In streamlining and making services efficiently to the community the local government is demanded to be able to make service innovations that support the improvement of the quality of services to the community. Service quality relates to products, services, people, processes and the environment that can meet the needs of those who receive these services. The aim of current research is investigating the antecedents of Green Society Satisfaction (GSS) mediated by Collaborative Good Government Practices. Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS is deployed to analyze the data. Data collecting method is survey with distributing questionnaires. A large number of sample is required, where the society in pontianak as the population. Some criterions are designed in order to obtain wanted samples. Purposed sampling is used with non-purposive sampling technique. Cronbach’s Alpha values, Regression Weights, Absolute, Incremental, Parsimony Fit Measurements, and Variables, Standardized Loading, α, Error, CR and EVA are within rule of thumbs. The research findings demonstrated that all proposed hypotheses are accepted. Reliability Advantages, Responsiveness Advantages, Assurance Capability, Empathy and Tangibles respectively show the positive significant as the antecedent of Green Society Satisfaction mediated by Collaborative Good Government Practices. This is to claim that government offices have deeply taken into consideration that good government practices is a must in delivering and offering services. Competition services company that happens in the present, especially the transport service which is services sectors that are consumed and have a huge impact on economic growth. To be able to withstand the competition, the company must continue to fix themselves to improving the quality of services to create customer satisfaction. One of the advantages which can be obtained by the company if the customer experience is the customer satisfaction will do the word of mouth. This study is conclusive research. The population in this study is the customer of General Travel Bureau Rosalia Indah Surabaya minimum 16 years old and have been using the services General Travel Bureau Rosalia Indah Surabaya at least twice. Samples taken as many as 158 people with accidental sampling technique. The measurement used is the questionnaire, and data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that the effect of variable services quality to customer satisfaction General Travel Bureau Rosalia Indah Surabaya amounted to 33.9%. The effect of variable customer satisfaction General Travel Bureau Rosalia Indah Surabaya against the word of mouth for 52.5%.

This research shows the application of the Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) to obtain the best model for studying the relationship between the more efficient and accurate against the findings and the interpretation of the variables. The objectives of the study are to assess the reliability of the developed instrument and to test construct validity of the research instruments in estimating the contributing factors to TASKA service satisfaction. The proportionate stratified random sampling method was used to select a total of 61 TASKAs from three states on the east coast of Malaysia consisting of 273 parents and guardians which are currently using the TASKA services. Validity and reliability of the measurement model in the analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Measurement models were data-based and fit based on the fit index (CMF) χ2 = 3230.541, with degrees of freedom (df) = 902, CMIN / df = 3.582 (≤5.0), CFI & TLI (≤0.9), and RMSEA = 0.070 (≤0.1). Based on the results obtained, all indices meet standardized metric and assessment tools have proven to be a good instrument. The results show that there are 5 factors that influence parents' satisfaction with the quality of services offered by TASKA. Analysis found that the combination of manage, grow, fees, activity and cost constitutes a strong association to estimate a complete structured equation model while supported by demographic factors such as education level, occupation, location, distance, agency, status and age of children to strengthen the TASKA selection factor. Research shows that this TASKA service model can assist as a guide in improving the existing quality for future improvement. Furthermore, it can be used as a module in providing the best quality of services to the satisfaction of parents and guardians.

<p><em>Currently the learning system based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been growing. The Open University (UT)</em><em> </em><em>has been using e-learning in the provision of learning support services. Online tutorials (Tuton) is one form of e-learning provided UT. Since the registration period of 2013.1-2014.2, the number of courses offered in Tuton increased by 11% and participants also increased by 52%. Although Tuton has been growing rapidly, the total number of students has declined from the registration period of 2013.1 to 2015.1. Such a decrease can be justified as an indicator of lack of loyalty or retention of students. The main objective of this study is to test the relationship between the antecedents of loyalty, service quality, commitment, satisfaction, and reputation. The study population comes from four faculties and one graduate program. Nonprobability method of sampling with judgmental sampling technique is used in this study. The minimum required sample size is 200 respondents. Survey data collection is conducted by inviting respondents by email to fill out a questionnaire online in google site. Then the data were analyzed both descriptively and quantitatively using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results of hypothesis testing showed that 6 of 7 hypothesis were accepted with significant results. These sixth hypothesis are1) the influence of the quality of services to satisfaction; 2) the effect of the reputation on the quality of services; 3) the effect of commitment to student satisfaction; 4) the effect of satisfaction on reputation; 5) the effect of satisfaction on loyalty; and 6) the effect of reputation on loyalty. Abstract Background: It is essential to improve the quality of services to satisfy health tourists. Thus, the present study was conducted to determine the relationship between quality of health services and tourism in Mashhad.Methods: In this descriptive study, there were 120 subjects from the first population and 384 from the second. They completed a standard questionnaire with items related to demographic characteristics and tourism facilities in the five districts (north, south, east, west, and center) of Mashhad from 2017 to 2018. Data was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). Spss21 and LISREL8.50 were used as the software. Results: t-test results showed that the factor loadings were more than 1.96, so there was a correlation between the quality of services provided and health tourism in Mashhad. Conclusion: According to the results, the importance of health tourism is so high that efforts for its development it in the region will lead to an all-comprehensive development. Hence, it is suggested that by strengthening the quality of services health tourism be improved in Mashhad.

This study aims to understand the role of service quality and trust in developing customer satisfaction and loyalty at JNE Margonda, Depok. The research is used as a quantitative approach. Respondents are 127 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.80 applications for analyzing the data. All three hypotheses are accepted, and the data supports the model. H1: service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. H2: Trust has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. H3: Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The Conclusion: (1) The high quality of service from JNE Margonda Depok increases customer satisfaction (2) If trust in JNE Margonda Depok is high, then higher customer satisfaction will be higher too; (3) Respondents who feel satisfied when using JNE Margonda services will be more loyal to JNE Margonda Depok ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan JNE Margonda, Depok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden sejumlah 127 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi Lisrel 8.80. Tiga hipotesis penelitian ini diterima semua, data mendukung model. H1: Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. H2: Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. H3: Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kesimpulan : (1) Kualitas layanan yang tinggi dari JNE Margonda Depok meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan; (2) Semakin percaya responden terhadap JNE Margonda Depok akan semakin tinggi pula  kepuasan pelanggannya; 3) Kepuasan yang tinggi dari pelanggan akan membuat pelanggan semakin loyal terhadap JNE Margonda Depok

<p>This study aims to examine the contribution of influence quality of service, trust, and consumer satisfaction in creating consumer loyalty.The object of this research is JNE Apartment Gading Nias. This study used a causal study using a questionnaire for data collection. For sampling, the method used is non probability sampling with judgment sampling technique The procedure used for model testing and data processing is the structural equation modeling using Linear Structural Relationship (Lisrel) method through software Lisrel 8.80.This research resulted the finding that the service quality have positive and significant effect to the trust, the quality of service have positive and significant effect to the consumer satisfaction, the quality of service have positive and significant influence to consumer loyalty, trust not influence to consumer loyalty, and consumer satisfaction have positive and significant influence to loyalty consumer.<br />Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty</p>

This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.
