The successful formation of partnerships of adolescents is conditioned by certain factors and elements of educational environment, contributing to the formation of motivational-value, cognitive and operational-activity components of personality development of children of this age category. The peculiarities of the influence of this environment have a certain specificity associated with the conditions of formation of its structural components. Due to the action of these elements of the educational environment, certain age characteristics of adolescents are formed, which are necessary to ensure the effective principles of partnership, which will affect personal development and further development of academic achievement. Taking into account the importance of considering the theoretical aspects of determining the characteristics of the educational environment of adolescents, which determines the formation of their partnership, the study of this issue is considered relevant and will ensure the development of scientific thought. The purpose of the article is to systematize the approaches to defining the essence of the concept and structure of the educational environment of adolescents as a sphere of development of their partnership. Research methods applied: a systematic approach, which is used to systematize the provisions of scientific views related to the evaluated issues; comparative method used to compare the approaches of scientists. The study presents a systematization of approaches to defining the essence of the concept and structure of the educational environment of adolescents, which contributes to the development of their partnerships. It is proved that the main essential features of the concept of educational environment of adolescents, which contributes to the development of their partnerships include: structural feature (in the interpretations of the authors, mainly determined by reference to certain components of this phenomenon), performance feature (emphasis on areas of influence - behavior, development of value beliefs, etc.), organizational feature (indication that the subjects of the environment provide active assistance in the development of certain skills, qualities of adolescents), subject-oriented feature, which involves the formation and development of the educational environment of adolescents in the context of subject-subject direction (humanistic approach ). The composition of the conditions for the formation of this phenomenon is determined, which include general categories, in particular: objective, specially (artificially) created, static, dynamic. The interpretation of the studied concept is formulated, which is based on taking into account the list of basic essential features and categories of conditions of formation of the educational environment, which promotes the development of their partnership.

Based on Italian and foreign archival sources, this study shows how Italy's active assistance to its industrial apparatus soon included the newly born aircraft industry, including the Caproni Group. However, after World War II the Group went bankrupt along with most aircraft manufacturers. The suspension of aircraft development, the preference for importing allied (American and British) aircraft for civil airlines, and the denial of international assistance were the ensuing political and economic costs of defeat. In the end, Italy nationalized what was left of its aviation firms. Also, nationalization was consistent with its industrial history and represented the only way to help this sector survive.

Due to the unclear application scenarios and force analysis of exoskeletons, there exists a research gap in exoskeleton design. This paper presents a design method and realization of an exoskeleton for a specific scenario of lifting a load in situ. Firstly, the lifting motion process and its data were collected based on a 3-D motion capture system and dynamometer treadmill system. Then, the variations of the torque and motion of each joint were obtained from the data analysis, based on which an active assistance mode for upper limbs and a passive assistance mode for lower limbs were demonstrated. In this design, the hydraulic cylinder for shoulder assistance, the motor for elbow assistance, and the spring for lower limb assistance were calculated and selected according to the motion and torque of each joint. Finally, subjective and objective methods were used to evaluate the exoskeleton based on the results of five test participants, and the median oxygen consumption of the whole test by lifting a load ten times with the assistance was found to be reduced by 9.45% as compared with that in the absence of the exoskeleton.

This paper introduces a novel exoskeleton active walking assistance control framework based on frequency adaptive dynamics movement primitives (FADMPs). The FADMPs proposed in this paper is an online learning and prediction algorithm which is able to online estimate the fundamental frequency of human joint trajectory, learn the shape of joint trajectory and predict the future joint trajectory during walking. The proposed active walking assistance control framework based on FADMPs is a model-based controller which relies on the human joint torque estimation. The assistance torque provided by exoskeleton is estimated by human lower limb inverse dynamics model which is sensitive to the noise in the joint motion trajectory. To estimate a smooth joint torque profile, the joint motion trajectory must be filtered first by a lowpass filter. However, lowpass filter will introduce an inevitable phase delay in the filtered trajectory. Both simulations and experiments in this paper show that the phase delay has a significant effect on the performance of exoskeleton active assistance. The active assistant control framework based on FADMPs aims at improving the performance of active assistance control by compensating the phase delay. Both simulations and experiments on active walking assistance control show that the performance of active assistance control can be further improved when the phase delay in the filtered trajectory is compensated by FADMPs.

The pandemic has an impact on the world of economy, society and education. The problems that occur in the Jajar hamlet community are a lack of understanding of the dangers of COVID-19 and non-compliance with health protocols. TPQ Al-Khodijah and the Al-Falah mosque are active assistance partners in religious activities, but they have not implemented health protocols as an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Efforts are being made to conduct socialization and training on making face masks (in the form of masks and face shields) with the aim that they can adopt healthy living habits by using masks and can make face masks that are economical and environmentally friendly independently. The approach used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) and uses the service learning method. The importance of knowledge of the dangers of COVID-19 and how to prevent it as a pillar to make the general public aware of the dangers of COVID-19 and adhere to health protocols during this pandemic, so that people are safe even though they have to live side by side with Covid-19 in an unpredictable period.

This study assesses the extent to which Opole hotels rely on internal marketing. The assessment is based on results of a case study, analysis of documents, a diagnostic survey and logical analysis and construction. A questionnaire survey conducted in 12 hotels, accounting for about 92% of all hotels in Opole, was used to produce descriptive statistics of hotel characteristics. Most hotels evaluated in this study already use internal marketing. The most common marketing tools include training sessions, communication and information support, and active assistance provided by managers or owners to their employees. The main factors influencing the implementation of internal marketing in Opole hotels involve recruiting suitable staff, organising active training sessions for employees, and creating a friendly work environment. Based on the study findings, we recommend promoting the use of internal marketing among hotel owners and a wider range of tools that benefit employees of contemporary hotels.

One of the reasons for the collaboration of Russian citizens with Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War was the desire to improve their material well-being. Holding various administrative positions, they not only carried out the orders of the German command, but also used them for selfish purposes. Burgomaster of the city of Velikiye Luki Ivan Bychkov-Pomortsev was twice called before the court to answer a criminal charge. The Nazis filed the first lawsuit against him in the so-called “new Russian court” for numerous fraudulent schemes and abuse of his official position. The collaborating official justified his actions by his hatred of Jews and Communists and insisted on active assistance to the German command. The second time Bychkov-Pomortsev was convicted by the Soviet court as an active accomplice of the Nazi occupiers.
