Economic forecasting is a very important aspect that policymakers in the financial and corporate organization rely on because helps them to determine future events that might infringe some hardship on the economy and the citizens at large. However, the principal statistical pointers that are available to the public domain provide numerous reservations and doubts for their economics estimates as it is later released with frequent issues to major revisions and also it shows a great lag in decision making for an incoming event. To this effect, the expansion of the latest forecasting patterns was important to address the gaps. Hence, this paper examines the conceptualization of Machine learning in economic forecasting. To achieve this, the Italian economy was used as the dataset, and machine learning controlled tools were used as the method of analysis. The result obtained from this study shows that machine learning is a better model to use in economic forecasting for quick and reliable data to avert future events.

This article discussed the meaning and significance of the theological contribution of Etienne de Villiers for the task of prophetic public theology in pluralistic societies. It was argued that De Villierss theology enriched public theology in a variety of ways. De Villiers convincingly argued that Christian morality does have unique contents. These unique contents enrich and deepen discussions in the pluralistic public domain. De Villiers also showed that Christians can enter the public domain from the perspective of so-called thicker theological convictions like sin and love. De Villiers emphasised the participation of Christians in so-called technical discourses. This implied that Christians strive to make their convictions as far as possible intellectually accessible to a pluralistic audience, that Christians strive for moral consensus, sound moral decision-making, influencing of the public opinion and participation in policy- making processes in pluralistic life. This technical discourse with the aim to reach moral consensus and to impact on policymaking processes should also be practiced within Christian communities where a plurality of moral views, even conflicting views, exist. This quest for decision-making, consensus and impacting on public policy are to be advanced in the ecumenical Christian family, and even between Christians and other religions.

Now a day, covering our faces with a mask has become a new normal habit in this pandemic, as face masks are effective in preventing the virus outbreak. Masks reduce risk from an infected person whether they have symptoms or not. In this paper, we propose a system that restrict the growth of COVID-19 by finding out peoples with mask and without mask. Where all the public places are monitored with CCTV cameras. A deep learning architecture is trained on a dataset which consists of images of people with wearing mask and without wearing is masks collected from various sources. By using image processing analysis and machine learning method we can find out face mask wearied or not. Face mask detection can be done using various methods. Mainly convolutional neural network and OpenCV method is used. The accuracy and decision making of CNN algorithm is higher than other algorithms.

This paper concerns an analysis regarding the performance of X-ray equipment as well as the radiological safety in veterinary facilities. Data were collected from 380 X-ray veterinary facilities countrywide during the on-site regulatory inspections carried out by the Greek Atomic Energy Commission. The analysis of the results shows that the majority of the veterinary radiographic systems perform within the acceptable limits; moreover, the design and shielding of X-ray rooms as well as the applied procedures ensure a high level of radiological safety for the practitioners, operators and the members of the public. An issue that requires specific attention in the optimization process for the proper implementation of veterinary radiology practices in terms of radiological safety is the continuous training of the personnel. The above findings and the regulatory experience gained were valuable decision-making elements regarding the type of the regulatory control of veterinary radiology practices in the new radiation protection framework.

The study of Buddhist texts can inform us of the way scriptures were composed, as well as illuminate the reasons behind their production. This study examines the phenomenon of borrowing and reusing portions of texts without attributing them to their ‘legitimate authors’ within the Buddhist world of contemporary Tibet. It shows that not only is such a practice not at all infrequent and is often socially accepted, but that it is used in this case as a platform to advance specific claims and promote an explicit agenda. Therefore, rather than considering these as instances of plagiarism, this essay looks at the practice of copying and borrowing as an exercise in intertextuality, intended as the faithful retransmission of ancient truths, and as an indication of the public domain of texts in Tibet.
