The aims this study is to find out Implementation of GCG Principles in Distribution of Credit in SOE/BUMD Bank. This study use normative juridical research. The resul in this study shows that The board of directors and management of BUMN/BUMD banks absolutely must understand and apply the principles of GCG, especially in lending by applying the principles of GCG to prevent the occurrence of credit that has the potential to harm the company due to the lack of prudence and responsibility of officers to carry out loans. verification of customer data in the field. State-owned/BUMD Banks are required to be guided by the principles of GCG in implementing management so that the achievement of the goals and objectives, especially through the distribution of banking credit to the public and debtor customers can be obtained properly and maximally or at least not experiencing bad loans which have the potential to cause economic losses for the Bank BUMN/BUMD.

This work presents a method for identifying surgical field states using time-of-flight (ToF) sensors equipped with a surgical light. It is important to understand the surgical field state in a smart surgical room. In this study, we aimed to identify surgical field states by using 28 ToF sensors with a surgical light installed on each. In the experimental condition, we obtained a sensor dataset by changing the number of people, posture, and movement state of a person under the surgical light. The identification accuracy of the proposed system was evaluated by applying machine learning techniques. This system can be realized simply by attaching ToF sensors to the surface of an existing surgical light.

This research is motivated by the existence of various forms of soccer dribbling skill errors, namely first touch, coordination, and ball feeling as well as characteristic causes based on observations made by researchers, the facts in the field state that when the teacher delivers soccer dribbling material there are still many students who lack focus about understanding the strategy that the coach gives to students will have an impact on formations that cannot be applied during play. The next factor is that not many teachers/coaches apply various training models to the learning process, so it tends to be monotonous. The reason the author observes this problem is to find out, analyze and correct the form of football dribbling skills errors. The data collection method used in this research is a survey method with the locomotor skills test technique and the skill development phase test. The research sampling technique used a total sampling technique with a total of 40 responses from some class III and IV extracurricular students of Al-Fath BSD Elementary School, South Tangerang City. The research variables were basic first touch skills, coordination, and ball feeling in doing soccer dribbling. Analysis of research data using descriptive percentages. Based on the results of the assessment analysis, it can be concluded that the form of errors in the dribbling skills of the III and IV graders of football extracurricular is first touching 18%, coordination 45%, and ball feeling 15%. The cause of errors that occur in dribbling skills is a lack of coordination ability, this can be seen in the skill test percentage indicator after being analyzed.

Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Petro Feodosiyovych Gozhyk, as the director of the Institute ofGeological Sciences of NAS of Ukraine, worked closely with professional public organizations, in particular with the PO «Unionof Drillers of Ukraine» and the PO «Union of Geologists of Ukraine». This paper highlights important activities initiated by publicorganizations, which were carried out with his active support and direct participation. Among such events: «Round Table todiscuss the Concept of efficient use of renewable deep hydrocarbon resources»; the Olevsk scientific and practical conferenceswere important for the geological community: «History of discovery and study of the Perga beryllium deposit as a world exclusive»,dedicated to the 60th anniversary of exploration works at the Perga ore field; «State and prospects of development of the Pergaore district». Each of these events has become a significant contribution not only to the development of the mineral resourcebase, but also to address legislative gaps in the extractive industry, promoting the development of public institutions.

AbstractIn this work, I study the mixing of photons with pseudoscalar particles and vice-versa in the presence of an external magnetic field and a pseudoscalar field. I solve exactly for the first time in the literature the equations of motion of the electromagnetic field coupled with a pseudoscalar field in the presence of a constant magnetic field with arbitrary direction with respect to the direction of propagation of the fields in vacuum. In addition, I also solve exactly the equations of motion in a magnetized plasma/gas for perpendicular propagation with respect to the external magnetic field. By finding exact solutions to the equations of motion, I find exact expressions for the transition efficiencies of photons into pseudoscalar particles in different situations. The expressions of the transition efficiencies generalize and correct those previously found in the literature by using approximate WKB methods on solving the equations of motion. In the case when the direction of propagation of fields with respect to the external magnetic field is not perpendicular, a longitudinal state of the electromagnetic field is generated even in a magnetized vacuum. The appearance of the longitudinal electric field state could be used for laboratory searches of pseudoscalar particles such as the axion and/or axion-like particles.

The interplay between charge order and d-wave superconductivity in high-Tc cuprates remains an open question. While mounting evidence from spectroscopic probes indicates that charge order competes with superconductivity, to date little is known about the impact of charge order on charge transport in the mixed state, when vortices are present. Here we study the low-temperature electrical resistivity of three distinctly different cuprate families under intense magnetic fields, over a broad range of hole doping and current excitations. We find that the electronic transport in the doping regime where long-range charge order is known to be present is characterized by a nonohmic resistivity, the identifying feature of an anomalous vortex liquid. The field and temperature range in which this nonohmic behavior occurs indicates that the presence of long-range charge order is closely related to the emergence of this anomalous vortex liquid, near a vortex solid boundary that is defined by the excitation current in the T→ 0 limit. Our findings further suggest that this anomalous vortex liquid, a manifestation of fragile superconductivity with a suppressed critical current density, is ubiquitous in the high-field state of charge-ordered cuprates.
