<p><em>Remuneration is a term that relates to employee payroll which is set by certain regulations routinely based on work values, with the aim of creating better and cleaner governance and increasing motivation and work performance. Performance is determined by assessing the compilation oflecturer’swork files and then verified by the department that responsible to it. Rule Base Reasoning is an expert system based on a series of rules that represent human knowledge and experience in solving some complex cases. Expert system is a system whose capability to adopt human knowledge in solving problems so the system can solve problems as is usually done by experts. To implement this method a web-based system is used using the PHP programming language with the concept of Object Oriented Programming with ecpectation this system can be designed more easily and can be developed continuously so it can optimize the acceptance of lecturer remuneration andso far it can minimize the possibility of errors due to human errors. on institutions and lecturers.</em></p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: <em>Remuneration, Rule Base Reasoning, Performance, Lecturers, Expert Systems.</em><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><em>Remunerasi merupakan sebuah istilah yang berhubungan dengan penggajian pegawai yang ditetapkan dengan peraturan tertentu secara rutin berdasarkan nilai-nilai kerja, dengan tujuan terciptanya tata kelola yang lebih baik dan bersih serta meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi kerja.

The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.

An expert system imitates the decision–making adeptness of a human expert. They are intended to answer complicated questions characterized mainly as if–then rules instead of traditional procedural code. A major problem facing the cultivation of rubber (Hevea brasiliensis) in developing countries is the destructive effect of pathogens which result in about fifty percent (50%) loss in crop yield. This problem persists, due to a communication gap between agricultural researchers, such that field extension officers, and farmers are hampered by various operational and logistic challenges. This paper is an effort to bridge this gap, and hence features an expert system that can be accessed online by farmers.  The expert system allows farmers to select disease symptoms presented in categories from a JAVA based user friendly graphical interface. The output generated by the rule–base engine, diagnoses the diseases of the rubber crop, and suggests curative and preventive measures. The main source of information for developing the expert system’ knowledge–base was the Rubber Research Institute, Iyanomo, Edo State, Nigeria.

The author designed an object oriented programming based sales application using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, deployment diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, logical record structures, and user interfaces. The design of this information system is expected to produce sales application programs ranging from customer data input, input data of goods, input of sales orders, print out of travel documents, print invoices, cash receipts input, print payment receipts to print reports so that sales applications can have a positive impact on the course of business which is built, reducing duplicated functions, and errors caused by human errors. With the design of a sales application, the problems that exist in the manual system can be resolved such as the system will not receive incomplete data, the system can make automatic numbering, and minimize errors that occur due to humans (human error), reduce the amount of paper usage, report generation can done easily and quickly because the data is processed by the system. Keywords: Design, Sales, Object Oriented Programming.

Early information systems were mainly built around secondary, administrative processes of the value chain (e.g., accounting). But since the internet came into use, more and more primary processes have become accessible to automation: customer acquisition, ordering, billing and, in the case of intangible goods such as software, even delivery. Hence an increasing part of an enterprise has to be modeled and a substantial part thereof is implemented, usually in an object-oriented programming language like Java. To facilitate this complex task, the MEMO methodology (Multi-perspective Enterprise MOdeling) allows the description of the enterprise on three levels – strategy, organization and information system – and from four angles – process, structure, resources and goals. All partial models for the views are integrated via a common object-oriented core. In this framework we suggest a modeling method for the IS layer, the Event-driven Method Chain (EMC). It is based on the Event-driven Process Chain (EPC) by Scheer, which we adapt to fit both the MEMO methodology and the object-oriented paradigm thus making it suitable for the development of web-based applications. To illustrate this we use the example of a software trading company.

A graduation project is a form or work that the study authority requests from the student to measure what he made during the study. Designed an expert system for students’ graduation projects at the University of Basrah for students who are obligated to submit a project that qualifies them to graduate from the university. The system works according to a set of requirements, the most important is first: The student's possession of a high rate that qualifies him for the project. Second: he must possess half of the skills required for the project provided that it includes at least one programming language example (c ++, java, PHP, c #, etc ...). The system has many features that help the Supervisors and Students Committee to manage students' projects efficiently. System is built as a web-based system, with access limited only to the university's local network.

In healthcare sector, employing human knowledge, on a larger scale, in the decision making process in identifying the risk sources is very common, and often the human error in the process results in adverse effects of unrecognized risks. Hence, the impact of human error in employing the human knowledge remains a major problem. To minimize the human error a fuzzy based risk assessment method using Ranked Risk Breakdown Structure (RRBS) model is proposed in this work. The proposed method is able to rank the risk resources on the basis of a risk score generating mechanism based on the probability of occurrence of risk and outcome of the risk. By recognizing the high ranking risk resources, that is, the risk drivers at higher levels of seriousness/severity, this fuzzy based methodology nullify the existing common human errors. The proposed methodology is validated with the actual past data of one decade period, the occurrence of risk and its effect in a healthcare industry situated in an urban city of India. The results of the experimentation reveal that the proposed methodology can be successfully implemented in all other industries in healthcare sector to minimize the human error in risk recognition. The suggested model is helpful for industrial managers/practitioners to tackle risk factors related with complex works.
