Abstract Goal 2 of the Sustainable Development Goals is Zero Hunger or ensure food security in the world. This study aims to determine households’ food security in Sragen District using descriptive and analytical methods with survey techniques. The research was conducted in Gemolong Sub-district, Sragen District. The determination of village samples is done deliberately (purposive) considering the largest rainfed rice fields. The data analysis used is the analysis of energy consumption and household food security. The results showed that the energy consumption of farmers’ households amounted to 6,041 kcal/day with an energy sufficiency value of 5,368 kcal/day, then obtained energy consumption level of 113% and classified in the category of high level because energy consumption level ≥ 100%. Household food security conditions showed that 53.33% were food resistant households and 46.67% were food vulnerable. Increasing production and household income by optimizing drill wells to ensure water availability or procurement of seeds resistant to rainfed rice fields can address vulnerable food situations.

Abstract - The revenue received in Lampulo Fishing Port based on law no. 16 in 1964 show that the owners get 60% and the smallholders gain 40% of revenue Agrsharing. The income is used to fulfill the household needs of the crews as an effort to boost up their level of food security. The indicator which can be used to determine the food security level is by multiplying the proportion of food expenditure to total expenditure of each crew with energy consumption. This study was conducted to find out the percentage of revenue sharing implemented by Lampulo Fishing Port between fishermen and the boat owners (Tauke Kapal and Tauke Bangku) and smallholders or workers (boat captain and crews) and it is also expected to figure out the household food security of the crews. The study was conducted at Lampulo Fishing Port and for the purpose of data collection, the researcher used survey method. The data then were analyzed using total revenue formula, revenue formula, and revenue sharing percentage. Meanwhile, to analyze food security the researcher used the measurement of the degree of food security by multiplying the proportion of food expenditure to total expenditure of crews’ household with energy consumption of each crew household. The results of the study show that the average percentage of revenue sharing received by the boat owners is 64% and smallholder/ workers is 36%. Furthermore, the level of household food security of the boat crews at Lampulo Fishing Port is categorized as food insecurity with the proportion of food expenditure by 69% and energy consumption by 61%.                                 Keywords: Revenue Sharing Sistem, Food Security, Food Expenditure   Proportion,  and Energy Consumption.

The low income of fishermen makes it difficult to fulfill basic household food needs and non-food basic needs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of energy adequacy and the level of protein adequacy and identify the factors that affect the food security of fishermen's households. The first analysis was carried out descriptively by combining food expenditure and energy consumption indicators. The second analysis uses a logit model regression analysis. The analysis results show that the food security condition of fishermen's households is at the food shortage level of 43.34%. Fisherman households in the food insecurity criteria are 10%, and food security is 23.33%. It means that more than 60% of fishermen's household income is spent on food consumption. The low income received has resulted in fisherman households being unable to allocate food expenditures to meet the nutritional adequacy of their household. The factors that influence the food security of fishermen's households are the size of the household members, household expenditures, and the nutritional knowledge of housewives. Local governments should coordinate with other institutions to formulate policies and plans for economic development in coastal areas.

The KRPL (Sustainable Reserve Food Garden) program is an alternative in realizing food self-sufficiency to achieve food security during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is to determine the impact of the KRPL program on household food expenditure patterns, food consumption patterns, and consumption levels by using a questionnaire interview method in 8 active KRPL groups in the city of Kediri with a total of 80 respondents. The result of this study indicates that as much as 70% of the harvest in process for the food and nutritional needs of the family, 38.75% think that the yields from their yards can meet their food needs. The yields of each KRPL are different due to several factors, namely, the area of land, the awareness of group members, the weather, and the desire of the members to plant types of plants. From the amount of harvest, it can be seen that the level of success of the KRPL program has a positive impact on household food consumption patterns. A yard or harvest yields are still dominant for household consumption. This condition supports the main concept of the KRPL program, namely to strengthen household food security.
