In the field of medical and health care, precision health intervention and precision medicine are developing in full swing. As a new health management model, the application of precision health management model in the new era can provide inspiration for the development of precision medicine and health. Therefore, the following article mainly focuses on the application research of precision health management. The aim is to explore more optimized and perfect models to meet the needs of social development.</p>

Abstract Purpose of Review Cardiac fibroblast activation contributes to fibrosis, maladaptive remodeling and heart failure progression. This review summarizes the latest findings on cardiac fibroblast activation dynamics derived from single-cell transcriptomic analyses and discusses how this information may aid the development of new multispecific medicines. Recent Findings Advances in single-cell gene expression technologies have led to the discovery of distinct fibroblast subsets, some of which are more prevalent in diseased tissue and exhibit temporal changes in response to injury. In parallel to the rapid development of single-cell platforms, the advent of multispecific therapeutics is beginning to transform the biopharmaceutical landscape, paving the way for the selective targeting of diseased fibroblast subpopulations. Summary Insights gained from single-cell technologies reveal critical cardiac fibroblast subsets that play a pathogenic role in the progression of heart failure. Combined with the development of multispecific therapeutic agents that have enabled access to previously “undruggable” targets, we are entering a new era of precision medicine.

SynopsisThe paper is in the nature of a summary of the authors' book “Surplus in British Life Assurance—Actuarial Control over its Emergence and Distribution during 200 Years”. It begins with a survey of the principal factors that have influenced the development of theory and practice in regard to surplus throughout the years. It describes the manner in which surplus first arose in scientific life assurance, and traces how this and other historical developments have had an important effect both in the early days and later as a valid standard of equity was gradually evolved. At the same time the influence of long-dated contracts and of the expectations of the public has been a stabilising factor in spite of rapid changes in the economic and social scene.The characteristics of the nineteenth-century image of equity are described, and the history of the twentieth century in regard to surplus is seen as one of attempts to preserve that image through sharp and contrasting vicissitudes. This idea is explored in some detail for both ordinary and industrial life business.The problems of the present day are reviewed one by one and the paper touches on such matters as economic inflation, the public demand for pension schemes, the introduction of computers and data-processing devices and the prospect of Britain joining the Common Market. Against this background, various modern concepts of equity are contrasted and brief reference is made to matching, immunisation and gearing. Equity in with-profit pension schemes and systems of variable policies are also considered.This general survey leads the authors in the end to ask some critical questions about the performance of the profession throughout its history. These questions relate to the success or otherwise of actuaries in foreseeing the future, in attaining equity and in progressing with the times. The authors attempt to answer them and are able to end on a cheerful note as regards past achievements and to express great hopes for the future, which may well bring a new era for the profession.

A previous occasion on which the Croonian lecture was directly concerned with the mechanism of muscular contraction was in 1945, when it was delivered by Professor W. T. Astbury. On that occasion he commented that it was a sign of the times that a physicist should be asked to give the Croonian lecture, and went on to say, and I quote: ‘We are at the dawn of a new era, the era of “molecular biology”, as I like to call it, and there is an urgency about the need for more intensive application of physics and chemistry, and specially structural analysis, to biological problems.’ These were very prophetic words, and, as a physicist just entering biology, I was much interested to read them, and to learn about his experiments. The basic experimental finding which Astbury reported (1947) was that there did not seem to be any important change in the wide angle X-ray diagram from muscle upon contraction; hence it followed that muscles did not contract by any process which simply involved the large-scale disorientation of originally well-ordered polypeptide chains, nor by an alteration in chain configuration in the well-ordered parts of the structure. Astbury suggested instead that there might be ‘specifically active foci’ which one could perhaps paraphrase as ‘larger structural units’ (i.e. larger than individual polypeptide chains) concerned in contraction, which might be studied in the electron microscope or by low angle X-ray diffraction.

Health is considered an important foundation for students’ success. However, with the accelerated pace of life, rising pressure from various parties, weak health awareness, lack of exercise time, and other reasons, students’ physical quality is generally declining, the incidence of health diseases is increasing, and the onset age tends to be younger. With the development of the concept of “health first,” health management continues to expand and extend and students’ health management has attracted more attention from many aspects. Due to the late and low starting point of health management research and the lack of professional theoretical support, a complete, mature, and effective health management service system has not been established to deal with the students’ health. In order to make student health management more scientific, normative, and effective, this article has proposed big data technology to build the student health information management model. The first step of the approach is to store and analyze the data of students’ physical health. It is necessary to combine the data collection, supervision, data analysis, and data application of students’ physical health and gradually improve the national monitoring and evaluation system of students’ physical health. Student health check-up management platform is mainly used in realizing the school student information management and student health information relationship between system, science, standardization, and automation, and its main task is to use a computer to perform daily management of all previous medical information of students, such as query, modify, add, delete, and enhance the physical health of students information management ability given the large data analysis of useful information. In addition, we have built a doctor recommendation model based on online questions and answers to give specific health recommendations for students of different physiques.
