This research is designed to identify the relationship between internal organizational trust and job engagement in Higher Education of Kurdistan and Islamic Azad Higher Education in Sanandaj. We have used Shakli Zalbak’s questionnaire (2000) to measure internal organizational trust and Schaufeli and Bakker’s questionnaire (2003) to identify job engagement. The population is Kurdistan Higher Education and Islamic Azad staffs which are 475 people and we have chosen 212 statistical samples by using Cochran formula and random sampling. This research is based on practical purpose and descriptive collection method is correlation. We have used questionnaire to gather information. We have analyzed information by Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The result of hypotheses shows that there is significant and direct relationship between internal organizational trust and job engagement. The result of regression analysis shows that explicit environment determined 49 percent of job engagement variance. The sense of identity of organization and the sense ofattention from colleagues, managers and organization determine 26 and 18 percent of job engagement variance.

This is a pragmatic study conducted to explore the quality higher education and students’ perception towards the private universities in Bangladesh. This study examines the relationship between the quality higher education and students’ perception using a structured questionnaire. A total number of 500 senior undergraduate and graduate level students from ten selected private universities in Bangladesh were taken as sample for conducting the study. The finding of this study discloses that the quality higher education is a dynamic factor that ensures the students’ perception. It also shows that quality higher education can create positive students’ perception towards the private universities in Bangladesh. Reliability, Responsiveness, Competence, Tangibility, Courtesy, Goodwill & Image, Empathy, Security and Costs are the dimensions of quality higher education. To quantify the variables a five point “Likert- type” scale has been used in this paper. The researcher conducted various analyses such as Multiple Regression Analysis, Descriptive Analysis, and ANOVA and identified a numerous key findings as to the students’ perception towards the quality higher education. Abstract. This study examined  the relationship between task oriented leadership style and management of non financial rewards to work motivation at PT.XYZ  Surabaya. Variables measured by the scale of the study variables 4 choices. Research subjects were 62 employees were taken random sampling. Data collected were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of multiple regression analysis showed variable task oriented leadership style and management on non financial   rewards   associated   significantly  with work motivation (F = 20,911; p = 0,000). Both variables contributed 41,50% of the work motivation. Separately, task oriented leadership style has a highly significant correlation with motivation to work at t = 5,565 amd   p=0,000 ( p< 0,01), non financial rewards management while  significantly    correlated   with   motivation  to  work  with t = 3,997  and  p = 0,000 ( p< 0,01 ).Keywords : task oriented leadership style, management of non financial rewards, work motivation

The present study aimed to examine the relationship of servant leadership with trust and organizational efficacy. This descriptive study followed a correlational design. Using stratified random sampling method, 225 employees of Zahedan Department of Education were studied through applying three questionnaires on servant leadership, organizational trust, and organizational efficacy. To analyze the obtained data, Pearson correlation coefficient and simultaneous regression analysis were used via SPSS v.21. According to the results, the correlation coefficients between servant leadership and components of service, humility, trust, and agape love and organizational trust were respectively 0.758, 0.646, 0.664, 0.698, and 0.686 (P<0.01). Moreover, the results of multiple regression analysis revealed that agape love with a beta-value (β) of 0.332, service with a beta-value of 0.247, and humility with a beta-value of 0.227 had the highest power to predict organizational trust. Additionally, the correlation coefficients between servant leadership and components of service, humility, trust, and agape love and organizational efficacy were respectively 0.66, 0.533, 0.518, 0.68, and 0.625 (P<0.01). The results of multiple regression analysis indicated that trust with a beta-value (β) of 0.684 and service with a beta-value of 0.147 had the highest power to predict organizational efficacy. Therefore, it can be concluded that the more and the better managers of the Department of Education apply the servant leadership style, such that they demonstrate more service, humility, and agape love in their behaviors, actions, and leadership style, the more trust they gain, and the levels of organizational trust and organizational efficacy correspondingly increase.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas. Pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengunjung dan keluarga nara-pidana Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. Jumlah pengunjung yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling, sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Pegawai dan Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar.     This study examines the effect of employee ethics and the improvement of public services on the implementation of the integrity zone. The effect of employee ethics, and improvement of public services on the implementation of integrity zone on Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Makassar. Respondents in this study were Makassar class in penitentiary visitors. the number of visitors who sampled this study was 55 people. the method of determining the sample used in this study is simple random sampling, while the data processing method used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. the results of this study indicate that employee ethics and public services have a significant effect on the implementation of the integrity zone in Makassar class in penitentiary.

Purpose: This research aims to study the relationship between perception of elderly’s health and health behaviors in Nakhon Nayok province, Thailand Methods: This research was a cross-sectional study. The questionnaire was used to collect the data. This research was conducted in Nakhon Nayok province. The sample size was 270 which applied Taro Yamane's formula at a significant level 0.05. The descriptive statistics was implemented to describe the variables by presenting the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze the relationship between perception of elderly’s health and health behaviors. The statistical significance was considered to reject Hypothesis-null at < 0.05. Results: From a total of 270 people, more than 58.22% of the elderly perceived that they had moderate health conditions. Most elderly had congenital diseases (62.2%). The multiple regression analysis results showed that health status perception and health status perception when compared to their cohort related significantly to health behavior. Conclusion: The government should support the elderly on participation, trust, engagement, and cultural concern of the people in the community, which can contribute to promoting the physical, mental and social condition of the elderly.

Total suspended solid (TSS) is one of the parameters that determines whether or not a body of water is polluted. One factor that influences the amount of TSS content is the characteristic of rainfall in an area. Purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the effect of rainfall characteristics and TSS content in Ciliwung River. Multiple regression analysis was used for analytical method.  Results of multiple regression analysis showed that the correlation coefficient (adjusted R2) for the factors of rainfall, discharge and sediment show a low correlation to changes the content of TSS in Ciliwung River. The value of each correlation coefficient in the upstream, middle, and downstream of Ciliwung River are 0.21, 0.31, and 0.09 respectively. According to the F test, rainfall, discharge and sediment  were significantly affect TSS content in the upstream and middle stream.  Based on t test, it is known that only rainfall affect TSS content in the upstream and midlle stream.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of socioeconomic status, learning motivation, and learning disipline on student achievement at SMK Barunawati Surabaya. This study quantitative methods as a research methodology descriptive design. Population in this study are tenth grades students in SMK Barunawati Surabaya who are 103 students. Sampel was 82 students, selected by using Proporsional Random Sampling. Data analysed using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that socioeconomic status, learning motivation and learning discipline has partially significant impact on student achievement. Socioeconomic status, learning motivation and learning discipline have a significant impact on student achievement

The purpose this study was to determine the relationship between secure attachment with achievement motivation,  the relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation, and the relationship between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement motivation in adolescents students. The population of this research was students of class X, XI and XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi. The sample was 103 students were take by stratified random sampling technique. This study used secure attachment scale, autonomy scale, and achievement motivation scale. Double regression analysis showed FCOUNT  33, 482 with  p = 0,000 (p0,005). The result indicate that there was significant correlation between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement. Patrially, there is a significant relationship secure attachment with achievement rxy = 0,365 with  p 0,01 and there is a significant relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation  rxy = 0,361 with  p 0,01. R2 square value was 0, 527 it means that secure attachment and autonomy simultaneously contribute 52,7% toward achievement motivation.

Using a special questionnaire adapted for computer evaluation, the prevalence of signs and symptoms of craniomandibular disorders (CMD) and occlusal disharmonies was investigated in a group of 500 adolescents of the Republic of Serbia ranging between 18 and 25 years of age. The presence of signs (symptoms) of CMD and occlusal discrepancies was established using clinical exsamination and evaluated according to the clinical disfunction index (D i) and index of the occlusal state (Oi) proposed by Helkimo et al. 1974. The results of this study revealed that 327 (65.4%) adolescents in the examined group had at least one sign (symptom) of CMD, (Di > 1), and that 271 (54.2%) adolescent had also mild, or severe occlusal discrepancies (Oi > 1). The percentage of persons with signs(symptoms) of CMD was significantly greater in the group having occlusal discrepancies (X = 7.76, P<0.01). The multiple regression analysis of the obtained data and the ODDS ratio confirmed the risk of CMD in the group with occlusal discrepancies to be 2.5 times greater than in the group of adolescents without occlusal discrepancies.
