The subject of this research is part of the sale employee (salesman and salesgirl) of DELTASuper Store Kraksaan that consists of 100 people. Meanwhile the sample was taken as many as 80 people withthe sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data analysis that is used is a path analysis, an appliedform of multiple regression analysis, and the purpose is to know the direct or indirect effect of independentvariable on the dependent variable through intervening variable in a research. The result of this researchindicates that physical work environment (X1) has no significant effect on the employee work stress (Z) inDELTA Super Store Kraksaan with a significance, as well as non physical work environment (X2) also has nosignificant effect on the work stress (Z) with a significance, while physical work environment (X1) has significanteffect on the work motivation (Y), non physical work environment (X2) has significant effect on the workmotivation (Y), and work stress (Z) has significant negative effect on work motivation (Y), suggested thatDELTA Super Store Kraksaan must be more pay attention to what any factors can effect employee workmotivation, such as work environment condition both physical or non physical that can make the employeemore enthusiastic in working.

Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale to measure 17 indicators and four research variables and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of stress experienced by employees, the turnover intention will increase. The population was are all employees of Industry Batik Dewi Brotojoyo in Masaran, some 225 employee. Method sampling technique used is produce random sampling proportional sample of 45 responden. Method analysis used in this study is the linear regression analysis ganda. Result tests performed showed that percentage physical work environment at PT. Batik Dewi Brotojoyo Masaran

2015 amounted to 76.8%, the compensation amounting to 76.98%, and the effectiveness of employees amounted to 78.43%. From the calculation, the regression equation 9.766 + 0.228
X1 + 0.345 X2. This means that the average effectiveness of employees (Y) is expected to increase or decrease by 0.228 for every one unit increase or decrease in the work environment and would have increased or decreased by 0.345 for every one unit increase or decrease the compensation.

This study aims to determine and clarify the effect of work environment and work motivation for workload and its implementation on employee performance. Respondents 67 employees (entire population). Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (SmartPls 3.0 software) and correlation matrix between dimensions (SmartPls 3.0 software). The results showed that: (1) Work Environment and Motivation both partially and simultaneously affect Employee Performance; (2) Work environment, motivation and workload both partially and simultaneously affect employee performance; (3) Workload mediates the work environment and motivation on performance. Based on the analysis of the correlation matrix between dimensions, to improve the Work Environment, which has a positive correlation with Workload, it is recommended to maintain and improve the dimensions of Non-Physical Work Environment and also for employee performance also to improve the Physical Environment dimension. To increase motivation, which has a positive correlation with workload, it is recommended to maintain and improve hygiene. And for employee performance that is increasing the dimensions of intrinsic appreciation. To increase the workload that has a positive correlation with employee performance it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions of frustration
