We know that today's society is the information society. The highly developed information society requires thatthe communication network can provide a wide variety of telecommunication services. The amount of informationtransmitted, exchanged and processed through the communication network will increase, which requires the moderncommunication network to be digitalized, integrated, intelligent and personalized. The transmission system is animportant part of the communication network, directly restricting the development of the communication network. One of the most important developments in the world to develop the information superhighway, with one of thekey is to set up a large capacity transmission fiber network, continuously improve the transmission line on thesignal rate, widening the transmission band. It is like expanding capacity to accommodate a large number of traffi cin highways. At the same time the user wants the transmission network to have a worldwide interface standard, toaccess to global village, in where every user can easily communicate anytime and anywhere. Synchronous DigitalHierarchy (SDH) is a comprehensive information transmission network that integrates multiplexing, line transmissionand switching functions and is operated by a unifi ed network management system. It is a synchronous informationtransmission network developed by Bell Communication Technology Research Institute’s optical network (SONET).The International Telegraph and Telephone Advisory Committee (now ITU-T) received the SONET concept in 1988and renamed it SDH, making it a general technology system that applies not only to fiber but also to microwaveand satellite transmission. It is applied for eff ective management of network, real-time service monitoring, dynamicnetwork maintenance, interoperability between different vendors and other functions, greatly improves networkresource utilization, reduce management and maintenance costs, flexible and reliable and efficient networkoperation and maintenance. So it is in the center of attention in world's information fi eld of transmission technologydevelopment and application.

Abstract Quality is the language which helping product enters the world market. TQM, instead of traditional management, has been growing into the management mode of modern company. In last 10 years, TQM has made great progress in the whole world, but it did not get significant achievements in China. Although the exports from China always keep the image of “cheap and good” in international market, the qualified ratio of products calculated in domestic market is only around 75% and inferior and fake products are often exposed. Therefore, China needs to learn from the TQM experience and practice of advanced countries both in micro and macro field. The process from traditional management to TQM is based on not only corporate technology system, but also on social and institutional system. Our conclusion from China's case is that the international competitive advantage of individual company came from excellent product quality, the excellent product quality is based on excellent TQM practice, and the excellent TQM practice rooted in whole country's macro institutional system. Now, China is still in the stage of transforming public-owned-dominated planning system to individual-owned-dominated market-oriented system. There are many political and economic and social institutions and their policy, regulation, even ideology need to be innovated. Only by doing this, China's companies could follow the foreign partner's step, set up their long-term strategy and share profit with their employees and implement TQM completely to improve their international competitiveness.

Kandri is Gunungpati administrative area in the district, which is located in the city of Semarang in Central Java province which have Kreo Caves Nature Area. The tourist area has now been developed with the construction of dam Artificial Jatibarang which was completed in 2014. The reservoir has sunk acres of farmland, resulting in most of the Kandri citizens lose their livelihoods as farmers, and switch to the efforts in the field of tourism. Kandri rural communities in the development of a tourist village has set up a group called Pokdarwis tourism awareness in the form of a tourism cluster. The tourism cluster not yet have an information system that is capable of managing a data member, as well as a means of product promotion and online sales. This research aims to design a cluster of business information systems, and implement into web technology. System development method used is prototype models. The information system is implemented using the programming language PHP and CodeIgniter framework with a MySQL database. Results of this research is an e-commerce information system that features business profile information management, resource development and asset cluster members. These systems also use social plugins that like facebook as a marketing tool products. Thus, the information system can be used as an online store business clusters, media promotion, and data center can yield information about the development of the classification of business entities SME cluster members, so it can be used by cluster administrators and stakeholdesr in monitoring the business development of its members.

In the fiber optic communication network for example,- FTTH, EPON, NBN, OTN and so on, the most important components are fiber length between transmitter and receiver point. So, to make, cheap and meaningful communication through optical fiber it must be required to calculate how and what amount of signal is transmitted with the given length of the fiber. Finally, it is said that the optical fiber network have several limitations like extension ratio. So, it is necessary to investigate its affect on the performance of the Optical Network. This research is based on simulation by OptiSystem 0.17 on the basis of Dense wavelength division multiplex (DWDM) technology, Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier (EDFA), dispersion Compensating Fiber (DCF) and single mode fiber of length 50–100 km.

Abstract Introduction Understand age-mixing patterns in HIV transmission is a key to design and implement HIV prevention interventions. As such, the use of phylogenetic tree seems promising since this approach is based on data from a transmission network. Methods Through a simulation study, we used transmission clusters computed from phylogenetic trees to investigate age-mixing patterns. From transmission clusters, we estimated a transmission network using pairings. We inferred measurements, which depict age-mixing patterns in transmission i.e. ‘proportions of men/women of a certain age-group paired with women/men of another age-group’, and mean, median, and standard deviation of average age difference between women/men with their respective pairs. We investigated the uncertainty around these measurements as a function of sampling coverage in different sequence missingness scenarios. Results According to the simulation set-up of age mixing in partnership, there are relationships, which are less likely and others highly likely. Explicitly, partnerships between younger men (<25 years) and older women (25 to 50 years) are less likely to happen in the sexual network, whereas partnership between younger women (<25 years) and older men (25 to 50 years) are more likely to happen as are age group relationship having intermediate magnitude in partnership. Conclusion Transmission clusters allow us to strive with more improved information regarding cross-generation transmission. It enables us to understand the importance of age mixing beyond describing the mean age difference, and that one needs to consider the variation of age differences between pairs of individuals as well as among the partners of a given individual.

When working remotely with mobile robotics, a reliable wireless communication network becomes essential, especially in large operating regions. As most teleoperated robots rely on standard Wi-Fi communication, network behavior has a crucial effect on autonomous robot control. The main goal of this research is to measure and diagnose the system reliability, roaming issues, and bottlenecks of such data transmission. To study these significant factors, two measurement scenarios were conducted. Measurements consist of two Wi-Fi access points (AP) and a TurtleBot II robot used in two different system set-up configurations. In the first configuration, two APs are connected in bridge mode (LAN connection) and in the second configuration the APs are connected in WDS bridge (Wireless Data Distribution) mode. This article presents the results of Robot Operating System (ROS) IEEE 802.11 network measurements in roaming mode, in wireless bridge mode, and in an extended coverage area employed in WDS mode. Results of data transmission measurements, configurations, and evaluation of the entire system are also presented. All the measurements utilize the Open Cloud Robotic Platform (OpenCRP)1 an open-source cloud robotics ecosystem based on service-oriented PaaS architecture using the Ubuntu Linux operating system.
