Pathology is an important bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine, and it plays an irreplaceable role in medical professional courses. With the continuous development of society, there are more requirements for medical students. In addition to solid basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills, students should also have good professional ethics and correct ideological values. Therefore, Teachers need to integrate “curriculum ideological and political” education in pathology classrooms, and use this to reform and optimize pathology teaching, thereby comprehensively improving the quality of pathology teaching in my country and training more high-quality professional medical talents.

Based on the current problems in the teaching of “Tuina Manipulation” course in our school, and the requirements of ideological and political teaching reform in the background of the new era, on the basis of consulting related literature and experience of actual teaching conditions, exploring the integration of ideological and political education elements into massage An effective way of teaching courses, put forward the ideas of Tuina ideological and political teaching reform. Ultimately, it will achieve the goal of “integrated” teaching of basic tuina courses, professional skills practice, moral quality improvement, comprehensive quality training, and training a group of high-quality and high-level Chinese medicine talents that meet the needs of social development.

The COVID-19 pandemic has tremendously changed private and professional interactions and behaviors worldwide. The effects of this pandemic and the actions taken have changed our healthcare systems, which consequently has affected medical education and surgical training. In the face of constant disruptions of surgical education and training during this pandemic outbreak, structured and innovative concepts and adapted educational curricula are important to ensure a high quality of medical treatment. While efforts were undertaken to prevent viral spreading, it is important to analyze and assess the effects of this crisis on medical education, surgical training and teaching at large and certainly in the field of surgical oncology. Against this background, in this paper we introduce practical and creative recommendations for the continuity of students’ and residents’ medical and surgical training and teaching. This includes virtual educational curricula, skills development classes, video-based feedback and simulation in the specialty field of surgical oncology. In conclusion, the effects of COVID 19 on Surgical Training and Teaching, certainly in the field of Surgical Oncology, are challenging.

The menopause is an important transition point for women in terms of their experience of sex. Higher expectations of a longer, healthier lifespan means that access to health professionals with the skills to address sexual issues is more important than ever. This review of the literature considered four broad areas: the influence of patient and practitioner characteristics on consultations about sexual issues for peri- and postmenopausal women; perceived barriers to discussion of sexual issues; the role and effectiveness of communication training; and examples of good practice in the field. This is an under-researched area with few papers focusing on the specific needs of this group of patients or practitioners. In order to improve the quality of life of mid-life and older women, more high-quality research is needed that can inform both education and training for gynaecologists, and the development of high-quality services.

Biochemists lack understanding of professional medical knowledge, and clinicians have very little understanding of biochemistry, which makes it difficult to teach medical biochemistry theory. However, with the rapid development of life sciences, the demand for high-quality medical personnel in today’s society has also become higher and higher. Human resources are the decisive factor for the success and progress of a country and is the main measure for assessing the level of social progress, equity, and sustainable development. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the quality of Vietnam’s human resources, with a particular emphasis on the shortage of high-quality human resources. The paper discusses the causes of the shortage of high-quality human resources, and it also provides solutions for enhancing the education and training systems needed to improve the quality of Vietnam’s human resources. The solutions for improving the education and training systems are (1) reforming education-training systems, particularly vocational education; (2) increasing financial resources for education and training to improve the ability of employees and readjusting the investment structure; (3) focusing on developing national higher education to improve the training of teachers; (4) strengthening partnerships between firms, universities, and vocational schools; and (5) cooperating with international organizations to improve human resources. The novelty of the paper is that it explores ways to accelerate the approval of the higher education development strategy for the period 2021–2030 in Vietnam.

In Slovakia, dual vocational education and training is based on the cooperation between secondary vocational schools and companies. Companies take full responsibility for the quality of education and training in occupational safety and knowledge of operating activities risks. In our article, we aimed to survey pupils with an attitude questionnaire about the quality and experience with safety and education at the employer`s workplace during vocational education and training. Ninety respondents, preparing for their professions in the automotive industry, participated in our survey. The analysis of the questionnaires revealed that the students could not relevantly identify the most significant dangers and risks in the workplaces to which they are exposed in the current work. An essential recommended measure is a high-quality inclusion of these topics into training using activating methods in this process and better methodological and vocational preparation for employers` lecturers.

Modern engineering education focuses on enhancing the comprehensive quality of talents and training their practice, innovation as well as openness. In this case, the course of numerical control machine tools and programming must respond positively to the development demand in higher vocational colleges. This study analyzes the influence of Internal Marketing (leadership, consultative, motivation, work standard, communication, and training) in developing the quality of Wendit Water Park attraction through description analysis. Respondents for this study were a total of 100 people who used for analysis.Respondents were taken randomly to answer the questionnaire. Testing was used for description analysis.The results of statistical analysis of description obtained that Internal Marketing has a strong contribution (80%) to the development of Wendit Water Park attraction, meaning that if Internal Marketing (leadership, consultative, motivation, work standards, communication, and training) is developed, it will lead to high quality tothe attraction of Wendit Water Park (WWP ). Six factors of Internal Marketing that reflect the success of marketing activities at Wendit Water Park (WWP) attraction.In average, WWP already has a good perception in scale 4 (70%), while the factor that has the highest frequency is sharing communication in Wendit Water Park (WWP)
