<p>This research aim to know influance of fundamental factors as financial ratio with proxy liquidity, asset size, debt equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), price earnings ratio (PER) and systematic risk to the rate of return in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Manufacturing company as sample the taken amount to 54 emiten the listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with period of research between of 2008 up to year of 2011. Analysis method the used is multiple linear regression. Analysis results indicate that from some element fundamental factor be like  liquidity, asset size, debt equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), price earnings ratio (PER) and systematic risk simultanly there are the influence significant to the profitability represented by rate of return. Partially show only earnings per share (EPS) and systematic risk with explained by variation the expressed in adjusted R<sup>2</sup> equal to 7,8 % is while the rest equal to 92,2 % influenced by other variable which is not explained by this research model. Where as other variable not influence with models is liquidity, asset size, debt equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE) and price earnings ratio (PER). Research result pursuant to hypothesis test indicate that between some element fundamental factors is most dominant influence the rate of return at the manufacturing company of listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange is systematic risk.</p> <p> </p><br />

<p class="Style13">Invesments for stocks has a high risk compared with the other investments. Ability of company to make earnings is very demanded by investors in their investments to get dividend and maximized capital gain.</p><p class="Style13">The ability of company can be view by some aspects, there are, business cycle by Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL), debt capacity by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR), profitability by Return on Equity (ROE) and Earnings Per Share (EPS), and market value by Price Earnings Ratio (PER).</p><p class="Style1">The objectives ofresearch are to analyze effect ofDegree of Operating Leverage (DOL), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR), Return on Equity (ROE), Earnings Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earnings Ratio (PER) to market stock price. The research use data of audited financial statements of manufacturing company from Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia) in period 2007 till 2009.</p><p class="Style13">The results show that as partial, DOL, ROED, PER, EPS, and DER significantly effect to market stock price, than ICR. This research was conducted with the aim to find out and analyze the effect of simultaneous return on assets, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, debt to assets ratio, earnings per share, and price earning ratio on LQ45 stock returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. Based on the porposive sampling technique, the companies that met the research criteria were 17 LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are financial statements for the period 2015-2017. Data analysis techniques are using multiple linear regression, F test, and t test.Based on the results of the study note that simultaneous return on assets, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, debt to assets ratio, earnings per share, and price earnings ratio does not affect stock returns, this is evidenced by the results of testing with the F test that shows the significance value is greater than 0.05 which is equal to 0.187. Return On Assets does not have a significant effect on stock returns because the significance value of the t test is greater than 0.05 which is 0.767. Return On Equity does not have a significant effect on stock returns because the significance value of the t test is greater than 0.05 which is equal to 0.489. Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on stock returns because the significance value of the t test is greater than 0.05 which is equal to 0.935. Debt to Assets Ratio does not have a significant effect on stock returns because the significance value of the t test is greater than 0.05 which is 0.593. Earning Per Share has a significant effect on stock returns because the significance value of the t test is greater than 0.05 which is equal to 0.025. Price Earning Ratio has no significant effect on stock returns because the significance value of the t test is greater than 0.05 which is equal to 0.336.

This study aimed to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of fundamental factors, systematic risk and macroeconomics on the returns Islamic stock of companies incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2010-2014. The variables used were the fundamental factors that are proxied by Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER); Systematic risk is proxied by Beta Shares; macroeconomic factors is proxied by the inflation rate and the exchange rate. The samples of this study are the enterprises incorporated in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling method was using purposive sampling. There were 12 samples of Islamic stocks that meet the criteria to be used as samples. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression techniques and the type of data used is secondary data. The study found that all variables, which are Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Beta stock, inflation and the exchange rate do not significantly affect the return of sharia stock either simultaneously or partially.

This research aims to determine the effect of firm age, firm size, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, price earnings ratio, auditor reputation and underwriter reputation on the level of underpricing. And to determine which variables are the most dominant effect on the IPO. Underpricing as measured by the initial return is the dependent variable in this research. This research was conducted with the support of the data Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which is the company doing an IPO in 2009 until 2012. Sampling was conducted using a non-probability sample selection method (purposive sampling) resulted in 68 companies as the study sample. Multiple regression model was used to test the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the variables auditor reputation and underwriter reputation on underpricing significantly affect the direction of the negative coefficients for both variables. While variable firm age, firm size, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, price earnings ratio proved to have no significant effect on the occurrence of underpricing.

Sukuk in Indonesia is growing rapidly with marked Corporate Sukuk issuance reached 65 Sukuk. Within this development also trigger the issuance of Ijarah Sukuk more in demand by the issuer as it is considered more prospective than the Mudharabah Sukuk.This study aimed to determine the issuance effect of Ijarah Sukuk on the financial performance issuer in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009 to 2013. The independent variable in this study is Sukuk to Equity Ratio and the dependent variable in this study are Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earnings per Share. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis OLS with 95% of confidence level.The results of this study show that Sukuk to Equity Ratio has significant effect on Return on Assets, but Sukuk to Equity Ratio has not significant effect on Return on Equity and Earnings per Share.

This study aims to determine the effect of likuidity, solvency, activity, profitability and market with Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings per Share(EPS), as indicators, of the pharmaceutical company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2012-2016 to stock price. The type of research is explanatory survey verification and research technique used is inferential statistic. In addition the analytical method used in this research is regression analysis of panel data, namely, t test, F test, and classical assumption of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation tests with E-Views 9. The results showed that in partial EPS significantly effects stock price, while CR, ROE, DER, and TATO had not significantly effect the stock price. Adjusted R square value was 0,5040 which showed that CR, DER, TATO, ROE, and EPS influenced the dependent variable by 50,40%, while the remaining 49,6% was influenced by other variables. It can be conluded that in sub sector pharmaceutical, investors were more concerned about the companys EPS instead of other variables. On the other hand, investors simultaneously concerned the CR, DER, TATO, ROE, and EPS in their investment decision and also other variables which were not included in this research.Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Stock Price

The objective of this research is to identify the influence of return on equity, earnings per share, operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and growth to dividend payout. Data collected from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for three years period 2014 to 2016. Sample selected by using purposive sampling method. There are 38 companies meet the criteria and used as sample. The statistical method used in this research is multiple regression. Result of this research showed that return on equity, earnings per share, and growth have influence dividend payout but operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, and current ratio have no influence towards dividend policy.

A B S T R A C T Financial statement is one of source information that is needed for the economic decision maker, especially for stock exchange performers. It reflects company’s performance during the period. The other one is statement of cash flow from operating activities that reflect their performance on their daily activities. This research aim to get empirical evidence on the influence of financial performance that are represented by operating cash flow, price earnings ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and size to the abnormal stock return. This research take 12 samples of food and beverages companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011-2015. The method used in the research by using multiple linear regression analysis. This study concludes that operating cash flow have no influence to the abnormal stock return. Price earnings ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and size significantly effect toward abnormal return. Size has a dominant influence to the abnormal stock return. It means that size is the best representation of independent variables to appraise that abnormal stock return on food and beverages company. A B S T R A K Laporan keuangan merupakan salah satu sumber informasi yang diperlukan untuk pengambilan keputusan ekonomi, terutama untuk investor di bursa saham. Hal ini mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan selama periode tersebut. Informasi lain yang penting adalah laporan arus kas dari aktivitas operasi yang mencerminkan kinerja mereka pada kegiatan sehari-hari mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang diwakili oleh arus kas operasi, Price Earning Ratio, Return on Equity, Rasio hutang terhadap ekuitas, dan ukuran untuk return saham yang abnormal. Penelitian ini mengambil 12 sampel perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2011-2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa arus kas operasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap return saham yang abnormal. Price Earning Ratio, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity ratio, dan ukuran secara signifikan mempengaruhi terhadap return abnormal. Ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap return saham yang abnormal. Ini berarti bahwa ukuran adalah representasi terbaik dari variabel independen untuk menilai bahwa return saham abnormal pada makanan dan minuman perusahaan. JEL Classification: G14, F62

Perhitungan rasio keuangan penting bagi perusahaan.. Investor dapat melihat kinerja perusahaan apakah perusahaan berkinerja baik dibandingkan dari rata-rata industri. Rasio adalah ukuran perbandingan antara pos dalam laporan keuangan dengan pos lainnya. Misalnya rasio profitabilitas yaitu Return on Asset makin tinggi ROA makin baik karena Net income makin tinngi. Demikian juga Debt to Equity ratio yaitu  berapa batasan berhutang yang ideal yaitu financial leverage berapa ukuran maksimal sehingga net income maksimal.Resiko sistematis atau Beta saham didapat dari slope hasil regresi antara ekses return saham dengan ekses pasar adalah ukuran resiko juga dalam berinvestasi saham . Resiko adalah hal yang menyimpang dari target yang kita inginkan atau sesuatu pencapaian yangberbeda dari hal atau sesuatu yang kita inginkan atau harapkan. Contoh Resiko berinvestasi adalah jika kita menderita kerugian atau kehilangan pokok yang kita tanankan. Resiko yang mempengaruhi saham di bursa yaitu bisa resikosistematik atau bisa juga resiko unsistematis atau resiko di dalam perusahaan misalnya manajemennya. Resiko sistematisjuga disebut resiko pasar yang menimpa semua saham seperti pengaruh dari luar yaitu inflasi, kurs mata uang atau kebijakan pemerintah.Penelitian ini akan membahas apakah ada pengaruh Debt to equity ratio dan beta saham/ resiko sistematis terhadap nilai ROA karena bagi perusahaan net income adalah penting juga bagi investor untuk membeli saham.Sampel datayang diambil penulis sebanyak 35 macam saham dengan cara mengambil secara acak saham-saham yang ada di Bursa efek Indonesia. Data sampel akan diolah dengan statistik menjadi informasi dalam menjawab permasalahan  dengan  Aplikasi SPSS edisi 19. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu secara bersama-sama variabel Debt to Equity ratio dengan Beta saham mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Return on Equity (ROA) perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Calculation of finance ratios is important for the company. The ratio is a measure of the ratio between account in the financial statements with another accounts. For example profitability ratios Return on Assets( ROA) higher is better because Net income increasing. Likewise with Debt to Equity ratio, is how much restriction ideal loanlikethe ideal size of financial leverage to maximum net income. Beta is a systematic risk obtained from the slope of the regression results between excess stock returns with excess return of the capital market index. This is a measure of risk in stock investing. Risk is something that deviates from the target that we want or something less achievement from thing or something we want or expect. Examples of investment risk is if we suffer any loss of money  that we invest. Risks of invest stocks is a systematic risk or a unsystematis risk for examplelike a management in the company. Systematic risk is also called market risk hapend to all shares like outside influence,for example inflation, foreign exchange rates or government policy. This research will address the influence Debt to equity ratio and beta stocks / systematic risk to the value of Return of Asset (ROA) because for the company's net income is important for investors to decide buy shares. Sample data is retrieved author as many as 35 kinds of stocks by taking random stocks that exist in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample data will be processed with statistical information in the answer problems with SPSS applications editions 19. Results of this research is jointly variable Debt to Equity ratio with Beta stocks have a significant influence on Return on Equity (ROA) companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange
