In order to solve the problems of low security and response efficiency and slow running speed of the current designed higher education system, a higher education system based on artificial intelligence technology is designed. Firstly, according to the characteristics of artificial intelligence technology, intelligent teaching system, agent technology, and data mining technology are introduced in detail. Then it analyzes the overall and detailed functional requirements of the system and adaptively generates knowledge content and teaching mode suitable for students’ ability and personality by using intelligent reasoning ability and the collection and analysis of students’ personality characteristics. Through data mining of intelligent teaching system, the decision tree about curriculum is obtained, and the students’ cognitive ability is calculated. Based on the theory of cognitive science, using the “double master” teaching mode, combined with agent technology and intelligent teaching system, the system function is divided into six modules. Through the design of database structure and data table, the design of higher education system based on artificial intelligence technology is realized. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high security and response efficiency, fast running speed, and good teaching effect.

Modern technology development created significant innovations in delivery of healthcare. Artificial intelligence as “a branch of computer science dealing with the simulation of intelligent behaviour in computers” when applied in health care resulted in intelligent support to decision-making, optimised business processes, increased quality, monitoring and delivering of personalised treatment plans and many other applications. Even though the benefits are clear and numerous, there are still open issues in creating automation of healthcare processes, ensuring data protection and integrity, reduction of medical waste etc. However, due to rapid development of AI techniques, more advances and improvements are still expected.

With the development of science and technology, artificial intelligence technology has received more and more attention and attention. Under the background of the rapid development of big data and cloud computing, the artificial intelligence industry broke out. There is a huge amount of research on artificial intelligence and the artificial intelligence industry is huge. As far as the artificial intelligence industry in China is concerned, even the start is relatively late, but the industry scale, industrial layout, and technology research are all in a continuous improvement stage. Especially after the deepening of the layout of science and technology and manufacturing industries, the scale of artificial intelligence industry is further developed. More artificial intelligence products will appear at the same time. From the perspective of the concept, development history and new progress of artificial intelligence, this paper combines China’s artificial intelligence market and the development of artificial intelligence companies to analyze the current major application areas, and then further explore the future development trend of artificial intelligence.

The rapid development of AI has affected the design process. The ability to analyze big data and AI’s efficiency, rapidity will bring great changes to the monitoring products especially for children. At present, the vast majority of intelligent child care products are based on the parental experience, designed in the aspect of parental supervision, and the children who use the product are often neglected. So change the way of designing, from the perspective of children using Intelligence technology, the ultimate child care products can play the most important role.

One of the main principles of “green economy” is the organization of business activity in such a way as to enhance welfare of people and provide for social equity while considerably decreasing risks of the environmental degradation. The purpose of the article is to study possibilities and conditions of involvement of the regional protected natural area being created into social and economic development. “Kulinda” scientific and training station in the Chernyshevsky District of the Trans-Baikal Territory is being created for preservation and study of the unique location where Kulindadromeus zabaikalicus dinosaur fossils have been found. The station is referred to the new category of regional specially protected natural areas. The performed studies have confirmed the conservation value of the territory and necessity of specially protected natural area creation in the Chernyshevsky District of the Trans-Baikal Territory. The nearest rural settlement (village of Novoilinsk) is an area with an unfavorable socio-economic situation: low standard of living, unemployment, and annual outflow of population. Development of tourism on the basis of natural resources and areas of interest of the scientific and training station is viewed as a possibility to involve population of villages being abandoned into the economic activity. The article analyzes available opportunities and perspective directions of tourism for the object: geological (geotourism), academical (scientific), educational, agricultural (agrotourism), and ecological tourism. In addition, the article considers negative factors hindering the development of rural areas and the scientific and training station: lack of financing, poor transport accessibility, imperfection of service infrastructure, and seasonality of the scientific and training station activity. The author makes a conclusion that development of tourism in specially protected natural areas can become a growing point for economy of rural regions through the development of associated service industries and can contribute to the growth of educational activity of the population.

Knee meniscus injuries are more likely to occur in young adults in clinical practice, and their lower age of onset and greater impact on joint function after injury also put forward higher requirements for the treatment and rehabilitation of meniscus injuries. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and arthroscopic minimally invasive technology, arthroscopic meniscus plasty and perovskite nanobiomaterial repair have gradually replaced the previous open meniscus surgery of the knee joint and has become the main method of meniscus injury treatment, and the perovskite nanobiomaterial repair technique that incorporates artificial intelligence technology is also gradually being applied. Therefore, this article studies the role of perovskite nanobiomaterials in the repair of meniscus injuries in football sports and analyzes the biological characteristics of the inner and outer meniscus to provide help to improve the healing rate of meniscus injuries. The study selected six male meniscus-injured patients (meniscus injuries caused by football sports) and obtained six injured menisci. The same cross section of the same part of the meniscus was analyzed inside and outside the meniscus. At the same time, a meniscal injury step was performed on the patient. The biological characteristics of perovskite nano-biomaterials in the repair of meniscus injuries in football sports were compared and analyzed, and the patient's gait before and after surgery was also compared. Experiments have shown that the percentage of the postoperative support phase of the affected limb is significantly higher than that before surgery ( P < 0.05 ), the percentage of the postoperative support phase and flatfoot phase decreased compared with that before surgery, and the gait cycle parameters of both lower extremities improved after surgery, obviously ( P < 0.05 ). It explains that the arthroscopic repair of perovskite nanobiomaterials combined with the artificial intelligence technology to repair the meniscus anterior angle injury is simple and does not require special equipment, has fewer complications, is safe and reliable, and has a high clinical healing rate and a high patient satisfaction rate after surgery. The curative effect is significant; artificial intelligence technology and the application of perovskite nanobiomaterials provide more possibilities for meniscus repair.
