Cat Center in Banjarbaru is a place where cats and humans can interact with each other. Cats are the most in-demand animals to be home pets, the community of animal lovers and individual animal keepers sprung up and gathered to share their similar interest in cat animals, because there is no container for animal lovers or communities to take their animals for a walk or gathering as fellow cat lovers. Therefore, a special place is needed for keepers, especially cat animals and their keepers, called pet friendly-human friendly places. The purpose of the design of the paint center in Banjarbaru is to provide containers and facilities based on the needs that can support humans and animals to interact. The design method used for the design of this cat center by analyzing the character owned by the cat is then applied in the concept that is attractive where the concept is a combination of various characters or behaviors that cats have, namely: pleasant and sometimes strange cat behavior that is the point of interest of the cat, its curiosity is high, friendly, active and playful. From the concept, the design that will be applied is a space where cats and humans can interact as well where the cat will feel comfortable playing in every corner of the room. Cat center in Banjarbaru is a public building with many types of mass space that are customized based on the nature or function of the space. Interaction space in the area with the embodiment of facilities that are interconnected with each other.

The energy consumption of per unit area in public building are larger than the residential building in China, and the energy-saving reconstruction for existing public building is less than the residential building at present, so it also have great potential and space of energy conservation. This paper based on the feature of climate and energy consumption of existing public building, formulated the evaluation principle of energy-saving reconstruction technology, put forward from economy, energy-saving effectiveness, advance and combination property of technology to determine the design method to energy-saving reconstruction, to select appropriate technology. At last, this paper through a case building---a teaching building in Xi'an to analysis how from specific problems to apply appropriate technologies in northern area.

The use of fast-freeze fixation (FFF) followed by freeze-substitution (FS) brings substantial advantages which are due to the extreme rapidity of this fixation compared to the conventional one. The initial step, FFF, physically immobilizes most molecules and therefore arrests the biological reactions in a matter of milliseconds. The second step, FS, slowly removes the water content still in solid state and, at the same time, chemically fixes the other cell components in absence of external water. This procedure results in an excellent preservation of the ultrastructure, avoids osmotic artifacts, maintains in situ most soluble substances and keeps up a number of cell activities including antigenicities. Another point of interest is that the rapidity of the initial immobilization enables the capture of unstable structures which, otherwise, would slip towards a more stable state. When combined with electrophysiology, this technique arrests the ultrastructural modifications at a well defined state, allowing a precise timing of the events. We studied the epithelium of the elytra of the scale-worm, Harmothoe lunulata which has excitable, conductible and bioluminescent properties. The intracellular sites of the light emission are paracrystals of endoplasmic reticulum (PER), named photosomes (Fig.1). They are able to flash only when they are coupled with plasma membrane infoldings by dyadic or triadic junctions (Fig.2) basically similar to those of the striated muscle fibers. We have studied them before, during and after stimulation. FFF-FS showed that these complexes are labile structures able to diffentiate and dedifferentiate within milliseconds. Moreover, a transient network of endoplasmic reticulum was captured which we have named intermediate endoplasmic reticulum (IER) surrounding the PER (Fig.1). Numerous gap junctions are found in the membranous infoldings of the junctional complexes (Fig.3). When cryofractured, they cleave unusually (Fig.4-5). It is tempting to suggest that they play an important role in the conduction of the excitation.

One example of the growing information technology today is mobile learning, mobile learning which refers to mobile technology as a learning medium. Mobile learning is learning that is unique for each student to access learning materials anywhere, anytime. Mobile learning is suitable as a model of learning for the students to make it easier to get an understanding of a given subject, such as math is pretty complicated and always using formulas. The design method that I use is the case study method, namely, learning, searching and collecting data related to the study. While the development of engineering design software application programs that will be used by the author is the method of Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of 4 stages: Requirements Planning Phase, User Design Phase, Construction Phase and Phase Cotuver.
