Abstract Macroporous lands sensitive to wetting represent a category of sites with high vulnerability during construction exploitation. In this regard an effective measure is the protective shielding measures against the main factors influencing its behavior. The paper deals with a complex case study by both its importance functions and the fact that the objective analyzed is a part of historical monuments of particular value to the local community, namely the water tower in Braila Public Garden - România.

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is part of  the  banking  financial institutions  apart from the commercial  banking. .One of the activities of the BPR is to distribute the credits as done by the commercial banks. Problems. BPR as micro financial institutions, in doing their business to  distribute  the credit up to certain amount, are faced with  the  commercial banks  which  have more  competitive advantages, both in the price  and facilities provided. Objective of this research is to identify the factors influencing the customers in making decisions to take the credit at BPR. By identifying the determinant factors in choosing the banks, BPR can use it to improve their services to the customers and at the same time BPR can use it as a strategy in  giving credit to the customers or debtors. The metode employed in this study was regressive logistic method, which was  used to  identify  what factors determine the customers to choose credit at BPR. The conclusion is that the procedures and personality of staff are the main factors making the customers choose credit at BPR

This study assesses the extent to which Opole hotels rely on internal marketing. The assessment is based on results of a case study, analysis of documents, a diagnostic survey and logical analysis and construction. A questionnaire survey conducted in 12 hotels, accounting for about 92% of all hotels in Opole, was used to produce descriptive statistics of hotel characteristics. Most hotels evaluated in this study already use internal marketing. The most common marketing tools include training sessions, communication and information support, and active assistance provided by managers or owners to their employees. The main factors influencing the implementation of internal marketing in Opole hotels involve recruiting suitable staff, organising active training sessions for employees, and creating a friendly work environment. Based on the study findings, we recommend promoting the use of internal marketing among hotel owners and a wider range of tools that benefit employees of contemporary hotels.

To identify the role in carbon stabilization, the content and reserves of SOC and TN in brown soils of the middle mountains of the Chirchik river basin of the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan were investigated in connection with the climatic conditions of the slopes of various topographic aspects. The content and reserves of SOC and N were the highest in the soils of the northern slope, and the lowest in the soils of the southern slopes; the eastern slopes, in this respect, occupied an intermediate position. The climates of slope exposures were the main factors influencing on the content and reserves of SOC and N in the profile of brown soils, indicating the need for separate consideration of carbon emissions from soils which are developed on slopes of various topographic aspects.

Subject. This article examines the issues related to changes in reproduction capacity and heterogeneity of the development of Russian regions. Objectives. The article aims to assess regional differentiation and investigate the main factors influencing the uneven development of the areas. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of comparative and correlation analyses. Results. The article identifies groups of leading and lagging Russian regions and assesses the possibility of convergence of Russian regions according to the analyzed indicators, such as GRP, GRP per capita, and the output of industry. Conclusions. The results obtained can be used when preparing strategic policy documents, spatial development programmes and concepts. The observed heterogeneity suggests that the regions maintain their positions throughout the research period.

AbstractCarbon black-filled polymer composites were investigated as sensing materials for organic liquids. Polypropylene and polystyrene which were selected as matrices and various amounts of carbon black were considered as the main factors influencing sensitivity of the composites in view of the percolation theory. Disposable filaments were produced of these materials. Change in their electrical resistivity was measured upon immersion in benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene and their mixtures. It has been found that studied materials were sensitive to the composition of liquid mixtures of organic solvent. Relationships between the filament response and volumetric fraction of the components were presented. The studied materials have shown promising sensing properties, which suggest their applicability for identification and quantification of multicomponent organic liquids.
