The supplier selection process can be done using multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods in firms. There are many MCDM Methods, but firms must choose the method suitable with the firm condition. Company A has analyzed supplier’s ranking using TOPSIS method. TOPSIS method has a marjor weakness in its subjective weighting. This flaw is overcome using AHP method weighting having undergone a consistency test. In this study, the comparison of supplier’s ranking using TOPSIS and AHP-TOPSIS method used correlation test. The aim of this paper is to determine different result from two methods. Data in suppliers’ ranking is ordinal data, so this process used Spearman’s rank and Kendall’s tau b correlation. If most of the ranked scored are same, Kendall’s tau b correlation should be used. The other way, Spearman rank should be used. The result of this study is that most of the ranked scored are different, so the process used Spearman rank p-value of Spearman’s rank correlation of 0.505. It is greater than 0.05, means there is no statistically significant correlation between two methods. Furthermore, increment or decrement of supplier’s ranking in one method is not significantly related to the increment or decrement of supplier’s ranking in the second method

Abstract: Menstruation is one of the aspects of sexual maturity which occurs at the end stage of puberty in a woman. Stress entangles the neuroendocrinological system that might further affect the menstrual cycle pattern. The most common type of stress experienced by students is academical stress. This study was aimed to determine the correlation between stress and menstrual cycle pattern among pre-clinical medical students (co-assistant) at Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado. This was an observational analytical study with a cross-sectional design. There were 34 respondents obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Stress degree was assessed by using modified Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales 42 (DASS-42) questionnaire meanwhile the menstrual cycle pattern was assessed by using an ordinal-scaled questionnaire. Data were analyzed with the Spearman Rank Correlation test. The correlation between stress and the menstrual cycle pattern showed a p-value = 0.014 and an r = 0.417. Conclusion: There was a moderate significant correlation between stress and menstrual cycle pattern among pre-clinical medical students (co-assistant) ar Prof. Dr. R. D. Stres melibatkan sistem neuroendokrinologi sehingga dapat memengaruhi pola siklus menstruasi. Stres yang paling umum dialami oleh mahasiswa ialah stres akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres dan pola siklus menstruasi pada mahasiswa Kepaniteraan Klinik Madya (co-assistant) di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Jenis penelitian ialah observasional analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Terdapat 34 responden yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Derajat stres dinilai menggunakan kuesioner Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales 42 (DASS-42) termodifikasi dan pola siklus menstruasi dinilai dengan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala ordinal. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan uji Spearman Rank Correlation. Hasil uji korelasi antara stres dan pola siklus menstruasi mendapatkan p=0,014 dan r=0,417. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan moderat yang bermakna antara stres dan pola siklus menstruasi pada mahasiswa Kepaniteraan Klinik Madya (co-assistant) di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Abstract: Work fatigue is a condition of decreased working performance of an individual. Workload could cause work fatigue, therefore, work burden -physically and mentally- has to be individually adjusted. This study was aimed to evaluate the relationship between work fatigue and workload among workers of furniture manufactures at Desa Leilem Satu. This was an observational analytical study with a cross sectional design. Population consisted of all workers of furniture manufactures at Leilem Satu village with a total number of 72 workers. There were 42 respondents involved in this study. Data were analyzed by using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The Spearman Rank correlation test of the relationship between work fatigue and workload obtained a p-value of 0.039 (<0.05). In conclusion, there was a significant relationship between work fatique and workload among workers of furniture manufactures at Desa Leilem Satu.Keywords: workload, work fatigue Abstrak: Kelelahan kerja merupakan suatu keadaan dimana terjadi penurunan performa kerja dari seseorang. Beban kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang terjadinya kelelahan kerja sehingga beban kerja yang diterima baik beban kerja fisik maupun mental harus sesuai dengan kemampuan fisik dan mental pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja fisik dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja industri pembuatan mebel kayu di Desa Leilem Satu. Jenis penelitian ialah analitik observasional dengan desain potong lintang. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh pekerja di industri pembuatan mebel kayu di Desa Leilem Satu berjumlah 72 orang. Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan yaitu 42 orang. Data pene-litian diuji dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil uji Spearman Rank terhadap hubungan antara beban kerja fisik dengan kelelahan kerja mendapatkan nilai p=0,039 (<0,05). Simpulan penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan bermakna antara beban kerja fisik dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja industri pembuatan mebel kayu di Desa Leilem Satu.Kata kunci: beban kerja, kelelahan kerja

Background: One of problems in an organization or company is poor performance of employees. For instance, they do not complete tasks or finish their job responsibilities on time. The preliminary data taken from one of companies in Surabaya showed that 184 employees did not come to work without any explanations, and 288 employees worked late.Aim: This study analyzed the relationships between discipline and emotional intelligence towards employee performance at the company.Method: The design of this research was analytical using a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was employees at Production and Maintenance Section of one company in Surabaya comprising of 155 people. Out of 155 employees, 89 respondents were taken as samples using a stratified random sampling technique. Then, the data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using Spearman’s rank correlation test with a significance level of α 0.05.Results: This study showed that most of the respondents were very highly disciplined (94.4%) and had a highly emotional intelligence (74.2%). Lastly, most of them perform satisfyingly (50.6%). The results of the analysis test with Spearman’s rank correlation yielded p-value of 0.002 <α 0.05. It means there was a correlation between  discipline attitude and employee performance. The p-value 0.001 which was less than α-value of 0.05 showed that there was a correlation between emotional intelligence and employee performance.Conclusion: Discipline and emotional intelligence are prominent to determine employee performance at PT X. In order to improve the discipline and intelligence in the performance of the employees, the company should provide rewards based on employee’s achievements in the workplace. Key words: Emotional intelligence, Employee performance, Discipline.

Latar belakang: ASI merupakan sumber kehidupan bagi sang bayi pada periode extro-gestate atau pasca kelahiran. ASI eksklusif adalah pemberian air susu ibu untuk bayi di usia 0-6 bulan. Indonesia memiliki cakupan ASI ekslusif sebanyak 41,5% dan Yogyakarta memiliki presentase sebesar 71,6%. Kota Yogyakarta adalah cakupan ASI eksklusif terendah di D.I. Yogyakarta. Salah satu faktor keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif adalah breastfeeding self efficacy dan motivasi. Breastfeeding self efficacy dan motivasi dapat terjadi pada ibu hamil trimester 3. Ketika Breastfeeding self efficacy dan motivasi tidak baik pada ibu hamil trimester 3 maka akan beresiko ibu tidak akan memberikan ASI eksklusif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara breastfeeding self efficacy dengan motivasi dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif ibu trimester 3 di Puskesmas Umbulharjo I Kota Yogyakarta. Metode: Rancangan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan cross sectional. Responden dalam penelitian sebanyak 58 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis data Kendall’s Tau. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signfikan antara breastfeeding self efficacy dengan motivasi dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif ibu trimester 3 di Puskesmas Umbulharjo I kota Yogyakarta, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi Kendall,s Tau 0,439 dan p value sebesar 0,001 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Semakin baik breasfeeding self efficacy ibu hamil trimester 3 maka akan semakin baik pula motivasi dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif ibu hamil trimester 3 dan begitu juga sebaliknya.

Prevalensi pasien jatuh di rumah sakit selama proses perawatan tahun 2017 mengalamikenaikan 45,7% dari tahun 2016. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandungterdapat 5,7% dari total rumah sakit belum mencapai standar dalam pencegahan risikojatuh yang mengakibatkan cedera dan kematian pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap perawat dalam pencegahan pasienjatuh di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Bandung. Desainpenelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional dengansampel total. Responden yang berpartisipasi adalah 66 perawat yang berkerja di ruangrawat inap. Analisis data menggunakan uji spearman rank correlation. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan diet dengan kategori cukup (48,5%), sikap positifdan negatif sama yaitu (50%) dengan p-value 0,008. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapathubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap perawat dalam pencegahan pasien jatuh di ruangrawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Bandung. Saran yang dapat diberikanuntuk rumah sakit agar dapat memberikan pelatihan yang menyeluruh pada setiap tenagakerja dalam pencegahan pasien jatuh.

Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis keterhubungan antar dua peubah acak adalah metode dengan pendekatan copula. Copula (bivariat) bersifat fleksibel dalam menjelaskan keterhubungan antar dua peubah acak yang tidak linier dan dapat menggambarkan perilaku data bivariat yang memiliki distribusi-distribusi marginal yang berbeda keluarga. Dalam penelitian ini dikaji hubungan antara Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD melalui metode pendekatan copula. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data (sekunder) bulanan mengenai IHK dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD selama periode Mei 2012 sampai Juni 2017. Estimasi parameter distribusi-distribusi marginal (IHK dan return Kurs beli IDR-USD) didasarkan pada metode Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) dan uji kecocokan distribusi-distribusi marginalnya didasarkan pada uji statistik Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Estimasi parameter copula yang cocok untuk menggambarkan keterhubungan data IHK dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD didasarkan pada ukuran Kendall’s Tau dan Spearman’s Rho dari data tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara IHK dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD berdasarkan ukuran Kendall’s Tau dan Spearman’s Rho adalah kecil yang berarti data saling bebas atau dengan arti lain hampir tidak memiliki keterhubungan. Sementara itu, keterhubungan IHK dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD dapat digambarkan melalui suatu copula. Copula yang cocok untuk menggambarkan keterhubungan IHK dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD sebagai hasil dalam bahasan paper ini adalah copula Clayton dengan distribusi marginal IHK adalah distribusi Laplace dan begitu pula distribusi marginal return Kurs Beli IDR-USD adalah distribusi Laplace. Dalam hal ini, copula Clayton itu adalah terbaik berdasarkan uji kecocokan copula yaitu melalui uji statistik Cram r-von Mises dengan nilai p-value tertinggi yang diperoleh dengan bantuan simulasi parametric bootstrap. Kata Kunci :  Distribusi Bivariat, IHK dan Kurs IDR-USD, Ukuran Keterhubungan, Uji Kecocokan, Copula
