The objective of this research is to identify the influence of return on equity, earnings per share, operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and growth to dividend payout. Data collected from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for three years period 2014 to 2016. Sample selected by using purposive sampling method. There are 38 companies meet the criteria and used as sample. The statistical method used in this research is multiple regression. Result of this research showed that return on equity, earnings per share, and growth have influence dividend payout but operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, and current ratio have no influence towards dividend policy.

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and assets growth on the dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2016. The population in this study were 124 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 57 financial statements consisting of 19 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that the current ratio did not affect the dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,246> 0,05. Return on equity has a positive effect on dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,030 <0,05 and a regression coefficient of 0,284. Debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,042 <0,05 and a regression coefficient of -0,155. Assets growth has a negative effect on dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,045 <0,05 and a regression coefficient of -0,378.

The purpose of this study was to examine if profitability,operating cash flow per share, corporate tax, current ratio, market to book value, debt to equityratio, firm size, and life cycle stage in affecting dividend payout ratio in non financial companies liested in Indonesia stock exchange. This research used 110 listed non financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, selected using purposive sampling method in period 2012 to 2014. The data were analyzed using multiple regressions analysis method to determine the model of research. The result of the analysis indicated that profitability, operating cash flow per share, corporate tax, market to book value, debt to equity ratio,firm sizeandlife cycle stagehad influence on dividend payout ratio. But current ratio had no influence on dividend payout ratio.

<p>During the period 2012-2015 found 46 companies listed in LQ 45 did not consistently pay dividends to shareholders. This is a problem because consitent or stable dividend payouts are very important for investors as an evaluation of owner’s equity. This study aims to determine factors which affect the companies inconsistency in dividend payouts by testing profitability factor which is measured by return on equity, leverage factor which is measured by debt to equity ratio, and liquidity factor which is measured by current ratio on companies listed in LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2015. The population of this research was all of companies listed in LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the sampel consisted of thirty companies. The analysis was conducted by using multiple linear regression. The results indicated that simultaneously the return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and current ratio affected on dividend payout ratio. While partially the return on equity affected positively on dividend payout ratio, the debt to equity ratio affected negatively on dividend payout ratio, and current ratio did not affect on dividend payout ratio.</p><p>Selama periode 2012-2015 ditemukan 46 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks LQ 45 tidak konsisten membayarkan dividen kepada pemegang saham. Hal ini menjadi masalah karena pembayaran dividen yang dilakukan secara konsisten atau stabil sangat penting bagi investor sebagai evaluasi terhadap ekuitas pemilik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi inkonsistensi perusahaan dalam pembayaran dividen yaitu dengan menguji faktor profitabilitas yang diukur dengan returnon equity, faktor leverage yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio, dan faktor likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio pada perusahaan LQ 45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012-2015. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan LQ 45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan sampel terdiri dari 30 perusahaan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa return on equity, debt to equity ratio, dan current ratio berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap dividend payout ratio. Sedangkan secara parsial,return on equitydan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh terhadap dividend payout ratio, namun current ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap dividend payout ratio</p>

The study of this research is to determine the effect of returning shares in manufacturing companies. This study uses the financial ratios contained in the company's financial statements. The financial ratios used in this study are the current ratio, return on equity, and earnings per share to stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2010-2019. This type of research used in this research is quantitative and the analytical method used is purposive sampling using SPSS 21 as many 10 manufacturing companies in the food, beverage, textile, rubber goods (tires), fisheries, and agriculture sectors. Data collection techniques are used by retrieving data through the website www.idx.co.id. The results showed that Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, and Earning Per Share (EPS) has a negative and significant effect on Stock Return.

This study aims to determine the effect of likuidity, solvency, activity, profitability and market with Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings per Share(EPS), as indicators, of the pharmaceutical company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2012-2016 to stock price. The type of research is explanatory survey verification and research technique used is inferential statistic. In addition the analytical method used in this research is regression analysis of panel data, namely, t test, F test, and classical assumption of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation tests with E-Views 9. The results showed that in partial EPS significantly effects stock price, while CR, ROE, DER, and TATO had not significantly effect the stock price. Adjusted R square value was 0,5040 which showed that CR, DER, TATO, ROE, and EPS influenced the dependent variable by 50,40%, while the remaining 49,6% was influenced by other variables. It can be conluded that in sub sector pharmaceutical, investors were more concerned about the companys EPS instead of other variables. On the other hand, investors simultaneously concerned the CR, DER, TATO, ROE, and EPS in their investment decision and also other variables which were not included in this research.Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Stock Price

This study aims to analyze the effect of current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and return on equity ratio (ROE) on dividend payout ratio (DPR) in the consumer goods industry sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012-2017. The sample selection in this study using purposive sampling method and got 13 companies that match the criteria. From result of research got value of adjusted R-Square equal to 62.64%. It indicated that return on equity has a significant negative effect on dividend payout ratio with regression coefficient equal to -1.070932. However, the result of current ratio has insignificant negative effect on the dividend payout ratio with regression coefficient of -2.462612 and debt to equity ratio has insignificant positive effect on the dividend payout ratio with regression coefficient of 0.012540.

A B S T R A C T Financial statement is one of source information that is needed for the economic decision maker, especially for stock exchange performers. It reflects company’s performance during the period. The other one is statement of cash flow from operating activities that reflect their performance on their daily activities. This research aim to get empirical evidence on the influence of financial performance that are represented by operating cash flow, price earnings ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and size to the abnormal stock return. This research take 12 samples of food and beverages companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011-2015. The method used in the research by using multiple linear regression analysis. This study concludes that operating cash flow have no influence to the abnormal stock return. Price earnings ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and size significantly effect toward abnormal return. Size has a dominant influence to the abnormal stock return. It means that size is the best representation of independent variables to appraise that abnormal stock return on food and beverages company. A B S T R A K Laporan keuangan merupakan salah satu sumber informasi yang diperlukan untuk pengambilan keputusan ekonomi, terutama untuk investor di bursa saham. Hal ini mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan selama periode tersebut. Informasi lain yang penting adalah laporan arus kas dari aktivitas operasi yang mencerminkan kinerja mereka pada kegiatan sehari-hari mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang diwakili oleh arus kas operasi, Price Earning Ratio, Return on Equity, Rasio hutang terhadap ekuitas, dan ukuran untuk return saham yang abnormal. Penelitian ini mengambil 12 sampel perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2011-2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa arus kas operasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap return saham yang abnormal. Price Earning Ratio, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity ratio, dan ukuran secara signifikan mempengaruhi terhadap return abnormal. Ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap return saham yang abnormal. Ini berarti bahwa ukuran adalah representasi terbaik dari variabel independen untuk menilai bahwa return saham abnormal pada makanan dan minuman perusahaan. JEL Classification: G14, F62

            This research examines the impact of free cash flow, operating cash flow, and dividend payout ratio on the firm value which is represented by stock return.             This research employees a multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Samples used in this research are 159 manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2013, 2014, and 2015.             This research reveals that free cash flow and operating cash flow have no significant impact on the firm value. Those variables seem having no important contents in the point of view of investors. Therefore they do not response to the information. However, this research proves that dividend payout ratio have significant impact on the firm value. It can be concluded that dividend payout ratio is more important than those of free cash flow and operating cash flow. Investors will positively response to the dividend information and it will significantly increase the firm value.

Current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Equity are some of the many factors that are thought to have an influence on company value. Several studies have also used these factors as variables. Therefore, this study aims to test and reaffirm the results of previous studies with mixed conclusions. The sample of this study was 100 companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially Current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio had no significant effect on Company Value, while Profitability had a significant effect on Company Value. Simultaneously testing shows that current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on Equity have a significant effect on firm value.
