Desde o seu nascimento, o cinema tem criado um sem número de produções ficcionais e biográficas com o personagem do jornalista no centro das narrativas. Uma das representações mais populares é o Superman e ao seu lado, Lois Lane. Com as mesmas particularidades do estereótipo do jornalista já conhecido, esses personagens influenciam o ideário popular. A presente pesquisa procurou analisar, ambos e a criação dessa persona e como isso afeta a sociedade. Tal pesquisa permitiu chegar à conclusão de que produções assim, acima de simples entretenimento, servem para conscientizar o público, elevar o debate e trazer um senso crítico a profissão do jornalista.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Superman; Lois Lane; jornalismo; cinema; TV; séries; quadrinhos; notícia; crítica.   ABSTRACT Since his birth, cinema has created countless fictional and biographical productions with the character of the journalist at the center of the narratives. One of the most popular representations is Superman and on his side, Lois Lane. With the same particularities of the stereotype of the known journalist, these characters influence the popular ideology. The present research sought to analyze both the creation of this persona and how it affects society. Con las mismas particularidades del conocido estereotipo del periodista, estos personajes influyen en las ideas populares. La presente investigación buscó analizar tanto la creación de esta persona como cómo afecta a la sociedad. The Role of Rhetoric and Metaphors in Organisational Change  RESUMEN El presente artículo es una recopilación de literatura científica que demuestra la relevancia de comprender nuevas formas de construir el concepto de cambio organizacional a través del lenguaje, en especial a través de claves lingüísticas como la retórica y metáfora. Esta construcción ayuda a generar procesos de cambio organizacional que presenten una menor intensidad y carga emocional negativa para los individuos, así como una mejor comprensión del mismo cambio para los empleados. ABSTRACT This article is a compilation of scientific literature about the importance of understanding new approaches to the construction of the organisational change concept through language, especially through linguistic devices such as rhetorical and metaphorical ones. RESUMEN Hay que pensar la decolonialidad en relación a las artes. En esta entrevista exploramos cómo las artes decoloniales se diferencian de la estética moderna/colonial. La decolonización de la estética conlleva la liberación de a la aiesthesis, es decir de las formas de relacionarnos con el mundo y de hacer mundo a través de los sentidos. La aiesthesis decolonial se distingue de los principios del arte contemporáneo y en particular de su sujeción a la temporalidad moderna, abriéndonos hacia las temporalidades relacionales. INTERVIEW WITH ROLANDO VÁSQUEZ ABSTRACT We have to hink the decoloniality in relation with the arts. This interview explores the difference between the modern/colonial aesthetic and the decolonial arts. The aesthetic decolonization leads to the release of the aesthesis, ergo it relates in every way to the connection and creation of a world through the senses. The decolonial aesthesis is particularly different from the contemporary art principles in the way it grasps the modern temporality consenting the creation of a path toward relational temporalities. The decolonial artists exercise a different temporality that results in not only a radical criticism to the modern representation and visuality but it makes possible to understand the decolonialization as a hopeful movement, full of possibilities for naming and experiencing neglected intercultural worlds. KEYWORDS Decolonialization, relational time, hope, body, interculturality ESTEHÉSIE DÉCOLONIALE ET LE TEMPS RELATIONNELS. ENTRETIEN À ROLANDO VASQUEZ RÉSUMÉ Il faut penser la décolonisation en relation aux arts. Dans cet entretien on explore comment les arts décoloniaux sont différents de l’esthétique moderne-coloniale. La décolonisation de l’esthétique entraîne la libération de l’estehésie, c’est-à-dire, la libération des façons de nous mettre en relation avec le monde et d’en créer un nouveau à travers les sens. L’estehésie décoloniale se différence des principes de l’art contemporain, principalement pour son fixation à la modernité en nous emmenant vers les temporalités relationnelles. La Fondazione Prada de Milán, Italia, es un paradigma y un ejemplo del mecenazgo moderno. En este documento se analiza de qué forma un museo de arte contemporáneo puede generar cambios positivos en el barrio donde se localiza, más aún si ese vecindario se ubica en una zona periférica de la ciudad que ha pasado por un proceso de degradación urbana. Veremos el caso de un museo como elemento rehabilitador de infraestructura y un espacio de estímulo para la creación y producción de cultura. El museo le da una nueva vida a una edificación abandonada que anteriormente estaba destinada a la producción industrial. This document analyzes how a museum of contemporary art can generate positive changes in the neighborhood where it is located, especially if that neighborhood is located in a peripheral area of thecity that has gone through a process of urban degradation. We will consider the case of a museum as an infrastructure rehabilitation element and a stimulus space for the creation and production of culture. The museum gives a new life to an abandoned building that was previously destined forindustrial production. The large manufacturing spaces, now abandoned, are ideal for installing works of contemporary art. AbstractFrom Theresia Theurl’s point of view financial markets exhibit certain features that turn them inherently unstable. Therefore, economic policy measures were necessary and advisable, but they should not take the shape of isolated and selected interventions. Rather, these measures of financial market supervision and regulation had to be integrated into a comprehensive concept of micro- and macroeconomic policy in order to allow the creation of stabilizing trust.In his contribution, Jan Pieter Krahnen maintains, that the systemic risk of banks and financial institutions has changed and risen in recent years. According to his view, this is due to a more widespread use of credit derivatives. Although they may cause a more efficient distribution of credit risk in the banking sector, at the same time they could mean a higher vulnerability of the banking sector to system-wide contagion effects of credit risk. As such, financial market supervision as well as the Basel II rules on Capital Standards should take into account not only the credit risk exposure of individual financial institutions, but also correlation measures of their share prices.For Thomas Gehrig, empirical anomalies demonstrate the relevance of awareness and trust in financial markets. This note would argue in favor of social policies that enhance public awareness in financial markets as a basis for trust. And so naturally, these policies need to be complemented by a strong financial order that aims at minimizing behavioral risks. He says, trust requires a regulatory framework that reduces manipulation by private as well as public interests. A competitive order complemented by strong regulatory oversight may go a long way towards generating liquid financial markets and the creation of trust. Trust by individuals, however, would be most strongly encouraged when individuals are entrusted in managing their own financial market activities including their own pension arrangements.

O siqueirismo se tornou um derivativo de uma palavra que era comum desde a criação do Estado nos meios políticos. Com a configuração de um grupo político praticamente hegemônico no Tocantins, os políticos, sejam deputados, prefeitos, vereadores e senadores ligados ao grupo de Siqueira Campos eram chamados de siqueiristas. Desta forma objetivamos fazer uma análise do siqueirismo comparativamente a outras formas de dominação, na perspectiva weberiana, no Brasil contemporâneo. O interesse é pontuar, em um recorte deliberado de algumas formas de poder que possam servir à percepção do que é o siqueirismo no Tocantins e compará-lo com outros personagens da política brasileira na segunda metade do século XX.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Tocantins; siqueirismo; dominação; política.     ABSTRACT Siqueirism has become a derivative of a word that was common in political circles since the creation of Tocantins state. With the configuration of a practically homogeneous political group in Tocantins, the politicians that were affiliated to Siqueira Campos were called “siqueiristas”, whether they were congressmen, mayors, councilman or senators. Thus, we aim to make an analysis of siqueirismo with respect to other forms of domination in contemporary Brazil using a Weberian perspective. De esta manera se pretende analizar la siqueirismo en comparación con otras formas de dominación, en la perspectiva de Weber, en el Brasil contemporáneo. Tulisan ini—dengan merujuk kepada tema besar “Kekerasan Gender Berbasis Online di Era Pandemi”—mencoba memaparkan bagaimana kontribusi sistem kapitalisme, budaya patriarki, dan globalisasi dalam mendukung lestarinya kekerasan gender secara daring yang sedang marak terjadi di tengah pandemi. Temuan pada tulisan menunjukkan bahwa sistem kapitalisme memegang peranan kunci dalam mendorong terciptanya budaya patriarki dan globalisasi, yang pada akhirnya mendorong langgengnya kekerasan berbasis gender. Berangkat dari perspektif marxist-feminism dengan premis utama bahwa sistem kapitalisme melakukan aksi eksploitasi atas kaum proletar dengan melegalkan segala cara termasuk membangun kesadaran palsu—false consciousness, temuan pada tulisan akan dielaborasikan lebih lanjut melalui tiga bahasan utama. Pertama, akan dipaparkan temuan bahwa opresi terhadap kaum wanita di tengah lingkungan yang patriarki merupakan salah satu upaya manifestasi elit kapitalis untuk melanggengkan sistem kapitalisme. Kedua, komodifikasi wanita—seperti isu human trafficking— dipercaya sebagai konsekuensi dari sistem kapitalis yang memberikan kebebasan komodifikasi atas segala sumber daya. Terakhir, akan dipaparkan fenomena globalisasi—sebagai salah satu produk liberalisme-kapital—yang dipercaya telah mendorong masifnya aksi human trafficking berbasis daring. Pada akhirnya, melalui temuan dan bahasan terkait kapitalisme sebagai sistem kunci yang telah melanggengkan kekerasan berbasis gender, diharapkan akan muncul kesadaran publik sehingga muncul aksi emansipasi dalam mendorong runtuhnya sisi eksploitatif sistem kapitalisme secara umum dan kekerasan berbasis gender secara khusus. ===== This paper—referring to the big theme of “Online-Based Gender Violence in the Pandemic Era”—tries to explain the contribution of the capitalist system, patriarchal culture, and globalization in supporting the sustainability of gender-based violence that is currently rife in the midst of a pandemic. The findings in this paper show that the capitalist system plays a key role in encouraging the creation of a patriarchal culture and globalization, which in turn encourages the perpetuation of gender-based violence. Departing from the perspective of marxist-feminism with the main premise that the capitalist system exploits the proletariat by legalizing all means, including building false consciousness, the findings in this paper will be further elaborated through three main topics. First, the findings will be presented that the oppression of women in a patriarchal environment is one of the manifestations of the capitalist elite to perpetuate the capitalist system. Second, the commodification of women—such as the issue of human trafficking—is believed to be a consequence of the capitalist system that provides freedom for the commodification of all resources. Finally, we will describe the phenomenon of globalization—as one of the products of capital-liberalism—which is believed to have encouraged the massive action of online-based human trafficking. In the end, through findings and discussions related to capitalism as a key system that has perpetuated gender-based violence, it is hoped that public awareness will emerge so that emancipation actions emerge in encouraging the collapse of the exploitative side of the capitalist system in general and gender-based violence in particular.

Os profissionais da comunicação buscam criar e midiatizar imagens dotadas de sentido. O conhecimento de saberes que permitem entender como são percebidas as imagens se colocam como uma importante ferramenta, tanto para a produção, quanto para a interpretação destas. Este estudo tem como premissa discutir, problematizar e realizar ensaio artístico autoral sobre a ideia de tempo-imagem, tanto na imagem estática, quanto fílmica, a luz dos conceitos apresentados por Jacques Aumont no livro “A Imagem”.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Narrativas visuais; imagem-tempo; fotografia; cinema.         ABSTRACT Communication professionals seek to create and mediaize meaningful images. The knowledge of knowledges that allow to understand how the images are perceived are placed as an important tool, both for the production, as for the interpretation of these. Este artigo tem como objetivo contextualizar e narrar a história do encarte regional Planalto Paulista, produzido e publicado pelo jornal Gazeta Mercantil. Pensado para consolidar a marca do jornal durante seu período de expansão, o Planalto Paulista fez parte de um conjunto de outros encartes regionais lançados durante o final da década de 90 e fechados no início dos anos 2000. Para tanto, este trabalho parte de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o jornalismo econômico brasileiro, sobre o jornal Gazeta Mercantil e, mais especificamente, sobre a criação do Planalto Paulista em 1998 e seu fechamento, em 2002.   El presente estudio aborda el tema sobre emprendimiento joven y los factores que los estimulan a crear un negocio a partir de su capacidad y conocimiento de empresas, considerando la importancia que la fuerza de trabajo joven tiene para la sociedad y para la economía de una región. De ahí que el objetivo del presente estudio es identificar factores que puedan contribuir a que los jóvenes opten por desarrollar una actividad emprendedora al crear un marco de negocio. Para ello, se hace un análisis teórico con base en estudios efectuados por otros autores para determinar cuánto se ha investigado y cuánta relevancia se ha dado al tema. Entre los resultados alcanzados se evidencia que aspectos como creatividad, contexto, familia y nivel de escolarización, son capaces de influir en el individuo joven en la creación de un negocio.   Palabras clave: emprendedor, emprendedor joven, factores.   ABSTRACT   This study addresses the issue of entrepreneurship young people and the factors that encourage these people to create a business based on their capacity and knowledge of companies; the literature has scant information on research related to the young entrepreneur, so it is necessary to show the importance both for society and for the economy of a region; where young entrepreneurship is presented as a form of inclusion in the labor market, being a preponderant factor for socioeconomic development. This is how the objective of the present study is to identify factors that can help young people choose to develop an entrepreneurial activity by creating a business framework. For this, the study constitutes a theoretical essay based on studies already carried out; This work is interesting, because a deep investigation has not been carried out and the great importance and relevance of this topic has not been considered. How has the Sarajevo assassination been conjured and construed, narrated and represented, in a wide variety of media including fiction, film, newspapers, children’s literature, encyclopedias, textbooks, and academic writing itself? In what ways have these sources shaped our understanding of the so-called “first shots of the First World War”? By treating the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand (28 June 1914) as a "site of memory" à la historian Pierre Nora, this article argues that both popular representations and historical narratives (including academic writing) of the political murder have contributed equally to the creation of what I identify here as the “Sarajevo myth.”
