Studio Kita is a company in the scale of SMEs. It is a company owned by student a participant of theStudent Entrepreneurial Program (Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha) Politkenik Negeri Batam. The purpose ofthis study is 1) to determine the level of financial performance by using the ratio of profitability. 2). todetermine the effect of the productivity ratio analysis in the Company’s profitability. Based on the calculationand analysis of profitability ratios period October 2013 to February 2014 the Company’s financial performanceof Studio Kita show that the state is not good enough or not efficient because it tends to decrease very large,while based on the calculation and analysis of the ratio according to the Regulation of the Minister ofCooperatives and SMEs Republic Indonesia Number 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 the company in the categoryof ”unhealthy”. Based on the analysis of profitability ratios that have been made to the Company’s financialstatements Studio Kita from the period October 2013 to February 2014, it can be concluded that the companyby using its profitability will determine the ability to generate profits and these profits will be the size of thedevelopment of enterprise productivity that can help companies to improve its performance and productivity.

This study analyzes the financial performance of PT Mandom Tbk. This study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT Mandom Tbk during the 2015 - 2020 reporting year. The data and information used in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The test is carried out based on four categories of financial ratios, namely, Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, and Activity Ratios. The study was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach and the data is secondary data in the form of financial statements of income and statements of financial position obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on the results of research analysis using the profitability ratios of the company's financial performance, the condition is not good. Based on the liquidity ratio analysis, the company's financial performance shows a good condition. Based on the analysis of the solvency ratio, the company's financial performance shows a good condition. Based on the activity ratio analysis of the company's financial performance, it shows good conditions for receivable activities and not good for inventory activities and fixed asset activities.

The measurement of financial performance based solely on balance sheet financial statements and profit and loss is able to provide information on the feasibility of a company on the obligations of external parties and also assets owned by the company. From the results of financial statement analysis using financial ratio analysis of PT. PLN (Persero)Region  Sulutttenggo can evaluate the financial performance of companies that show unfavorable conditions where the value of the liquidity ratio is less stable and even decreases. Whereas the results of the calculation of leverage ratio and profitability ratio show fairly good conditions. Thus, the writer suggest that the management always evaluate in improving the company's financial performance.Keywords : financial statement, financial performance, financial ratios

The company's financial performance is the first benchmark to build investor confidence. Describes the state of the company and can be a reference for investment decisions. This article aims to increase the influence of firm size and financial leverage on financial performance of PT.Japfa Comfeed Indonesia  firm size shows the size of a company. While financial leverage the proportion of debt usage to finance its investment. This article also uses descriptive methods and quantitative approaches, namely to describe the results of research whose data is presented in numerical form. The data in this article is secondary data taken from  financial statements PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. and supported by literature and documentation studies, which are processed statistically and quantitatively. The results of this study concluded that partially firm size has an insignificant influence on financial performance. But for financial leverage has a significant influence on financial performance. Simultaneously, firm size and financial leverage have a significant influence on financial performance with a contribution of 66.8% meaning that 33.2% of financial performance is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study.

Financial performance information is needed to assess potential changes in economic resources, which may be controlled in the future and to predict the production capacity of existing resources. By using ratio analysis, based on data from financial statements, it will be possible to know the financial results that have been achieved in the past, to know the weaknesses of the company, as well as the results that are considered quite good.

 Company performance is an illustration of the financial condition of a company by conducting a financial analysis, so that it can be known about the good and bad financial condition of a company that reflects work performance in a certain period. To find out how good a company's financial performance is, it is necessary to conduct an assessment and performance measurement. One assessment and measurement of performance can be reflected through an analysis of financial ratios.This research was conducted to find out how well the financial performance performed by PT Bayan resources a coal mining company in the 2015-2017 period by analyzing the ratio of: (1) profitability ratios (2) solvency ratios, (3) liquidity ratios , (4) activity ratio. The hypothesis of this research is based on the phenomenon, which is based on the market value of coal which has decreased over the period of 2015-2017.Based on the results of the study, the hypothesis for calculating profitability ratios, activity ratios and solvency ratios is proven to be acceptable, while the hypothesis for liquidity ratios is not proven, namely rejected, meaning that fluctuations in coal price increases can result in the use of corporate liquidity to pay company bills so that the level of liquidity of the company can be reduced

The financial report is the most information kursial to control a company. Analysis of the financial statements can provide information about the financial performance of a company or the other organization like Cooperative. The research carried out at the Koperasi Sawit Gunung Sangkur Kinali Kabupaen Pasaman Barat. The purpose of this study is to analyze financial performance in order to determine the development of the financial position at the Koperasi Gunung Sangkur in 2011 to 2014 period on liquidity, solvability and profitability ratio. Methodology of data analysis in this research is quantitative descriptive based on ratio analysis. Data sources are from the financial statements and the other document. The results showed that the financial performance of Koperasi Gunung Sangkur based on liquidity, solvability and profitability ratio are fluctuate from the year to year. Company's financial performance can be known from the aspect of financial ratios, such as Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, and Activity ratios. The development of a company, can be seen and can be compared through the company's financial performance. This is certainly useful for investors, creditors, and owners to make profitable investment decisions. This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk, PT. Indocement Tunggal PrakasaTbk, and PT HolcimIndonesia by using financial ratio analysis. This study uses secondary data from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of research shows there are differences of financial performance between PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk, PT. Indocement Tunggal PrakasaTbk, and PT Holcim Indonesia. This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT Bank SUMUT in terms of liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and solvency ratios in period 2015-2017. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, that is balance sheet and income statement. Data collection in this study uses documentation and data processing techniques using ratio analysis techniques. The conclusion of this study is in terms of its liquidity ratio, PT Bank SUMUT's financial performance is quite good, in terms of its profitability ratio, PT Bank SUMUT's financial performance is not good, and in terms of its solvency ratio, PT Bank SUMUT's financial performance is quite good.

The purpose of this study is to find out how financial ratio analysis to assess the financialperformance of PT. Main Wheel Rays in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitabilityratios using secondary data. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and independentvariables, namely the company's financial performance measured by several sub variablesincluding liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. The results of the research are theanalysis of the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability to assess the financial performance of PT.Main Wheel Rays seen from the liquidity ratio of the company's financial performance are in goodcondition, but too much cash is not used. When viewed from the solvency ratio, the company'sfinancial performance is in a bad condition, because the debt ratio continues to increase. Whenviewed from the profitability ratio, the company's financial performance is in good condition, butmust continue to increase profits.

Purpose: Analysing financial performance is one of the popular methods for measuring operational efficiency of a firm. Ratio analysis is an important tool of financial analysis. The analysis of key performance parameters enables diverse group of stakeholders to obtain information about profitability and growth prospects. Mergers and acquisitions are popular means of inorganic growth. The Indian Banking Industry has used this effective tool to consolidate and grow in size. Through M&A, acquired banks get a new name, structure, products and services. However, the risk of NPAs continues to be a major problem for banks. In order to study the effectiveness of a merger, analysing financial performance prior to and after merger becomes important. The State Bank of India merger has been taken up for the study, since following the merger there is a substantial increase in both the market share as well as asset base of the bank. Design/Methodology/Approach: This paper studies the result of mergers on financial indicators, market performance, asset quality, liquidity position and employee productivity of SBI after it merged with its 5 associate banks and BMB through ratio analysis. The ratios indicating the performance parameters have been taken from secondary sources such as moneycontrol.com, stock-financials.valuestocks.in. etc. A comparison of various financial ratios is made to determine the change in the performance parameters of the bank. Findings/Result: The study highlights reduction in profitability, increase in cost to income ratio, slight improvement in liquidity, decline in asset quality and market performance and a slight decrease in employee productivity after the merger. Originality/Value: This paper studies the effectiveness of mergers in terms of change in key financial performance parameters. Paper Type: Research Case Study based on company financial analysis.
