PDPH. DATA EXTRACTION: Methodology and results from clinical trials and abstracts were described and evaluated. Case reports and letters were summarized and critically reviewed for the feasibility of the different treatment modalities. Information on the pathophysiology, incidence and severity, and clinical presentation of PDPH was extracted from related research articles, review articles, and textbooks. DATA SYNTHESIS: The epidural blood patch (EBP) is one of the most effective treatments for PDPH. Pharmacologic management of PDPH offers a less invasive treatment modality than the EBP. Numerous drug therapies have been presented in the literature, though few merit clinical application. Caffeine therapy, both oral and parenteral, is the most commonly used pharmacologic treatment modality. Theophylline and sumatriptan are potentially promising agents for the treatment of PDPH. Epidural administration of fluids and drugs is also effective in the treatment of PDPH. Epidural administration of NaCl 0.9% and dextran may be an alternative to the EBP when the EBP is unsuccessful or contraindicated. Epidural adrenocorticotropic hormone and epidural morphine also demonstrate some potential in the treatment of PDPH. Individual patient characteristics (i.e., HIV, sepsis) need to be considered when deciding on a treatment. More reports, especially clinical studies, are necessary before a definitive statement can be made regarding any one treatment. In the meantime, therapy will be guided by clinical judgment based on the literature reviewed in this article. CONCLUSIONS: Intravenous and oral caffeine are effective and noninvasive treatments for PDPH. Epidural NaCl 0.9% or dextran are alternatives when the EBP is unsuccessful or contraindicated. Several methods of pharmacologic management have been cited in the literature, but all require further evaluation.

Ancylostoma caninum is one of the most important hookworms in dogs. A study revealed that the prevalence of ancylostomiasis in Indonesia is relatively high. However, cases of persistent ancylostomiasis in dogs were reported, indicating the possibility of anthelmintic resistance. The aim of this review is to provide an overview of the anthelmintic potential of plants preclinically against A. caninum based on related research articles. This review retrieved 14 articles from 2001 to 2021 investigating 19 different plants. Momordica charantia, Diospyros anisandra, and Citrus aurantiifolia hold a promising prospect as anthelmintic against A. caninum. This review found aspects of those medicinal plants that need to be investigated deeper to improve our understanding of the matter. In vitro results in this review have not yet been tested in in vivo trials, which are essential in determining the efficacy and safety of the use of these medicinal plants and also to justify its clinical application.

With the emergence of one of this century’s deadliest pandemics, coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has an enormous effect globally with a quick spread worldwide. This made the World Health Organization announce it as a pandemic. COVID-19 has pushed countries to follow new behaviors such as social distancing, hand washing, and remote work and to shut down organizations, businesses, and airports. At the same time, white hats are doing their best to accommodate the pandemic. However, while white hats are protecting people, black hats are taking advantage of the situation, which creates a cybersecurity pandemic on the other hand. This paper discusses the cybersecurity issues at this period due to finding information or finding another related research that had not been discussed before. This paper presents the cybersecurity attacks during the COVID-19 epidemic time. A lot of information has been collected from the World Health Organization (WHO), trusted organizations, news sources, official governmental reports, and available research articles. This paper then classifies the cybersecurity attacks and threats at the period of COVID-19 and provides recommendations and countermeasures for each type. This paper surveys the cybersecurity attacks and their countermeasures and reports the ongoing cybersecurity attacks and threats at this period of time. Moreover, it is also a step towards analyzing the efficiency of the country’s infrastructure as well as hackers and criminals’ social behavior at the time of the pandemic.

This article describes the use of a monocular camera attached to a multirotor perpendicular to the horizon, to recognize visual cues or artefacts (AprilTag) and use it as an anchor for aerial alignment to finally land on it, thus attempting to make autonomous flights safer and usable in slightly hard-to-reach locations. A Hexacopter frame with the DJI N3 flight controller was used for prototyping and realizing the desired algorithm. Factors like wind speed and gusts were taken into account as well as the center of gravity of the multirotor and the position of the molecular camera attached to the copter facing downwards or at a 90-degree angle. The results of the experiments conducted were verified against existing methods like the GPS (Global Positioning System) waypoint mission provided by major commercial Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) or Flight Controller manufacturers and were also compared to experimental methods presented in related research articles, fairing excellent results

The concept of communication is not only related to the problem of how to speak effectively but also the ethics of speaking. Since entering the reform era, the Indonesian people have been in an atmosphere of euphoria, free to talk about anything, to anyone, in any way. Al-Qur'an mentions communication as one of human nature, hence, it is importance to understand how important to communicate in good manner, especially toward children, as we know that children learn a lot from what they see, hear and imitate. To find out how humans should communicate, Qur'an provides keywords related to this. The researchers conducted literature review from some related research articles discussing the importance of this issue. The commandment stated in Quran and hadith are indication of the obligation for Muslims to apply the nature of honesty and correct speech in which it is known as qaulansadidan. A person's success is not determined by intelligence only but also emotion. To accomplish, communication ethics are really important to be sophisticated toward children. Educate the children with good daily communication ethics affects their life and facilitate them to achieve genuine success.
