Talazumiyah al-Rabth fi al-Kitabah al-Insyaiyyah Baina al-Uslub wa al-Tauzhif wa al-Maharah: Dirasah fi Maharah al-Kitabah li al-Nathiqin bi Ghair al-Arabiyyah

This research is studying about one of the most important skills in the Arabic language that is hoped to be acquired by Malaysian students, either in secondary or university level. The aim of teaching essay writing at these two stages is to enable students to express a topic in writing in a good manner and in an organized manner of various kinds according to the correct rules of the Arabic language. It is noticeable that non-Arabic speaking students, especially Malaysian students, despite their mastery of grammatical and morphological rules, still fall into stylistic errors resulting from their lack of understanding of the ‘ibarāt al rābitah (conjunctive phrases), their connotations and their functions in structural writing. Based on all of the foregoing, this research deals with theories related to the concept of stylistic errors and the concept of style and its elements, especially in the field of teaching Arabic as a second language. The research followed the descriptive and analytical method and was limited to analysing the ‘ibarāt al rābitah (conjunctive phrases) in the modern Arabic language and analysing their meanings, functions, and uses in structural writing. The research has reached many results, the most important of which is ‘ibarāt al rābitah (conjunctive phrases) as one of the most important elements of the Arabic language style that is hoped to be provided to Malaysian students, especially in the secondary and university degree stage, to control the stylistically sound structural writing. The research also stated some recommendations to facilitate the teaching and application of ‘ibarāt al rābitah (conjunctive phrases) at the secondary and university levels.

The Importance of Ethics in Communication Toward Children: An Islamic Overview

The concept of communication is not only related to the problem of how to speak effectively but also the ethics of speaking. Since entering the reform era, the Indonesian people have been in an atmosphere of euphoria, free to talk about anything, to anyone, in any way. Al-Qur'an mentions communication as one of human nature, hence, it is importance to understand how important to communicate in good manner, especially toward children, as we know that children learn a lot from what they see, hear and imitate. To find out how humans should communicate, Qur'an provides keywords related to this. The researchers conducted literature review from some related research articles discussing the importance of this issue. The commandment stated in Quran and hadith are indication of the obligation for Muslims to apply the nature of honesty and correct speech in which it is known as qaulansadidan. A person's success is not determined by intelligence only but also emotion. To accomplish, communication ethics are really important to be sophisticated toward children. Educate the children with good daily communication ethics affects their life and facilitate them to achieve genuine success.

‘The good economy’: a conceptual and empirical move for investigating how economies and versions of the good are entangled

Across Europe and the OECD, the bioeconomy is promoted as that which will succeed the carbon economy: an economy based in ‘the bio’ that will be innovative, sustainable, responsible and environmentally friendly. Yet how to critically approach an economy justified not only by its accumulative potentials but also its ability to do and be good? This paper suggests the concept of ‘the good economy’ as an analytical tool for investigating how economic practice is entangled in versions of the good. Building upon the classic contributions of Weber, Thompson and Foucault in combination with valuation studies, this paper shows how the good economy concept can be employed to examine how the economic and the good are intertwined. Empirically, the paper teases out how what is made to be good in the bioeconomy is radically different than in economies of the recent past. While ‘the good economy’ of the early oil and aquaculture economy concerned how to insert this economy into society in a good manner, society is surprisingly absent in the contemporary bioeconomy. The bioeconomy is enacted as an expert issue, pursued by the tools of economic valuation, and based in the unquestioned idea that ‘the bio’ makes any economy good.

THE STRATEGY OF CELEBRITY ENDORSER AND BRAND IMAGE IN DECISIONS ON SHAMPOO VARIAN HIJAB BUYING INTEREST

This research aims to determine the strategy of celebrity endorser which is mediated by brand image in the decision to buy hijab shampoo. Data processing in this research uses the parametric-statistic specially analysis of Mediation using the software statistic JASP 0.14.1. Using primary data obtained from the result of filling questionnaire and secondary data obtained data source in the form of physical and digital literature. The results of this research derived from 100 respondents showed celebrity endorser which is mediated by brand image has a significant influence on the decision of hijabers to buy hijab shampoo. Popularity and manner of celebrity endorser can increase brand image of hijab shampoo. So, the company should be promote hijab shampoo by using the popular celebrity who have the good manner.

Nilai Strategis Good Citizen Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Pembangunan Pemuda Di Kalimantan Barat

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai strategis good citizen dalam peningkatan kualitas pembangunan pemuda di Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber datanya adalah studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis menggunakan model analisis Miles Huberman. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai strategis good citizen yang bisa dijadikan acuan dalam upaya peningkatan pembangunan pemuda di Kalimantan Barat adalah (1) good intelligence yang tercermin dari open minded, integritas diri, dan berhati seorang hamba; (2) good responsibility sebagai esensi dasar peningkatan kualitas pembangunan pemuda dan (3) good manner sebagai penopang perbaikan kualitas hidup pemuda. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut disarankan: (1) peningkatan kualitas pembangunan di Kalimantan Barat harus memperhatikan aspek pendidikan yang berdampak positif terhadap kualitas diri pemuda; (2) Selain aspek pendidikan, pemuda juga harus dibekali dasar-dasar kepemimpinan untuk membentuk individu yang bertanggung jawab; (3) Serta memperhatikan aspek yang sangat krusial dari good citizen yakni memiliki etika yang baik sebagai tujuan utama yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila.

Machine Learning Classifiers and Along with TPOT Classifier (Automl) to Predict the Readmission Patterns of Diabetic Patients

Diabetes is seen as a common problem in the present running world. And till date 470million people globally in 2019, and it might be increased to 676million by the end of 2045.So day to day the diabetic has become a major problem, and due to the current technologies, we can easily predict the readmission of a patient based upon his digenesis. In this paper we are using classification algorithms to solve the problem by early predictions. And we can check it by using multiple hybrid classifiers, whatever the algorithm gives the best accuracy we are considering it as the generic model and it is going to predict the future diabetic patients. And we are considering the diabetic dataset mainly it consists of multiple features based upon the data we will consider as independent and dependent data, and solve the problem. Here, in this paper the algorithms which we are going to use are Logistic Regression(LR), Decision Trees, Random Forest (RF),XGboost,Gaussian-Naïve Bayes, TPOT(automl).Out of them Random Forest gives the best accuracy which is about 95.2%, the accuracy is attained by following pre-processing stage in a good manner, and handled all missing data.

Rating Faculty for Foreign Student in Egypt by Bloom Filter Classifier and Collaborative Filtering

This paper presents an approach of bloom filter classifier and collaborative filtering to help foreign student to choose the suitable faculty according to his nationality and number of years that need to study. Our approach consist of three phases are: input phase, classification phase, and recommendation phase. In Input phase, the student enters the nationality and number of suggested years study. In classification phase, the approach classifies the student according to input data based on bloom filter classifier. In recommendation phase, the approach recommended the top five faculty if exists based on collaborative filtering technique (CF). Our dataset collected from Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST) and the results of our approach suitable and has a good manner for the student with accuracy 90%.

Fuzzy Geographical Model for Visualizing Crimes Hot Spots

Crimes Hot spots are areas that have a greater than average number of criminal or disorder events. Recently, many researchers pay more attentions for detecting crime hot spots to allow police personnel to plan effectively for emergency response, determine mitigation priorities, analyze historical events, and predict future events. This paper introduces a fuzzy geographical model for detecting crimes hot spots. The proposed model has three main phases which are: (1) Pre-processing, (2) Fuzzification, and (3) Visualization. In pre-processing phase, the model uses statistical methods and cleansing techniques to clean the raw dataset. In Fuzzification phase, the number of crimes converts into linguistic value according to the hybrid (triangular and trapezoidal) membership function. In visualization phase, the results are visualized on GIS map with different colors based on the density of crime hot spot. This paper aims to rank the hotspot crime places in the country, so the decision-makers can be knowing accurately. Our dataset collected from Cairo crimes at year 2016 and the results of our approach suitable and has a good manner for the decision maker with high accuracy.
