Instilling an attitude to employees for having the willingness to give their best performance without taking into consideration of feedback obtained is necessarily needed and certainly profitable for the company. This attitude denotes a form of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study examines how big the impact of workload, organizational culture, and motivation on OCB with loyalty mediation. The participants of this study are the employees of PT Bummy Harapan Umat Yogyakarta with 50 people as the sample. The testing was done by using multiple regression analysis and the Sobel test. The result of this study showed that loyalty is able to mediate the impact of workload, organizational culture, and motivation of OCB.

This research aims to know the influence of variable of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) consist of compliance, participation, and loyalty simultaneously and partially to personnel of police performance. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. This research uses 70 respondents. Pursuant to result of research indicate that variable of organizational citizenship behavior consist of compliance, participation, and loyalty have an influence to performance of police personnel. Level of change of police personnel performance explained by compliance, participation, and loyalty variable is equal to 47% while other variable which explain variation of change of performance level of police personnel is equal to 53%. Most dominant factor that has an effect on to police personnel performance is participation.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, organization based self esteem, usia, jenis kelamin & lama kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk. sebanyak 181 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression Analysis pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan keterlibatan kerja, organization based self esteem (OBSE), usia, jenis kelamin & lama kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Proporsi varians dari organizational citizenship behavior yang dijelaskan oleh semua independent variable adalah sebesar 19.4%, sedangkan 80.6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis minor menunjukkan, dimensi kepentingan bagi harga diri, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Sementara itu, dimensi partisipasi aktif, kepentingan hidup yang utama, konsisten dengan konsep diri, OBSE serta variabel demografis; usia, jenis kelamin, dan lama kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to examine the effect of Servant Leadership (SL) and Transformational Leadership (TL) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in a private company in Jakarta, Indonesia. The method used is multiple regression analysis, with a sample of 117 respondents. The results showed that Servant Leadership and Transformational Leadership had a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Thus, SL and TL are variables that are important to be applied in the company, especially in terms of increasing employee commitment and emotional attachment to the company organization.

This research was conducted to analyze the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an interverning variable moderated by work motivation. The data collection method used in this research was a census technique using a Likert scale. The instrument test in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software with the value of the validity and reliability of the r table sought at a significance of 0.05 with a 2-tailed. Inferential analysis and path analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools, namely variance-based SEM with SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that hypothesis 1 was accepted, hypothesis 2 was accepted, hypothesis 3 was accepted, hypothesis 4 was rejected, hypothesis 5 was accepted, hypothesis 6 was accepted. <p><em>The objective of this research is to identify whether the organizational culture becomes the correct foundation to increase organizational citizenship behavior with work satisfaction and competency. This research is expected to become a reference for the next research about the impact of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior based on work satisfaction and competency. On top of that, this research is expected to provide valuable information so it can become a base study or consideration for a company, especially in the media industry to effectively manage its human resources. Media industry have a unique character because they give freedom to their employee to make them get used to multitasking. Therefore, it needed support from an external factor which is to create a good organizational culture that will create work satisfaction and develop competencies as well as improve OCB behavior among employees. This research is conducted by using questioners with 245 respondents that work in online media from December to January 2020. The data has been analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research shows that there is a relationship between organizational culture the work satisfaction among the employee of the online media industry. Furthermore, there is a relationship between organizational culture towards employee competency in the online media industry and it also shows a relation between work satisfaction towards organizational citizenship behavior in online media industry employees. Lastly, the result also shows a relation between competency towards organization citizenship behavior in online media industry employees. On the other hand, work satisfaction and competency also mediate the relation between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior.</em></p>

This research intended to focus on the impact of organizational culture on knowledge sharing by bank employees directly and indirectly through mediation by organizational citizenship behavior. For achieving the purpose, 402 employees from banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain through simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires. A current study found a significant outcome of organizational culture on knowledge sharing and organizational citizenship behavior. Besides this current study also found significant results between organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge sharing. Along with significant direct results, current research also found the mediating effect by organizational citizenship behavior in relationships of organizational culture with knowledge sharing. The current study contributes notable theoretical implications under social exchange theory. In addition, the current study also provides practical learnings and recommendations for the future.

The purpose of this study was to analys the impact of organizational culture, self-efficacy and competence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and job performance of Production Department employees at PT. Indoprima Gemilang Surabaya. A structured questionnaire disseminated to 120 employees as sample, sampling method using random system. Analyzed using SEM with Amos v.24. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and self-efficacy have a significant on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); no significant competence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); the results also showed that organizational culture, self-efficacy and competence significantly influence employee performance in the Production section of PT. Indoprima Gemilang Surabaya.

This research was conducted on the Hotel Griya Santrian Sanur employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture strengthening (moderating) green training on organizational citizenship behavioral behavior at Griya Santrian Hotel Sanur. Samples taken were 177 respondents, using saturated sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. The analysis shows that green training has a positive and significant effect on OCB employees at Griya Santrian Hotel, thus the more effective application of green training provided to employees, the extra role behavior of employees at the Griya Santrian Hotel increases. Organizational culture strengthens employees' OCB at Griya Santrian Hotel, this means that when organizational culture strengthens green training, OCB behavior of employees at Griya Santrian Hotel will increase. Organizational culture as a moderating variable strengthens the effect of green training on organizational citizenship behavior of Griya Santrian Hotel employees, this indicates that it is more positive and significant when organizational culture helps strengthen (moderate) green training.
