The e-government development in Spain still lacks in the employee perspective. This background is clearly visible in the educative public sector where the authors can found several online services to employees but can't find a complete employee portal. The implementation of such systems is an opportunity to embed knowledge management, as it's the core process in education, but it would imply a deep organizational change. Thus, it is crucial to determine the barriers that could potentially prevent their implementation. The study aims to establish the barriers that influence the intention of use of those employee portals. The researchers used structural equation modeling to conduct an empirical study based on a hybrid TAM-TPB model. The results have found evidence on the majority of the proposed hypothesis. The authors conclude the study with a set of recommendations for the developers that could help in avoiding the effects of such barriers.

In streamlining and making services efficiently to the community the local government is demanded to be able to make service innovations that support the improvement of the quality of services to the community. Service quality relates to products, services, people, processes and the environment that can meet the needs of those who receive these services. The aim of current research is investigating the antecedents of Green Society Satisfaction (GSS) mediated by Collaborative Good Government Practices. Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS is deployed to analyze the data. Data collecting method is survey with distributing questionnaires. A large number of sample is required, where the society in pontianak as the population. Some criterions are designed in order to obtain wanted samples. Purposed sampling is used with non-purposive sampling technique. Cronbach’s Alpha values, Regression Weights, Absolute, Incremental, Parsimony Fit Measurements, and Variables, Standardized Loading, α, Error, CR and EVA are within rule of thumbs. The research findings demonstrated that all proposed hypotheses are accepted. Reliability Advantages, Responsiveness Advantages, Assurance Capability, Empathy and Tangibles respectively show the positive significant as the antecedent of Green Society Satisfaction mediated by Collaborative Good Government Practices. This is to claim that government offices have deeply taken into consideration that good government practices is a must in delivering and offering services. Ability to easily search and then compare items is an advantage that online platforms have over bricks and mortar formats. In such an intensely competitive airline market, this paper investigates if this exploration experience satisfies the traveler during air ticket booking, by applying the stimulus organism response model. An empirical study is used to test the proposed model by applying the structural equation modeling and interaction effects. The model describes the extent by which traveler’s repurchase intention is influenced by four important factors – search and compare assortment satisfaction, social influence and overall satisfaction. The paper extends the satisfaction to online repatronage intention and customer loyalty. This empirical study also establishes that the relationships are moderated due to civil status and ticketing number of platforms used by the customers.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationships between brand logo identification and brand logo benefit on Indonesian consumers’ relationship quality. Design/methodology/approach – This study utilizes survey data in Indonesia and structural equation modeling. In total, 282 participants responded to the survey. Findings – Brand logo benefit predicts all three relationship quality constructs, whereas brand logo identification only predicts satisfaction and trust. Out of the two, brand logo benefit is a better predictor of satisfaction, trust, and commitment. Originality/value – This is a first empirical study to examine brand logo identification and brand logo benefit on Indonesian consumer’s relationship quality. In addition, this is the first study to investigate the link between brand logo benefit with satisfaction and trust.

Schedule delays frequently occur in construction projects. The first step in resolving delay problems is to identify the main causes of delay. Previous studies identifying significant causes of delay have not examined how different causes work together to influence project schedule delays. Structural equation modeling (SEM) of causes of delay in construction has been developed for describing and quantifying the influence of different causes. Although this empirical study is based on a survey in Taiwan’s construction environment, the proposed model is applicable to construction industries in other countries. The analytical results clearly show the correlations among key causes of delay, which is the basis for resolving future schedule delays. This study proved that SEM is capable of quantifying the comprehensive relationships among investigated factors. Additionally, SEM has a high potential to resolve experience-oriented problems in the construction industry.

This empirical study aims to determine the impact of the productive zakat, infaq and sadaqah (ZIS) on the growth of micro business and the welfare of mustahiq in Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) branch of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Applying structural equation modeling partial least square (PLS SEM), it confidently aims to verify the factors that influence the mustahiq welfare. The data of the research had systematically gathered by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents and analytically processed by SmartPLS 3.0. This paper found that the productivity of ZIS took significantly positive influence on the growth of micro business and the welfare of mustahiq. In other words, the financial capital given to mustahiq able to improve micro business through developing the employment. Keywords: zakat, infaq, sadaqah, micro business, SmartPLS, Baznas, Yogyakarta

Abstract This study aims to explore the relationship among autonomous learning ability, learning burnout and English grades by structural equation modeling. The survey of 481 non-English majors showed that autonomous learning ability, learning burnout and English grades correlated significantly with each other, and the structural equation model of the three variables was stable. This suggests that the stronger the autonomous learning ability, the lower the level of learning burnout, the higher the English grades. This empirical study shows that the autonomous learning ability of non-English majors can influence the level of learning burnout, which in turn influences English grades. Learning burnout can mediate the effects of autonomous learning ability on English grades.
