<p><em>The Islamic ummah is usually used to struggling and wrestling with diversity. There are Nusantara Islam,  Progressive Islam (Islam Berkemajuan), Wasathiyah Islam or Moderate Islam and a range of other terms such as Transformative Islam, Hadhari Islam, or Progressive Islam which community organizations try to develop Islam or Muslim intellectuals. </em><em>This paper explores the movement and thought of Islam </em><em>Nusantara. Since </em><em>Nahdlatul Ulama (</em><em>NU</em><em>) </em><em>was established, various dynamics of Islamic views have taken place. NU recognizes the diversity of religious opinions in four schools,  but puritan Islamic groups feel that only their views are correct, only Islam has the right to enter heaven, only certain books can be read, and only the opinions of the teacher are considered authoritative. They looked enthusiastic and attracted attention of   young generation and people  who are just passionate about Islam, they are like a meteor that shines brightly, but then fades quickly and finally goes out.  The time has proven, movements like that, then grow and disappear and change rapidly.  The Nusantara Islam, however,  has been down to earth,   along with the Progressive Islam  (Islam Berkemajuan) have taken steps, both are moving and developing in the future.</em></p><p><em>Umat Islam sudah biasa bergumul dan bergulat dengan keanekaragaman.

The study of the role of fundamental values in the formation of sense of justice is an important and relevant topic. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively consider the problems of values in youth, to determine how they affect to the formation of the sense of justice of the younger generation, and to study its role in the process of such formation. Values acquire value forms based on the psychological presentation of a person about the value of things or other objects of the material or intangible world. Values can be understood as a complex conception of human or group human about phenomena, rules, norms, processes, results, objects or other creation that are important to such a person or group of people and in one way or another to influence to this person or group of people. The process of forming the values of a young person begins with the emergence of needs. The needs determine desire, motivation, aspiration, which in the future leads to a subjective conception of value. Values that are related to the ideals of society will be called spiritual values. The modern young generation will persevere attention in focusing on the ideals of spiritual enrichment. At the same time, such a process is not possible without clear guarantees of satisfaction for young people in the first place basic needs. Sense of justice as a means of preventive persuasion, which will contribute to the prevention of crimes only because of the possibility and inevitability of punishment for them, will not fully fulfill its function. The inner conviction is important, as it acts as the reliable guarantor of the sense of justice behavior, which in the future will result in a positive attitude toward the right standards in the young man, and therefore very relevant is the orientation towards the harmonious combination of the young man's aspirations to the formation of values as spiritual as well as others. A clear and well-considered policy aimed at creating and maintaining right values will contribute to the successful formation of sense of justice among young people, which in turn will lead to the prosperity of our country.

The future of cardiothoracic surgery faces a lofty challenge with the advancement of percutaneous technology and minimally invasive approaches. Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery, once a lucrative operation and the driving force of our specialty, faces challenges with competitive stenting and poor reimbursements, contributing to a drop in applicants to our specialty that is further fueled by the negative information that members of other specialties impart to trainees. In the current era of explosive technological progress, the great diversity of our field should be viewed as a source of excitement, rather than confusion, for the upcoming generation. The ideal future cardiac surgeon must be a "surgeon-innovator," a reincarnation of the pioneering cardiac surgeons of the "golden age" of medicine. Equipped with the right skills, new graduates will land high-quality jobs that will help them to mature and excel. Mentorship is a key component at all stages of cardiothoracic training and career development. We review the main challenges facing our specialtylength of training, long hours, financial hardship, and uncertainty about the future, mentorship, and jobsand we present individual perspectives from both residents and faculty members.

This article aims to offer a textual analysis of Rahima and Fahmina’s publications. Rahima and Fahmina are two Non-Government Organizations founded in 2000 by a young generation of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), one of the largest moderate Muslim organizations in Indonesia. There are more similarities than differences between Rahima and Fahmina because the persons involved in the organizations are close friends and, in fact, the same persons even though both are based in two different cities. Since their foundation, both Rahima and Fahmina have published many books and magazines. This article argues that both Rahima dan Fahmina publications offer a new grounded feminist approach to Islam, which counterbalance the dominant male-biased normative approach to Islam in most Muslim societies. These publications are based on their feminist activism and community engagement with the grass-root level of many Nahdlatul Ulama pesantrens (Islamic boarding schools). The topics of their publication cover many current issues such as fiqh of women’s reproductive rights and empowerment, fiqh of the daily life of migrant workers, fiqh of anti-trafficking, prevention of child marriage, violent extremism and religious pluralism. As a result, the progressive nature of their publications negates the existing label of NU as the traditionalist organization.

Buying and selling is a way to transfer land rights according to the provisions in Article 37 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration which must include the deed of the Land Deed Making Official to register the right of land rights (behind the name) to the Land Office to create legal certainty and minimize the risks that occur in the future. However, in everyday life there is still a lot of buying and selling land that is not based on the laws and regulations that apply, namely only by using receipts and trust in each other. This is certainly very detrimental to both parties in the transfer of rights (behind the name), especially if the other party is not known to exist like the Case in Decision Number 42 / Pdt.G / 2010 / PN.Mtp
