PT NURTIWI is a manufacturing company engaged in the field of furniture that is growing using the accounting information system based Zahir Accounting application, to facilitate the company in decision making. So the author's goal is to analyze and design the information system by making supporting data in the process of input data into accounting information system based Zahir application in the form of Microsoft Excel in order to facilitate the director or employees of the company in making decisions to determine company policy to be taken. In his research the authors used a qualitative approach with descriptive research design, focusing on the systematic explanation of the facts obtained when the research was conducted. The result of SIA analysis applied by PT NURTIWI still has weakness especially in purchasing and supply part, delay in recording of supplier's debt card, and repayment of trade payable, stock card, general journal no grouping of production cost between raw material cost, factory overhead cost and direct labor cost insert per item code. The lack of manpower within the company raises the Administration and Finance in the company’s administrative process to experience delays. Abstract This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System (AIS) and Management Information System (SIM) in Padang Adat Village as a source of budgeting information for the development of Ecotourism in the tourist attraction of Ubud's Monkey Key. Data collection is carried out through literature studies, verification and direct observation in the field, interviews and observations. The place of this research is in the traditional village of Padang Tegal and the Ubud Forest tourist attraction. Based on the research results of accounting information systems and management information systems can help the development of Ecotourism in the tourist attraction of Ubud's Monkey Forest through information generated and used as material for decision making by the Padangtegal village through the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the effectiveness of management information systems. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sistem informasi akuntansi dan sistem informasi manajemen dapat membantu pengembangan Ekowisata di objek wisata Monkey Forest Ubud melalui informasi yang dihasilkan dan dijadikan bahan pengambilan keputusan oleh desa pekraman padangtegal melalui efektifitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan efektifitas sistem informasi manajemen. Seeing the importance of accounting information systems today for organizational progress in helping the implementation of accounting bookkeeping, so it requires a fast and accurate recording process. CV. Surya Anugerah Investindo is a developing company in the field of cobroke property, there is still no accounting information system so that making accounting books is still manual. The weaknesses are that the management or the data process is slow, requires a lot of effort or stages, the information generated has a high enough potential for error. The purpose of this study is to try to design and implement an accounting information system based on Microsoft Excel to produce accounting bookkeepers as needed. Data obtained directly from the company through interviews and documentation. Based on the data obtained, states that the accounting information system CV. Surya Anugerah Investindo has not implemented a computer-based accounting information system. From these weaknesses, researchers provide suggestions for the design of accounting books using a Microsoft Excel-based accounting information system

The accounting information system and the system of Internal control is a component that collect, classify, process, analyze and combine the relevant financial information for decision making the outside parties (suc as Government, community, investors, and creditors) parties in (especially management). Campladean Manado is a merchant selling sports equipment with various brands and types of goods so that it has a stockpile of goods quite a lot. This research aims to analyze accounting information systems inventory and enacted on Campaldean Manado. This research uses descriptive research method. Research results showed the accounting information system on Campladean Manado are still using manual systems of internal control systems but very helping and supporting accounting information systems in Manado in Campladean minimize the occurrence of errors in system of inventory items.Keywords: Accounting information systems, Interalcontrol systems supplies.

Along with the development of technology, every line of business as well as a company that specializes in a construction project requires an information system that can support the company’s operations. The research objective is to analyze, identify the information needs, improve and design an accounting information system of construction materials purchases needed by the management of a contractor company to assist in decision making and address the issues contained in the running system. The research is carried out byimplementing data collection and information, analysis on the running system, analysis of research findings, identification of information needs, and identification of system requirements, as well as a structured design ofobject oriented analysis design (OOAD) and unified modeling language (UML). The result obtained is an improving application design that features document numbering, document filing, and reports. The newdesigned accounting information system of raw material purchases of the construction company can generate a report needed timely, completely and accurately, so that it can be used by the management in decision-making process.

One that influences the success of the company is the system applied to the company, the payroll accounting information system. A payroll accounting information system is very influential for companies to support the effectiveness of internal control. The author conducted research at PT. Dwi Prima Rezeky, a company engaged in the manufacturing industry. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of salary payment transactions and to find out the application of payroll accounting information systems to support the effectiveness of internal control.This type of research is a type of descriptive research that uses primary data such as the results of interviews with companies and secondary such as organizational structure. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interview, and literature techniques. The data analysis method used is a descriptive method. The study was conducted at PT. Dwi Prima Rezeky is located on Jl. Raya Pemda Keradenan No. 12 Cibinong-Bogor.The results of this study indicate that PT. Dwi Prima Rezeky has implemented a payroll accounting information system already good enough because it has implemented the elements of an adequate accounting information system so as to support the effectiveness of internal control. However, in internal control, there are still a number of functions and systems of authorization that have not been implemented, namely the function of making salary lists and salary payments carried out by the financial function and the payroll is not checked again and not re-authorized by the accounting.

This study aims to determine the influence of application accounting Information system and internal control to employee performance at PT BPR Kerta Raharja Bandung Regency. This study using descriptive research methods and verification research methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling by determine appropriate specific criteria with the research. The statistic analysis used in this study is path analysis and hypothesis testing. The number of population in this study was 230 respondents with the sample used 48 employee PT BPR Kerta Raharja. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that application of accouting system has no effect to employee performance but internal control has a significant effect on employee performance.

Accounting information systems (AIS) are collections of activities from organizations that are responsible for providing financial information obtained from data transactions for computer-based reporting purposes. So an accounting information system (AIS) is part of a Management Information System (MIS) that is responsible for financial statements and data transactions. Whereas the Management Control System (MCS) is a system used by management including methods, procedures, and strategies to collect, analyze information, evaluate and use it, as well as other actions to exercise control. The explanation above shows that information (accounting information and additional information) is needed by management to control in the company. This study provides a concept regarding Accounting Information Systems, Management Control Systems, and Company Performance. When the management control process is right, then the company's performance in increasing management control systems can provide information in an adequate communication structure so that it can be used as a basis for decision making. Decision making supported by accurate information makes the performance of unit managers able to take anticipatory steps and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness so that the performance of unit managers will be improved.

Hospital was established to serve the medical needs of the citizen. In addition to serving, hospitals also need to explore the benefits for the sustainability and the development of the hospital. To achieve financial reports have involved a large role. Accounting information system computer-based accounting will help serving the financial reports, so that more accurate and faster. Errors can be diminished.  Research object is selected by the author to conduct research is Bogor Rumah Sakit Islam. A hospital that is located on Jl. Perdana Raya. 22 Budi Agung, Jakarta Utara. This hospital was established on May 12, 1991. The location is strategic as it is in the center of Bogor. In doing activity, accounting information system based on computerized accounting still not yet common use. Computer already exist but support application to create an accurate and fast financial statement does not exist. So much weaknesses if we still using manual method. Like slowly processing data, still using much worker and much step while processing. The information result is still contained high mistake. To solve all problems above we need accounting software as tool for accounting division. For that I try to apply computerized accounting using Microsoft Excel for helping creating financial statement. By doing observation and interview with related employee, this research can do well. Journalize transaction process by using Microsoft Excel is to make a column for each transaction such as Journal Voucher, General Ledger, Balance Sheet. After making a column, the next step is inputing achievement data to Journal Voucher. After inputing data, General Ledger and Balance Sheet can automatically fill up. By using computer, processing data is more faster, information result is more accurately, human resource is less needed. Related management can get information they need more faster, because amount recalculated every doing transaction.

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition.
